What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its user-friendly interface and the limitless possibilities it offers. When it was first introduced to our team a few years ago, I didn’t receive any tutorial, yet I found it easy to navigate from my very first use. We rely on it for a variety of purposes, and it has become our go-to platform for creating designs, taking notes during meetings, and making presentations. Its integration with other platforms we use is seamless. We have also never encountered any issues when onboarding new employees to Miro.

Seamless Collaboration and Intuitive Templates Drive Productivity

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Miro for its premade templates, which are very useful for getting started quickly without beginning from scratch. The collaboration feature has been invaluable for connecting my team, especially during remote work, allowing everyone to see progress and share ideas seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really explored the AI elements in Miro as much as I'd like to, which might imply that the AI features aren't intuitive or prominent enough to catch my interest easily. Additionally, while I don't have specific changes in mind, I believe Miro could evolve by adding more features like an expanded marketplace for workflows and premade templates, especially in the creative space. This suggests that the existing template offerings might not completely meet the specialized needs of creative projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enhances collaboration, especially for remote teams, by allowing us to see progress and share ideas instantly. It helps overcome the absence of physical presence, making remote work productive and cohesive.

Miro Simplifies Workflow Visualization and Real-Time Team Collaboration

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it incredibly easy to visualize complex workflows and collaborate in real time. The intuitive interface, flexible templates, and drag-and-drop features help turn ideas into clear, structured diagrams that are easy to share and refine with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board can get a bit cluttered when working with large teams, and it can be tricky to keep everything organized. Also, performance can slow down slightly with very complex diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of visualizing complex workflows and aligning cross-functional teams. It makes it easy to turn abstract ideas into clear, structured diagrams, which improves communication, speeds up decision-making, and enhances collaboration—especially in remote or hybrid work settings

Absolutely love Miro!

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love Miro! It’s like having an infinite whiteboard that brings everyone’s ideas to life. Perfect for remote work, design sprints, and agile planning. Super intuitive and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally a bit heavy on large boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams often struggle to collaborate effectively — especially when working remotely or across time zones. Brainstorming, planning projects, or mapping ideas can get messy using just slides, documents, or chat tools.

Miro provides a shared online whiteboard where everyone can visualize ideas, organize thoughts, and work together in real time.
