  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is straightforward and extremely easy to navigate. The available symbols and the range of diagrams provided are sufficient for me to create a mind map, allowing me to organize all the details about systems in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to criticize, but having a dark mode and some more modern font options would be fantastic additions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helpful for mapping out the entire system architecture, which made debugging and introducing new services much easier.

Miro Makes Flow Diagrams Easy with Abundant Templates

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use it primarily to create flow diagrams. Previously, I relied on other tools designed specifically for this purpose, but I find Miro's builder suite much more user-friendly. It also offers the advantage of extra tools and templates that enhance the flow diagrams I work on. Additionally, it is effective for collaboration, allowing me to gather feedback on my diagrams, make adjustments, and keep track of follow-up actions using the Resolve function.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific I don't like, the number of templates it provides can be a little overwhelming but it's not a bad thing to ensure it offers something for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently involved in projects that demand fairly complex workflows, and using Miro to create flow diagrams has been invaluable for visualising the processes we are developing. This approach helps us compare the initial iteration with potential future versions, making it easier to plan ahead. By mapping everything out in Miro, we gain clarity on the project before any actual work begins, ensuring that every team member understands the intended journey and expected outcomes.

Collaborative and user-friendly intuitive platform

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is widely used in teams for idea generation and has been particularly helpful in meetings with clients. I started using Miro about 8 years ago and found it very suitable for drawing system architectures. Its usability is excellent, and the collaboration features with other users are particularly good. There were no difficulties in setting up Miro, and it was completed very smoothly. Collaboration is very convenient, and it feels like using a whiteboard in a meeting room, even when working remotely, giving the impression of working right in front of you. I especially like that I can naturally express what I'm thinking through Miro, and I often use sticky notes and arrows. Additionally, it integrates well with other applications like Google Spreadsheets, making it very useful. I also like that it is simple and lightweight. The fact that it is easy to use and requires no additional learning is a major advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro has felt a bit heavy recently. Also, there is some disappointment regarding Korean language support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes collaboration comfortable and makes remote work feel like working together on a whiteboard in a meeting room.

Ease of Use and Effective Collaboration with Miro

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro at the company for approximately five years and I find several of its features very valuable. I love its ability to facilitate collaborative work in telework environments and virtual meetings, even in face-to-face meetings. Miro allows all of us to participate in real-time collaboration, which I consider the main problem it solves: collaborative work. Additionally, I greatly value the ease of use of Miro. The setup process is incredibly simple and easy to manage, especially within a company where there are people designated as champions to manage Miro licenses. This makes it easy to onboard new people and share documents. I also appreciate the ability to interact to store architecture diagrams directly in Miro, and the seamless integration I have when using my Wacom tablet is fantastic. The ease of displaying and doing things directly in the tool is impressive and very useful. The recently incorporated features also seem useful to me, although I haven't explored them all. I acknowledge that, due to its usefulness and ease of quickly and easily sharing work, I would buy Miro again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps extend your free plan a little more, so that people can explore many more things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to facilitate collaborative work in telecommuting, which improves virtual and in-person meetings, allowing everyone to collaborate simultaneously on diagrams. This solves the main problem of remote collaborative work.

A Versatile Tool for Creative Collaboration, But Pricey for Students

  • October 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be an exceptional tool for creatives, offering the ability to consolidate a vast amount of information into a single board. The freedom to annotate and draw over pictures and PDFs is incredibly useful. I also appreciate how easy it is to manage boards; the more time I spend using Miro, the more intuitive it becomes. Miro significantly improves my workflow by helping me declutter and analyze problems more effectively without feeling overwhelmed. The platform's capacity to house multiple file types, like JPEGs and PDFs, and to share ideas with others, facilitates collaboration and feedback, which I find invaluable. Additionally, I love the drawing feature, which enhances my ability to visualize and express ideas creatively. Bringing in PDFs and Excel sheets further streamlines my workflow, making Miro an indispensable tool for integrating various elements into cohesive projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't personally buy Miro because of its price, which is a significant consideration for me as a student. Currently, I rely on using Miro when it is provided by my school or my workplace. It would be beneficial if Miro offered a more affordable pricing option or an educational version specifically designed for students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro declutters my workflow, allowing me to zoom out and analyze problems without feeling overwhelmed. It lets me annotate and share information easily, which is valuable for collaboration.
