Centralized Data Hub That Streamlines Company Operations

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it provides a space where we can centralize all of our company data. It allows us to create dashboards, manage staff information, monitor processes, and connect various work tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it disconnects from my Gmail or email accounts without any notification, so I’m not always aware when my emails, clicks, or meetings aren’t being tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that it provides a space where we can centralize all of our company data. It allows us to create dashboards, manage staff information, monitor processes, and connect various work tools.

Simple CRM and sales workflow in one platform

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and keeps everything in one place: deals, contacts, emails, tasks, and meeting links. The pipeline view is clear, automation saves time on follow-ups, and templates/snippets make outreach consistent across the team. Reporting is strong enough for weekly sales updates without needing extra tools, and the integration options (email, calendar, and other apps) make it fit well into our daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel locked behind higher tiers, so you quickly run into upgrade prompts when you want more advanced reporting, automation, or permissions. A few parts of the UI can be a bit busy, and it takes time to set up the right properties, pipelines, and views to match your process. Also, once you have a lot of data, keeping the CRM clean (deduping and standardizing) still needs ongoing attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage the full sales process from first contact to closed won in a structured way. We get better visibility into the pipeline, next steps, and ownership, which reduces things falling through the cracks. Automated follow-ups and meeting scheduling speed up response time. Email tracking and activity logging give context for conversations, and the reporting helps us forecast better and spot bottlenecks. Overall it saves time, improves consistency, and makes it easier to scale the sales process.

Unmatched Flexibility for Every Need

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Comparing HubSpot’s products to Salesforce’s, I think they are far more flexible, intuitive, and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t understand why some basic features, like random distribution by percentage in workflows, are part of Marketing Hub Professional. This is just an example off the top of my head, but it has happened to me several times to think, “Why do I have to pay more to do such a basic thing?”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we need to distinguish different sales stages based on the type of customer. For each of these stages, we activate automated actions that save time in our sales team’s daily activities. In short, this allows our sales team to spend more time on human interaction with customers.

Streamlined Sales Process with Robust Automation

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to automatically send emails to our customers once they enter the pilot or closed won stage. It's exactly what we needed for the sales team to focus less on client success and more on sales. Also, it was our first choice, and the initial setup was easy—starting free and then scaling to a paid plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally like the list emails as a sales method through Salesforce better than I like them through HubSpot. Through Salesforce, I can easily make a list of say 1000 people, and hit them with an email easily. Through Hubspot, I have to email through sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for prospecting, leads, sales, client management, data, and deal tracking. It eliminates the need to track everything in Google Sheets. It automates emails for customers entering certain sales stages, allowing the sales team to focus more on selling.

Effortless Setup and Game-Changing Sequences with Outstanding Support

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having used a range of sales tools, including SalesForce, I find HubSpot much easier to set up and for the sales team to manage independently. It allows them to make improvements to their outreach strategies without much difficulty. The Sequences feature has been a game changer for our business, especially since we handle large lead volumes and need to maximize efficiency.

HubSpot has also provided excellent ongoing training support, particularly when onboarding new team members.

We integrated HubSpot directly with our SalesForce account and encountered very few issues during the setup. Additionally, our wider marketing team relies on HubSpot daily for marketing outreach and to support top-of-funnel activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have found it challenging to effectively utilize the AI tools for sales outreach, even though it is clear that they have improved considerably over time. Additionally, we have encountered some limitations with the integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, particularly because Salesforce handles Leads and Contacts as separate entities. While HubSpot has recently added Lead objects, they are not exactly equivalent and have only been of limited use to us so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach at scale is made possible through automated sequences, which significantly enhance the speed at which contacts are reached. The transition of leads from marketing to sales is streamlined by activity tracking, allowing sales teams to see marketing engagement before an enquiry is made. This visibility helps boost engagement rates. Additionally, customer re-engagement is supported by workflows that use automated follow-up email cadences, further improving the effectiveness of sales outreach.

Best Tool for Sales Organization and AI-Powered Email Assistance

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool I have used for staying organized and managing my daily sales tasks efficiently. I also really appreciate the new AI feature that assists with writing emails. Hubspot also has great support whenever we need help with something.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new layout is a bit clunky and it can be hard to find things sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been instrumental in automating our outbound sales process. It allows us to monitor our key performance indicators and provides the reporting necessary to ensure we stay on target. By streamlining our daily outreach, it saves us hours each day and greatly improves our efficiency.
