An amazing workspace and the key for our AI Innovation
What do you like best about the product?
It's the software solution to bring my team and my customers together and I use it on a daily basis. We use it to boost our Ideation process and directly integrate our Google Docs and sync our Action Items directly into Jira. It's easy to get started with but "hard to master".
The documentation and the customer support is amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a minimalistic interface which makes it a bit harder to find new or specific features. My colleagues struggle to grasp the benefits of some integrations and it takes time and effort to enable a whole team.
We underestimated the effort to implement the tool. It was worth it but definitely needs some capacity.

Intuitive and Versatile, A Strategic Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its accessibility across multiple devices, allowing me to access my work and ideas from anywhere, be it my computer, iPad, or laptop. This flexibility ensures I have all my ideas at my fingertips whenever inspiration strikes, and I can easily update or change things as needed. I find the infinite whiteboard feature incredibly valuable as it supports multiple mind maps and keeps all my strategic business plans organized in one platform, eliminating the need to juggle between multiple tabs and files. The talk tracks feature is another aspect I appreciate, as it allows me to record videos and share them with others, walking them through my ideas in a clear and effective manner, which is especially beneficial when working with clients. Additionally, Miro's intuitive interface makes it easy to use from the get-go. As someone who generally dislikes using new software, having instructional videos and boards guide me through the process made a significant difference. These features combined make Miro an indispensable tool for both my business and personal planning needs.

Honestly, I can't say there's anything I dislike. While the admin panel used to lack some features, it has seen significant improvements over the past two years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has become our essential platform for brainstorming and developing ideas collaboratively. Since we operate as a remote team, Miro plays a vital role in keeping us aligned and facilitating our discussions during meetings.

Collaborative mind mapping works well for our workshops. With so many participants, everyone can focus on their own sections, and later we come together to present and discuss our ideas as a group.
The best collaboration tool for not just Product and Tech but for the whole business
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Miro over the past decade or so....yes, Miro has been around that long though back then it was called RealTimeBoard. It has consistently evolved and become such a powerful collaboration tool. As we have become more remote, gathering around the whiteboard is less likely and Miro helps replace that interaction. It has led to ideation in the most effortless form, has allowed us to create powerful presentations to share with the business and visualise concepts and flows effortlessly. In the past, I did have to reach out to customer support twice but on both occasions, they were quick to respond and resolve so from those two experiences, it has been flawless. What is a really big win with this is the ability to integrate. We have connected it up to Jira and Slack. Slack allows for notification of changes or additions to a project we are working on so anyone working on it with us is easily noticed. With Jira, it is to connect to a ticket so the designer and developer work closely hand in hand. We also use it to allow pasting of jira tickets directly into the Miro board so we can link and follow its relationship easily. The east of the rolling this solution out to the business has been simple so no struggles with implementing it nor adopting it. Its been a huge productivity win at all business I have been in and if it does not exist, it soon becomes one of our core platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very few, almost nothing I dislike about Miro. What once was something I didn't like, has improved and now a loved function. I can honestly say, there is currently nothing I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With remote teams, collaborating effectively is the biggest challenge and Miro solves this by allowing us all to come together across many locations, platforms and departments to get the task done.
Miro: Seamless Collaboration, But Template Overload
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Miro's robust collaboration features, which significantly enhance our ability to conduct group activities and brainstorm with larger audiences. The integration with Google Meet is particularly valuable, as it allows seamless communication and interaction, eliminating the hassle of sharing multiple links and access issues. Miro's capacity to facilitate interactive presentations, rather than a static, slide-based format, enables us to present information in a fluid, intuitive manner where users can navigate topics at their own pace. The tool's features, like the timer and the ability to anonymize feedback, make session control effective, enabling more honest participation and transparent feedback. The variety of templates offered by Miro greatly simplifies the planning process, allowing me to avoid starting projects entirely from scratch. I also appreciate the ease of setup and Miro's intuitive interface, which allows team members to quickly adapt and begin utilizing the platform efficiently. Collectively, these aspects of Miro vastly improve our planning efficiency, flexibility, and collaborative efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the volume of templates in Miro overwhelming, especially when I'm trying to locate something relatively simple like a step-by-step plan for a marketing campaign. Navigating through the numerous types of templates can be confusing as they aren't organized intuitively. Often, I end up piecing together parts of a template or using specific premade elements to create what I need. It's not the quantity that's problematic, but the difficulty in navigation. It would be more helpful if the templates could be arranged in a way that allows eliminating those irrelevant to me, or filtering could be available based on most often used or most popular templates rather than presenting everything at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to enhance collaboration, streamline planning with templates, and present information interactively. It integrates seamlessly with tools like Google Meet, reducing setup hassles and enabling real-time feedback and control during sessions.
Easy collaboration with the team
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little overwhelming at first when you start using it, because there's so much features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are often issues with collaboration and alignment that arise when teams are working remotely or spread across different time zones. These challenges can make it harder for everyone to stay on the same page and work together effectively.
