What I appreciate most is how easy the user interface is to navigate, along with the wide variety of icons and templates that are available.

At the moment, I honestly can't find anything I dislike about Miro. Its integrations with other applications are impressive, and it provides all the tools I need for creating workflows and mind maps.

Great for Stakeholder Collaboration

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to communicate ideas with stakeholders and is very useful for running backlog refinement sessions because of features like "follow me" and timers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes stability not there yet on beta features like the roadmap timeline

Integration with Figma is not as easy as with Figjam (although Miro wins for stakeholder stuff)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining early design ideation to stakeholders - makes it easier to get design approval.

Designing architecture collaboratively with developers

Mapping user journeys and running workshops/ retros.

Excellent Collaboration Tool with a Slight Learning Curve

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's such a great way to collaborate with other users and have a digital medium to refer back to for workshops etc. I use it all the time personally as well when I need to map something out visually. It's particularly great for research note-taking and has features that make synthesis easier. There's also a lot of flexibility with how the tool can be used and the applications. I like that there are templates that I can use too to help speed up how I'm working.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve for some users (particularly those who are less tech-savvy). Some functionalities are also a little bit clunky - like finding and replacing text. Sometimes when boards have too much on them, they take ages to load or will crash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be able to collaborate remotely - particularly considering we have team members and clients in multiple states and even countries. We can break down geographical borders and still come together to work on artefacts.

Great for Collaboration, But Some Features Need Getting Used To

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to workshop and collaborate effectively in internal and external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't the most intuitive to use, and need a bit more experience then I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Visualising complex ideas
- Showcasing high level workflows before design in our software begins

Easy Collaboration, Worth the Price

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro extensively for work collaboration, particularly enjoying its ease of use and the constant improvements it offers. Miro's user-friendly setup has allowed me to seamlessly integrate it into my workflows, enhancing my ability to collaborate with clients, conduct ideation sessions, and track project progress using Kanban boards. The platform's integrated features make uploading and storing content straightforward and efficient. I particularly appreciate the sticky note function, which aids in organising thoughts and ideas, as well as the ability to upload and download documents directly. The presentation feature is another standout, enabling smooth transitions during sessions without the need to switch between different platforms. Additionally, the diverse range of interactive tools, such as timers, sticky notes, emojis, and other engaging elements, enriches the collaborative experience. Miro facilitates effective teamwork, with its central space making asynchronous work and easy project sharing possible. Its compatibility with software like Google Meet and Zoom further enhances my online collaboration efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the price of Miro to be a little high. If it were cheaper, it would be a lot more appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro solves collaboration challenges by providing an easy space to work together. It centralizes document storage, allows asynchronous work, and facilitates project sharing, making it easy to collaborate and manage tasks efficiently.

I like to be a great tool for working collectively, documenting the process and the proposed objective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it requires a lot of organization of the thinking or it becomes a big mess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large application documentations and designs that do not look good on a team wiki.

Fantastic Whiteboarding, But Prototyping Needs Improvement

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
the whiteboarding features are really helpful for brainstorming and getting feedback quickly. I like the sticky notes especially since they're easy for all levels to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the prototyping feature is very intuitive yet. the interactions are not straightforward, and it's hard to stay within the context of the board. also need work on 'layering' in prototypes- being able to drag layers to different places in your board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across a remote workforce.
