Great tool to ensure no sales leads fall through the crack
What do you like best about the product?
I think I find most useful is the leads score which is looking at different signals to tell me how likely they are to close
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more interactive UI like a chat like where I can have conversations with my data inside
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a structured way of following up with my leads. No more spreadsheets or information scattered everywhere.

Sales Hub is great for providing one holistic view of sales activities and opportunities and all of the engagement / behavioural data that comes with it

The legacy quoting tool isn’t as flexible or customisable as other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of insight into sales activities, control over mandatory data to be captured against new customers as deals progress, and data visibility

Not so intuitive for people new. It is hard to deploy for big companies.

It helps my SDR do our bounding and helps me analyze what is working and what is not
Hubspot is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hun keeps everything streamlined for our team and allows us to use data to make smart decisions. Also just attending Inbound in San Fran this week and could not recommend it more highly, the team is so knowledgeable and helpful!

Sales Hub has come a long way g way. No current complaints

HubSpot Sales Workspace game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The SalesWorkspace and all it's components have been game changing for our sales team, and we haven't even started using the prospecting agent yet!
Having a consolidated view for my team to use has already improved user adoption, as well as general data input (we're getting MORE!)
The Deal and Lead scores help drive our efforts in the right direction, and copilot helps us draft better outreach and prospecting emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could tell it what pipeline is the users default Deal pipeline, but we achieve this with custom views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Movement between prospect and Customer. Lots of our deals get stuck in the demo scheduled or completed stage, usually from lack of engagement on either side.
Having the sales workspace has at least eliminated the lack of followup on our end, as our sales team can now quickly see all their work in one space

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new sales dashboard page for bdr to work from. Helps get reps working from tasks and setting themselves up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
For sales reps they want to see revenue an easy way to display goal and quota would be great

Saleshub is so user friendly. Our 200+ sales org uses it with relative ease

I wish some of the out of the box components like Target Accounts and Sales Prospecting were more customizable

Saleshub brings our entire sales org together for whitespace, cross sell and upsell motions alike. Our Marketing org also used MarketingHub so it unites our GTM teams

I love how simple it is to set up, and how you can create a full functioning sales process, but keep it simple for sales teams that struggle with complex systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they made updates to goals/forecasting.
