Such Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
How straightforward it is. I get so much support for everything I'm confused by, which is very little because of how simple it is to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of stuff locked behind a paywall. Can be a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve organizational problems that we have and keeps us on track of meetings and tasks.

It's a powerful platform if you use it correctly. But with any CRM, GiGo!

I wish more people used it properly! It's too good not to!

I like the meeting transcription, to follow up tasks and meeting summaries. Leads and deals

Looks good so far looking forward to resources for playbooks and sales coaching

It's getting our sales people out of spreadsheets and automating valuable processes. We can also see what's in the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot CRM is having everything in one place. I can see a prospective student's complete journey - from their first inquiry to their application status - without juggling multiple systems. The automated workflows support our pipeline generation so my team can focus on personal conversations with the most promising candidates. Plus, the reporting finally shows us which recruitment activities actually drive enrollments, making our budget decisions so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced features have a learning curve, but the results make it worthwhile. Some industry-specific needs require creative solutions, though the platform's flexibility usually delivers. Pricing can add up as we scale, but the ROI justifies the investment.

Eliminates data silos - no more hunting across multiple systems to understand a prospect's journey. Automates repetitive tasks so my team focuses on high-value strategy instead of manual tasks. Provides clear attribution data showing which campaigns actually drive enrollments, making budget decisions data-driven rather than guesswork. Streamlines lead handoffs between marketing and admissions, reducing friction in our conversion funnel.

That it allows us to segment our customer base and target our marketing efforts towards them. We also use it to unlock access to our external systems

We use Business Units and the segmentation between units is not great

It allows us to have all our data in one spot and use it effectively across other tools within hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a great tool for sales teams to easily adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the reporting functionality is good, it could be better. It would be nice to have more functions to bulid custom fields and filters.

It can be somewhat complex to use. I would like to spend more time training my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to look at a quick view to see all of the deals i am colllaborating on, their value, and what stage they are in. I start my momrnin with that to prioritize what i'm doing and that is super helpful. I also like that it's easy to navigate and build reports

Sometimes it can feel clunky to navigate, and i think the way we have it setup it can present some challenges for us.

as a customer solutions manager, it solves the problem of visibility for me. I am able to look at all my deals in one place, look at the emails and activity, stages, and deal deteails super easily in one place
