Effortless Collaboration and Feature-Rich Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to incorporate other users, as well as use the multitude of features on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any specific reasons to dislike Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro made it extremely easy for me to create a template for brainstorming on multiple occasions, and made it easy to incorporate my fully remote team of 10+ into the exercise.
Flexible and Versatile, but Customization Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the different applications you can do with Miro. It's really easy to use even when you're new to the platform, the templates offered are great, it's simple to share and collaborate
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not easy to customize the board you want. For example I was trying to do a process diagram but I couldn'T find the right shape

It helps me easily put on paper what's in my mind and share the information with our team
MIRO: The Ultimate experience for effective collaboration and execution
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's worked remotely for 8+ years, MIRO has been the most consistent tool in my work-belt. It's easy to use and is the most powerful tool to recreate that 'whiteboard' experience

The workspace / filing system is sometimes confusing! (This might have been because in my last org we set up so many different instances!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking complex problems or thoughts and allowing us to document and refine them

I have been using Miro for two years and find its interface easy to navigate, making planning and data flow a seamless experience. I appreciate how straightforward the setup process was and how its user-friendly navigation supports sharing and collaboration across my entire team. The platform effortlessly integrates with other applications, such as GitHub, streamlining our workflow and coordination. Miro's capacity to incorporate the latest trends, like AI capabilities, is outstanding and greatly enhances our planning and mapping projects. Its intuitive design and impressive adaptability to emerging technologies make it a tool I would choose again. The application’s ability to adjust and adapt ensures that we are always using a cutting-edge tool that meets our evolving needs. I confidently rate it a perfect 10 for recommendation.

Great tool for all types of work
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and objective tool, with various functionalities relevant for different types of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Just that some features are exclusive to subscribers, but I think that's fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize flows and processes in a centralized location that is easily accessible to various users. The collaborative functions are also very effective.
Amazing design tool with easy onboarding and helpful templates
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, a great documentation, lot's of helpful templates, easy onboarding - just amazing to design with!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a dark theme - which I find it useful in some designs

Miro is helping with collaborative strategy planning and mapping customer user journeys for all our products. Overall it is solving the problem of not being able sync diagrams collaboratively as a team.

I have been using Miro for four years, and it has become an indispensable tool for conducting retrospectives, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings focused on improving our processes. This ease of collaboration ensures meetings are more efficient and productive as it simplifies following up on discussions, enabling us to get more out of meetings without the hassle of manual note-taking and later implementation. The customization options provided by Miro’s library of templates are superb, allowing us to tailor it to our specific needs. I love how easily we can copy-paste data from other sources without disrupting the layout, which is crucial for creating organizational charts and retrospectives. Miro’s sticky notes and visibility settings are fantastic for ensuring transparency and fostering unbiased input during sessions. This feature alone greatly enhances collaboration, especially when interfacing with team leads and HR on talent development reviews. Furthermore, Miro's accessibility through helpful videos and articles is invaluable for a non-technical user like me. Knowing that such resources are readily available aids in quickly overcoming any learning curve. I find it a bit challenging to start using Miro if you don't have any templates, which can make the initial setup slightly difficult.

I love how Miro has transformed the way we collaborate within my consultancy, which includes a diverse group of professionals like learning designers, project managers, and user experience designers. The platform's seamless user experience is a significant upgrade from others I've used, making it an intuitive choice for virtual collaboration. I appreciate how straightforward it was to set up, allowing me to get started and dive into my work immediately. Miro helps us solve problems much more quickly and effectively by enabling efficient collaboration that is both visual and practical. This capability allows us to express and brainstorm ideas more effectively, providing a visual representation of otherwise text-heavy information. What stands out is not one singular feature but the entire experience and ecosystem that Miro provides. The simplicity of features like Post-it notes, the abundance of templates such as mind maps, and the improved tools like tables and Kanban boards make idea visualization and sharing within my team effortless. Miro's comprehensive ecosystem of embedded tools and templates enhances our workflow significantly. I'm also excited about the artificial intelligence capabilities Miro is developing, as the anticipation and potential of these features could greatly benefit our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the video and audio capabilities in Miro not as prominent as they should be. While we usually rely on Microsoft Teams for calls during our collaboration sessions on Miro, ideally, this is a functionality that should be seamlessly integrated and easily accessible within Miro itself. The current arrangement requires us to depend on external tools for communication, which seems inefficient.

I use Miro to collaborate more efficiently and solve both client and internal problems faster. It allows us to express ideas visually, transforming text-heavy processes into visual representations and enabling more effective brainstorming and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration workspace has the potential to become the foundation for the 'next big thing.' While their brand emphasizes the next major innovation in the industry, what stands out to me is how it can also spark significant change within your own organization. I have started using the new AI workspace features to collaboratively design workflows, and I plan to implement them to establish effective guardrails for project processes. This should also help save a great deal of time that would otherwise be spent on back-and-forth during concept development. Miro has truly excelled in creating a space that fosters real collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is overwhelming. There's so much to learn and understand to pick up the real value within the product. Anyone can use a whiteboard...not everyone can build integrations and ai workflows and create some really meaningful work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows, communications to stakeholders, complex internal problems – becoming simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice interface, flexibility, excellent UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I explicitly dislike but perhaps more shapes and other visual elements once can add to each page.
