Smooth Team Onboarding, Effortless Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for about a year, primarily to map out content strategies and launch plans. Initially, it was a bit challenging to get started with, but once I got the hang of it, I found Miro to be super simple and straightforward. I appreciate how it efficiently lays everything out, making it easy for my team to use, especially for big launches. Compared to other platforms, Miro stood out as the easiest to adopt. The onboarding process was smooth for the entire team, taking just a couple of days to feel comfortable with it, after which it became very easy to navigate. Miro plays a significant role in visualizing our content management across different platforms, and its ease of use in mapping out calendars and phases of launches is commendable. I find Miro's arrows feature particularly useful, as it provides a clear path to follow, enhancing our workflow and productivity. The availability of an AI tool that can assist in building out the board better is also a promising aspect that I look forward to utilizing more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the learning curve quite challenging when I first started using Miro. It was pretty difficult to get used to initially, although it has become easier over time. Additionally, I tend to prefer processing information in list format while Miro's board primarily offers a mapping experience, which can be a bit of an adjustment for my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize and map out content strategies and launch plans efficiently. It simplifies team collaboration by providing a clear path with its arrow feature and effectively manages content across different platforms, enhancing our workflow and productivity.
Great Collaboration and Visuals, But Scrolling Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Visually being able to see the information shared. Also, the ability to colaborate with multiple users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling can be frustrating. If you don't remember to lock screens, the visual can be changed when you don't want it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having large space to work with.
Effortless Design on Desktop, Mobile Layer Issues Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to drag and drop images into the program and it's also very easy to move around any elements after putting them down.
What do you dislike about the product?
On mobile its very easy to accidentally select the locked background layers and then I have to zoom all the way out to deselect the layer and continue working which impedes my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an artist and often need to compile large amounts of images for reference and visual development. Miro makes that easy.
Versatile Mapping Tool with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to deliver different information mapping outcomes, from diagrams to tables to flowcharts - all in one place with an intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes freeform lines can be fiddley to get perfect but very little to dislike otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualise users flows and funnels then draw up actions against those, improving growth performance.
Practical and reliable, although the U/X and image bank can improve
What do you like best about the product?
It is a practical and reliable software that really helps you organize your work. I have used this tool in at least four different companies, and whenever I arrive at a new place, I immediately recommend that all teams centralize their boards to define the operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could improve in areas focused on U/X and U/I that do not have an additional cost, and it could also improve the image bank as it is very poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my work teams, generate order, having the boards visible and synchronized allows everyone to move towards the same path and meet the objectives, it also prevents having scattered documents and centralizes ideation or brainstorming.

Intuitive Collaboration with Powerful AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
Miro’s new AI capabilities are a genuine game-changer. The introduction of Sidekicks (custom GPTs embedded directly in your boards) and Flows (visual, collaborative automation) takes the platform far beyond digital whiteboarding. These tools let you customise complex actions, automate repetitive work, and move seamlessly from idea to execution – all in real time, with full transparency to the team. What I like most is how they help you get further, faster. You can design, analyse, and iterate within the same workspace without losing momentum. It’s not just AI bolted on – it’s deeply integrated into the way teams actually work together.

Miro: A Game-Changer for Collaborative Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro is a brilliant tool for bringing all aspects of a project together on a single board, allowing for seamless interactions within and outside our company. It facilitates efficient team interactions, commenting, and compiling ideas. The tool’s ability to help in project management by compiling everything on a single platform before moving to design software like InDesign is fantastic. I appreciate that Miro is straightforward to set up and comes with a simple initial tutorial, which makes it user-friendly even for those using only a small portion of its capabilities. The features of Miro are very simple to use and enhance our productivity, as it is an efficient platform for project workflows. I am impressed by the capability to drag and drop information, compartmentalize data, and effectively use the comment and response feature. Such communication tools are incredibly beneficial as updates are organized, and changes are highlighted, making it easy to keep track of progress. The aspect where multiple team members can work parallelly on the same documents as if having a conversation is ingenious, supporting our productivity from anywhere without losing time. The possibility to bring diverse information, such as text and images, and integrate them into a cohesive presentation is invaluable for design and concept presentations. Overall, the streamlined experience, from the beginning test phase to the presentation stage, makes Miro a tool I'd choose repeatedly. Based on these features, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of integration with key tools like Excel, InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD a significant limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro centralizes our project management, facilitating team interactions and idea sharing. It compiles all project aspects on one board, enabling collaborative work, enhancing efficiency, and allowing simultaneous contributions without geographic restrictions.
