What do you like best about the product?
It gives good visibility into where deals are at, stages, tasks etc.
Also can get insights on pipeline health, sales performance, activity tracking etc
Love automations and also the fact that changes in names of the fields/properties doesn't impact or disable the automations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the basic features are only in higher plans which is frustrating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear visibility for sales team for example where deals are stuck, which are progressing, or which require attention.
Tasks like follow-ups, reminders, updating deal stages, sending quotes, etc., are easier and well organised within husbpot.

Easy Lead Tracking and Personalization with a Visual Interface
What do you like best about the product?
how easy it has become to track, personalize and move leads around. And it's also a very visual tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
This little thing, where you cannot do much changes or duplicate a lead, for example, if you select it and then select the three dots. You have to go into each individual lead to do that, but it's really not that big of a deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
desorganization and lack of tracking, this benefits the team a lot because it's easier to show the rest of the team in what stage our leads are.
Generous Free Contacts, but Dropdown Management Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Giving one million contacts to free account is very generous by HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a new item is added to the contact dropdown field, it appears at the bottom of the list. If you have more than 100 contacts, you cannot drag and drop it to the top because the edit field page displays only 100 items at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do weekly webinar and generate 1000 leads every week, with hub spot it's quite easy to manage leads and assign it to sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub's automation features incredibly beneficial, significantly reducing time spent on data entry and scheduling for my sales team. I appreciate its user-friendly setup process, and I love the seamless transition of customer records between pipelines without manual handoff. The real-time summaries and data analysis are extremely helpful.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub saves my team significant time on data entry, logging customer activities, and scheduling, allowing us to focus more on tasks. It also provides real-time summaries and smooth transitions between teams without manual handoff.

Hubspot is more intuitive to use than any other CRM I used before, and it does save you time by prefilling, connecting data etc.

sometimes it can be a little slow and when you go into a deal and try to go back it will take you to contacts insteadm, which is a little annoying

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub very intuitive and easy to use, which simplifies managing and tracking our pipeline. I appreciate its seamless integration with outbound channels like Gmail and LinkedIn, making it easy to track everything. Its capability in reducing steps for activities and providing a comprehensive overview of the pipeline is very helpful. The customization of modules and introduction of new features have been hassle-free, boosting our productivity significantly. Additionally, serving as the single source of truth and acting like a dictionary for our team's activities strengthens our operations. It is also beautifully designed for SMBs with fewer than 100 employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the AI assistant in HubSpot Sales Hub not very useful for tasks like searching for the number of deals. I would prefer a more effective AI assistant. Additionally, I feel the customization of headers such as AQLs and SQLs from a user perspective, not just admin, could be improved to better fit personal use cases.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track the pipeline, providing a single source of truth for our team and simplifying email outreach tracking.
User friendly, AI Features & Multiple Dashboard - All at 1 place
What do you like best about the product?
The Multiple Dashboard allows us to monitor our activities in real time, which supports the leadership team in making effective decisions promptly. Integration with multiple softwares help us to manage accounting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to tech glitch, options are not automatically changed. For example - if any Deal is paid, it should be marked as paid automatically but sometimes its not.
