Intuitive and thoughtful
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of built in automation that allows me to quickly create tasks and logs without worrying too much about all the associations as there's intuitive automation to help associate entities easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native CTI interface could be more flexible perhaps. Forcing a standalone window experience can sometimes feel messy when the window gets hidden behind other windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our use, mainly about keeping communication records with context. And we also develop integrations with hubspot.
Great using this CRM to log and maintain records
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflows and how easily I can log and manage the calls with respect to the contact
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing but I would like to explore creating agents using the new feature. It would be great if we can provide the data and customize the agent accordingly

To automate the workflow and logging the calls easily and keeping track of it
Easy to Use, Powerful Enough
What do you like best about the product?
We have a somewhat tech-averse team, but HubSpot is easy enough to use that it's hard for them to have excuses for not doing their CRM hygiene work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations, especially around reporting, but not so many that it's a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking activities and information of deals with prospective and current customers. It lets us understand trends, ease the handover from sales to customer success, and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a solid tool for our team, bringing GTM motions under one roof and streamlining our revenue operations. The platform is friendly and approachable, with stellar educational resources to ensure we're leveraging things fully and furthering our team's professional development.
Certain aspects could use some work (specifically around sequencing), and the cost can add up, but overall it’s been a welcomed change and is enabling the operational scaling we were after.

What do you dislike about the product?
The sequencing capabilities need some work--we've had to spend a lot of time working with reps to refine their workflows and ensure they fit HubSpot's limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get a more comprehensive view of our GTM operations, bringing growth, sales, and CS into one platform (for the most part!) which allows us to better serve our customers across the entire life-cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Always innovating and improving. Easy to learn and teach new team members. Integrates nicely with Google Sheets via Coefficient's extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying and difficult API restrictions limit how you can use data outside of HubSpot

Booking demos, keeping track of account relations, sending emails
Easy to use, but set up is everything

I love how friendly and soft the UI is. I also like how views and lists interact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting needs help!!! So many limitations for classic metrics and I have a Pro subscription. I also find meeting and calling tools that integrate to be far less friendly. Please don’t be apple and let us utilize these better in your platform

Compared to last CRM, we are able to better track deals falling behind, seeing how companies relate and better measure sequence and rep performance

Most useful is the notes and activity in the CRM

Wish there were more pre-built workflows to help me track folks whose email addresses are currently bouncing -- lot of folks moving jobs and I want to follow them, not lose their data, until they land in their next position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love the way everything connects with each other -- meeting scheduler was our team's first early adoption.
Easy to use and saves time!
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple hubs so the seamless integration is great. But within Sales Hub it allows our small team to easily track what we’re doing and save lots of time. Our prospects get better follow-up and we start off building a strong relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. While they have different tiers they have features we need only at higher levels so we end up paying a lot to get what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to easily see what is going on in any account at any time. Conversations aren’t lost or stuck with one person, we can work more cohesively as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, dealing with accuracy customer data is crucial in doing segmentation and targeting. Hubspot help alot in getting know your customer better with data management and executing customer centric campaigns

User interface , but not much. I see the improvements along the way
