What do you like best about the product?
I have had a positive experience using HubSpot. I use it every day in my role. It is very intuitive and they have very good reporting and dashboards.

I do not have any complaints about Hubspot.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for my daily sales and marketing activities and I find the user interface and user experience outstanding, which enhances my interaction with the tool significantly. The support team of HubSpot Sales Hub is exceptional and consistently provides great assistance whenever needed. Additionally, I find the AI chatbot feature to be incredibly helpful, providing valuable support in tasks. The initial setup process was seamless, which further added to the positive experience of integrating HubSpot Sales Hub into my routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the forecasting and reporting capabilities somewhat limited, especially when I need deeper customer analytics. Also, the sequence personalization could be improved with more dynamic steps and smarter automation for complex outreach tasks.

Its platform is preferred over Salesforce for my needs, offering a more effective solution for managing sales processes. The transition from Sellfire to HubSpot Sales Hub was driven by the desire to unify the company's operations on a single platform, which has been accomplished successfully. The setup process was quite straightforward, enhancing my experience with the software from the onset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup of different 'buckets' or tabs for different stages in my pipeline challenging in HubSpot Sales Hub. This feature does not work as seamlessly as I would like, leading to some inefficiencies in organizing and managing my sales pipeline.

I find the HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easier to keep track of my pipeline, providing clear organization compared to my old system.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot Sales Hub as my primary sales CRM platform because it provides an all-in-one solution where I can organize all the accounts I’m currently working on and in my pipeline. The metrics feature stands out as I can see my metrics against other SDRs on my team, which helps me gauge my performance and drive my motivation. The platform's ease of use is another highlight, as it offers excellent visibility and allows me to organize data by different time frames such as weekly and quarterly. These features collectively enhance my productivity and provide great value to my sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, HubSpot Sales Hub crashes randomly. This issue requires contacting our rev-ops team for resolution. If there was an immediate, easier way to fix this problem without needing to involve the team, it would significantly improve the user experience.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to organize my accounts and pipeline in one solution, track my metrics easily, and compare them with my team, which boosts my productivity.

I find that HubSpot Sales Hub works super slow sometimes, especially when more than three tabs are open, causing the system to freeze.

The software impresses me with its capability to handle tickets efficiently; I particularly appreciate the ticket stages and the dropdowns that streamline my workflow. Additionally, I find it useful that I can leave a note on each ticket, which helps in organizing my thoughts and annotations regarding the issues at hand. The integration with my Email and Google Calendar enhances my ability to manage my communication and schedule task reminders effectively, which boosts my productivity. The initial setup process was seamless and hassle-free, thanks to my management team. Overall, using HubSpot Sales Hub is a very nice experience, making it highly likely that I would recommend it, as evidenced by my rating of 9 out of 10.

Sometimes, the platform lags and freezes, and I am not entirely sure why. It can also take a while to load the page I need to navigate to, which can be frustrating.

One of the most valuable features of HS Sales is its ability to store all customer data within a single system. This centralization enables smooth communication between departments that require access to the same customer profiles, such as Sales and Customer Service. By keeping information unified, it becomes much easier for different teams to collaborate effectively. I also LOVE the workflows and sequences you can configure, saving you time and creating efficient processes.

Finding an HS consultant knowledgeable enough to help clean up contacts and ownership issues, so that workflows and sequences can work properly.

This tool helps our team remain consistent and well-informed. It also tracks all communications, which contributes to more efficient processes, such as automating emails and similar tasks.
