Great for Team Collaboration, But Large Boards Load Slowly

  • October 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use and flexibility. Whiteboarding is a skill that feels lost in a remote work and being able to do that as a team helps collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times. I wish having a large board wouldn't affect the load times. Also seeing history isn't my favorite. I'd love a feature like Google Sheets where I could right click on the item and find out who edited it last.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool to be able to roadmap that's visually pleasing and flexible.

Seamless Collaboration with Miro

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Miro has made collaboration effortless with my team and other teams in a shared space, where everyone can easily contribute and organize their ideas. The templates available in Miro are incredibly useful, allowing me to quickly start a project without having to design from scratch. I love the live update feature, which enables real-time collaboration, as team members can see changes as they happen and track where others are focusing on in the document. Additionally, sharing Miro boards is straightforward, which enhances team collaboration further.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro can get a bit messy due to its high level of customization. While the ability to personalize the workspace is beneficial, it sometimes leads to a disorganized layout, especially when multiple users are involved. A little more help or features to keep things neater and more organized would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy collaboration in a shared space, enabling everyone to contribute and organize ideas efficiently.

Revolutionized Our Remote Collaboration

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for about five years as a digital whiteboarding tool to collaborate with other designers and product people on my team. Miro has been invaluable for conducting collaboration brainstorming reviews, work sessions, prioritization activities, discovery activities, research and analysis, and synthesizing information to identify trends. Its flexibility in moving around the canvas, the wide variety of templates, and the intuitive ability to draw boxes and connect them with arrows enhance the user experience. The integration with other tools, especially Jira, is extremely beneficial for our processes, allowing us to reference tickets effortlessly. Miro excels in supporting remote work, helping my team stay aligned and solving problems by utilizing features like the timer, AI clustering, and fun elements such as stickers and presentations. I particularly appreciate its wireframing capabilities, preferring it over Figma for my projects due to the ease and fidelity it provides. The utility of Miro is heightened by its drag-and-drop interface, rich template library sourced from Miroverse, and the efficiency it brings to session facilitation with features such as sticky notes and the Kanban board. Having a central location where collaborators can align on one issue and have everything in one spot for brainstorming, collaboration, discussion, presentation, and innovation makes Miro indispensable. I am impressed enough to rate it a solid 10 out of 10, highlighting the significant positive impact it has on my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience difficulties with organization within Miro boards. It feels like there could be major improvements in organizing, filtering, and sorting boards, especially when dealing with numerous and sometimes unnamed boards. Finding specific boards can often become a hunt, which is frustrating when trying to locate past content. Additionally, the transition from wireframe creation in Miro to Figma is not seamless and requires improvement to ease the workflow from low to mid-fidelity designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves remote collaboration challenges, keeping my team aligned and productive. Its intuitive interface and features like AI clustering and timers enhance our creativity and workflow. It also supports effective idea communication and boosts productivity through seamless integration, like with Jira.

Time-Saving Collaboration with Cutting-Edge AI, Feature-packed!

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro saves me time, and helps me brainstorm and workshop with the engineering teams and across the organisation also. Miro has cutting edge AI features, which are always ahead of the market, which provide more time savings and business efficiencies. Helps improve work with remote, in-person and hybrid teams and creating a culture of inclusivity. Miroverse has a great array of templates which can help save planning effort for workshops also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to find the history of a Miro board. I have come from being an Admin at previous company, to now a User/ Editor of boards, so it can be hard initially to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has some very exciting updates coming in their latest release, which we just had a demo on. Embedded documents in Miro boards. Stickies to Sheets conversions. Spin the wheel. Stealth-mode to hide what people are writing on stickies to enable more openness and contributions from team members. Many many more!
Miro is now solving problems I didn't know I had. Probably the biggest challenge is now keeping up with their awesome innovation and learning how to use it quickly and make use of all the features.

Effortless Collaboration with Real-Time Editing

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely find Miro exceptionally convenient and its pricing very affordable, which really prompts me towards considering buying it again. I love that Miro simplifies collaboration on projects, offering everyone visibility into what we are building and the tasks on the roadmap. The platform’s capability to allow real-time editing where team members can work simultaneously on the same board and observe changes as they happen is particularly great. The setup process is incredibly easy and straightforward—signing up online and getting a subscription without the need for any enablement makes the whole process seamless and user-friendly. It stands out as a comprehensive tool that fulfills all our needs without requiring us to integrate external solutions frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had great success viewing and interacting with Miro on mobile devices. The mobile experience could definitely be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for collaborative project management, enhancing visibility and alignment among stakeholders while tracking roadmaps efficiently.

Central Platform for Collaboration with Some Performance Hurdles

  • October 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the flexibility and visual freedom that Miro offers. I find the clear board structure, the infinite canvas, and the variety of widgets, like post-its and arrows, particularly helpful in illustrating and visualizing complex relationships. The ability to exchange ideas cooperatively with others makes Miro a central platform for me. Real-time collaboration is extremely valuable to me, and the integration of AI and automation, as well as the available templates in the MyoVerse, are outstanding features. The seamless integration with other software solutions like Adobe, Jira, and Microsoft Teams, including calendars, also makes the workflow efficient. I love the overall package, as it not only allows for drawings with a pen but also explains complex relationships visually and tangibly without having to overcome technical hurdles.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"It's a shame that you can't yet connect smaller/own AIs, but only play with the big players. This shows that the integration is not yet advanced enough.","Sometimes I would wish for better performance on large boards, as the current performance is not always satisfactory.","For small boards, there are reports from customers that it keeps stalling or sometimes not everything is displayed, which can affect the user experience.","There are differences in display between mobile devices and desktops. This leads to uncertainties and inconsistencies when accessing content on different platforms."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables me to develop ideas cooperatively, structure projects, facilitate workshops, and promote collaboration, even when working from home. The platform offers visual freedom and flexibility as well as real-time collaboration, making complex relationships tangible.
