Intuitive CRM with Room for Customization

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be very intuitive and easy to use. This allows me to quickly learn and perform necessary tasks without extensive training. Its usability makes it straightforward to embed as a CRM within our sales process, facilitating seamless team adoption. Moreover, setting it up and configuring it to fit our unique sales process is simple, which eases onboarding team members. The integration with other parts of the HubSpot CRM suite, such as the Marketing Hub, enhances efficiency by making it effortless for marketing to pass leads to sales, ensuring a smooth workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it problematic that HubSpot Sales Hub currently lacks an out-of-the-box solution for creating a deal site or deal room for customers. This feature would allow the consolidation of all related deal documents, links, case studies, and meeting notes in one accessible location for the customer. The absence of this kind of integrated feature complicates the process of providing customers with a single link containing all relevant information, despite HubSpot having shared files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to easily manage our sales pipeline and track deals through every stage, ensuring clear visibility and efficient sharing of insights team-wide.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting tools in HubSpot Sales Hub. I love seeing everything in dashboards, which is definitely a game changer for me. The ability to connect with a lot of people at the same time and upload everything massively is really good. These features provide valuable insights by allowing me to track progress over time, see how my company has performed in the last twenty days, and understand changes from day to day. This data helps me learn more about other tools, aiding in associating growth with aspects like website performance, LinkedIn flows, or leads, making it one of the most valuable tools for my team's workflow. I also find the initial setup pretty easy and very intuitive, and the option to ask for assistance is always available, making the whole process simple and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the lead dashboard is not as good as I would like. It's not as interactive as I'd prefer it to be. I want to be able to click on the leads and get more information, but right now it's not as efficient as I would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to streamline communication with clients, identify engaged contacts, and summarize account activity. It enhances reporting and mass uploads, enabling effective outreach and informed decision-making through comprehensive dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub's connectivity which allows seamless direct integration with our systems. Its user-friendly interface makes navigation effortless, enhancing our team's efficiency. I find it incredibly adaptable to meet our specific needs, offering a straightforward and precise user experience. The system automatically sets up follow-ups, managing inbound call routines effectively by auto-populating data, which I can easily review and keep track of. I love this feature for its adaptability, allowing me to efficiently manage follow-ups without extra hassle. Moreover, the straightforward setup and ease of navigation make it a preferred choice, so much so that I would rate it a 9 out of 10 on recommendation likelihood.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm encountering issues with certain calls not auto-populating, which means they don't automatically create an account as expected. This inconsistency is frustrating, and we're investigating this issue internally with our marketing team. Additionally, the spam filtering is ineffective, resulting in spam contacts repeatedly appearing in my inbox even after being marked as spam. This lack of an efficient spam filter leads to unnecessary effort in handling spam communications. Moreover, there are challenges with integrating HubSpot Sales Hub with FieldRoutes. Our organization faces restrictions, and it's challenging to set up connectivity or syncing between these tools, adding complexity and reducing efficiency in managing sales data. Finally, the need to pay additional amounts for syncing capabilities with Field Routes is a hassle our company is reluctant to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for CRM needs, enjoying its connectivity, ease of use, and adaptability, which assists in auto-generating follow-up tasks. It streamlines lead management but has issues with spam filtering and auto-population of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot Sales Hub primarily for a year, leveraging it for content management, tracking leads, and managing marketing-related activities. I love how it speeds up our processes, generates more incoming leads, and simplifies meeting bookings, thanks to its efficient Workflows automation. This automation has notably enhanced our productivity by automatically handling customer follow-ups, resulting in significant time savings. Consequently, this contributes positively to our return on investment, making it a worthwhile tool. I find the process of creating email sequences and marketing emails particularly effortless, which supports our communication strategies seamlessly. Moreover, HubSpot Sales Hub's ability to integrate with other software like Zoom, Xero accounting software, and the Enrollem plugin enhances its overall functionality, making it a versatile and indispensable part of our operation, especially given its ease of integration and automation enhancement capabilities. I also use it for website integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the seat-based pricing introduced by HubSpot Sales Hub quite unappealing, as it influenced our decision to switch vendors at a previous company. The setup process was average and somewhat confusing, particularly with the recent changes in feature names. This renaming of features, such as CTAs and forms, added unnecessary confusion as it was initially more straightforward. Additionally, I would like an increase in the marketing contact number within the current tier. For a growing small or medium-sized company, it's not always justifiable to upgrade to a higher package, so having an intermediary option would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub speeds up lead management, simplifies customer meeting bookings, automates responses, and boosts ROI effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use interface and flexibility in terms of adding custom fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to end up creating too many dashboards, so it would be good if it flagged up that a duplicate dashboard was being created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me on track with who I need to contact and when, ensuring sales follow ups don't go missed. It's also integrating seamlessly with other software and processes to help save time.

HubSpot Streamlined My Sales Process and Boosted Efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I've used HubSpot in a role as a BDR, and it quickly became one of my favorite tools. It kept all my leads organized and made filtering and priotizing prospects effortless. I especially loved that ever call, email, and note was automatically logged, giving full visibility into each company and contact, with no need to track any of that information manually with an excel tracker.

The ability to create automated email sequences or send one-off messages directly through HubSpot was another time saver. It eliminated repetitive admin work and let me focus on what really matters, connecting with new clients and closing deals. Overall, HubSpot made my sales process smoother, smarter, and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback I experienced was that HubSpot would occasionally go down for short periods. Since it was such an important part of my sales workflow, even these brief outages were quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me with the following:

1. Organize lead management - Before HubSpot, leads that were contacted, when to follow up, and what stage they were in the sales cycle was all tracked in an Excel tracker very manually.

2. Consistent follow ups - As a BDR, following up at the right time is crucial. HubSpot's sequences allowed for automated follow up emails to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks.

3. Provides visibility into prospect engagement - Without a CRM like HubSpot, it can be hard to know who's opening emails, clicking links, or engaging with your outreach.

Powerful Relationship Builder, But Steep Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to make a list of things to do each day. Activities that allow me to build and grow relationships with my customers. It's my Rolodex of the future. We use HubSpot daily, it's become a powerful team for my team and I.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wow. There is so much to learn. So it's not really HubSpot that I dislike, just so complex that it's easy to lose sight of what is most important. An academy is provided to help ease implementation it's just more general and some times not specific enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is just that a central hub for interaction and information. When team members take time away we can help their customers know they are being taken care of because of the tracking that is available in HubSpot. We don't drop a lot of balls with this platform.
