Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different features, like track if someone opens or clicks on emails, schedule out emails to go at certain times, templates for consistently used emails, and even models to send emails based on criteria I set. I use HubSpot almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can run very slowly at times, to the point where it becomes unusable. There can almost be too many options, with not a great way to organize. There isn't a way to custom filter tasks and workflows is really hard to find what exactly I need to do to do what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how to keep track of all my email conversations and knowing when to follow up.

HubSpot sales hub helps me centralize my sales process-from lead capture to deal closing, in one platform. it solves problems like scattered customer data, missed follow-ups, and lack of visibility into sales performance. As a result, i save time, improve team coordination, and close deals more efficiently
Streamlines Sales Data, But Integration Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub incredibly valuable for providing a comprehensive overview of the sales pipeline. This feature helps me keep track of various stages effectively. I also appreciate the ease of exporting data, which allows me to utilize this information effectively in go-to-market strategies. The straightforward setup process was a relief, as it wasn’t challenging at all, allowing for an efficient start. Additionally, I leverage the data capabilities, which would prompt me to repurchase the service. These aspects together make my experience with HubSpot Sales Hub smooth and efficient, ultimately backing up my decision to recommend it with a score of nine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of signing in to HubSpot itself to be problematic. Additionally, integrating apps from end to end feels like a hassle.

HubSpot Sales Hub provides a full-stack overview for my sales pipeline and facilitates data export, which aids in go-to-market activities.

Feature-Rich, Easy to Use, and Perfect for Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features and how easy it is to navigate. How I can segregate my leads so I'll know how to strategize to help me convert prospects into closed sales. It's also very easy to set up my account, and I can integrate it to almost all tools related to prospecting and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say it's just a bit confusing how to import leads through CSV or Excel files how as I often couldn't find where they went.

How to manage customer information and sales performance, making it easy to strategize and eventually enabling sales agents close more deals.
Centralized Communication Made Easy, But Email Tracking Needs Improvement

Being able to track all account correspondense in one, organized space and connecting contacts with companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't differentiate between the sender and recipient on email opens

It allows easy automation of contact with accounts through tracking (marketing) email opens, tracking data/engagement, creating tasks for follow up.
Powerful, flexible, and sometimes a little too paywalled
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve finally got a system that keeps us consistent. The sequences make it so easy to stay in touch with hundreds of people without it feeling automated. It’s simple, organized, and actually helps us build better relationships instead of just managing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a great tool, but the pricing structure can get confusing. There are a lot of features spread across different tiers, and you often need extra seats or add-ons to get the full experience. It adds up quickly, especially for smaller teams trying to grow into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve got hundreds of clients, and HubSpot keeps it all manageable. It helps us stay in front of the right people at the right time, track every touchpoint, and keep our team aligned without things slipping through the cracks.

It can feel cluttered at times, with too many features overlapping. Reporting customization is limited, and syncing between contacts, deals, and activities occasionally creates data inconsistencies.
