Intuitive and Team-Friendly, But Could Improve Zoom Consistency

  • November 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly intuitive and love how quickly I can put down my thoughts. This is a significant advantage for me, as I can rapidly lay out ideas as they form in my mind. Miro's user-friendly interface and the ability to create the next block by simply hovering around the previous one make it quick and convenient to document ideas without hassle, which is particularly useful during team sessions or workshops. It's an excellent tool for collecting everyone's thoughts efficiently, as I don't have to fuss about finding or resizing options. Moreover, Miro is one of the easiest software for non-designers to grasp, providing a low barrier of entry, especially beneficial for people who aren’t used to design tools. This makes it a dependable choice for my team, as we collectively embrace a tool that’s simple to understand yet robust in functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I don't love about Miro is how the Zoom dictates the size of the item you've pasted. If I have an image and I paste it at the default zoom level, pasting the same image at a different zoom level sizes it differently. This affects text as well. By default, there should be one zoom level that the paste action attaches to, sizing everything consistently. Otherwise, it requires additional time to resize and clean up items. Additionally, the cost of Miro is higher compared to alternatives like FigJam, which may be a concern as the team grows, considering Miro is about 8 US dollars a month while FigJam is offered at 3 US dollars a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy team collaboration and idea organization. It's intuitive for non-designers, enabling quick thoughts documentation and efficient team workshops. Miro provides a convenient platform for sharing journey maps and documents, saving time and enhancing collaborative efforts.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration, even with large or remote teams.
It feels natural to brainstorm, organize ideas, and visualize workflows in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing isn’t friendly if you only need a few advanced features. You end up paying for a full plan even if you barely use half of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize ideas and collaborate with others in one shared space.
It solves the problem of scattered feedback and long discussions by making everything visual and easy to understand, which saves time and keeps everyone aligned.

Innovative Prototyping with AI, Needs Better Navigation

  • November 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for organizing and ideation of projects, and I am particularly impressed with its ability to ensure notes are well-organized, which helps create a better structure for the end result. The new prototype feature is something I really like, particularly because of the integration of AI. This AI integration is valuable as it saves a lot of time by avoiding the need to create a prototype from scratch. Additionally, I have already recommended Miro to friends, earning it a solid score of 8 out of 10 in my book.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the navigation in Miro could be simplified to make the platform easier for new users. Additionally, the initial setup was confusing as it was difficult to figure out the features at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for organizing and ideation, ensuring notes are well-structured for better project outcomes. The AI integration in the prototype feature saves me significant time by speeding up the prototyping process.

Intuitive and Versatile, Yet Needs Faster Data Loading...

  • November 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro provides comprehensive tools that are simple to use without any need for prior training. It offers an intuitive interface that makes creating charts and flow charts easy, with readily available shapes and a variety of color options to highlight important details. The ability to have all data and its iterations on a single page is incredibly helpful. The zoom-in and zoom-out features are also straightforward, allowing me to maneuver through all the data easily. I appreciate that the initial setup was very easy and smooth, making the transition seamless. I also value the extensive options Miro offers compared to previous platforms like Ecopy, which enhances my ability to brainstorm and design seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that loading all the data with images in Miro could be quicker. The current speed slows down the workflow when handling detailed visuals and large sets of data, which can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to consolidate data and its iterations on one page easily, with intuitive zoom capabilities, simplifying design concepts, Scrum planning, and to-do lists.

Versatile, Fast, and Creative Collaboration Platform, Mostly good.

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its versatility, flexibility, and speed. It offers many integrations, and you can work very creatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that I cannot export PNG files. My boards become useless if I no longer have a subscription because the free version is basically just a trial. The AI is not good, and since you can only use it 25 times, it is hardly used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visually represent complex information and keep a lot of information in one place. I can be very flexible and have a wide range of options to express my creativity.

Effortless to Use and Share—A User-Friendly Solution

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. I showed it to other people. They figure out how to build things, edit without having to look it up or google it. Sharing documents is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual can look a bit too basic. It can work great within a team or for sketching/prototyping diagrams but it doesn't give the sense of "this is a sophisticated tool" but again, that might be a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way to create and collaborate on diagrams. I used the WBS template feature and was able to get started quickly and get others to collaborate on it.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be incredibly easy to use, which significantly enhances my productivity when engaging in tasks like mind mapping ideas. The fact that it is free is also a major advantage, allowing me to access its features without any financial burden. What I also value is Miro's versatility; I love how I can embed videos, websites, and screenshots directly into my projects. This level of flexibility enables me to create dynamic and comprehensive visualizations, making it an effective tool for visualizing my thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro to be slow and resource-intensive at times, which can hinder my productivity. Moreover, while the setup is simple, it's not necessarily easy, indicating a potential learning curve or complexity in getting started effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize my thinking and mind map ideas effortlessly. It's easy to use and versatile, allowing me to embed videos, websites, and screenshots.

Flexible, User-Friendly, and Visually Appealing for Team Collaboration

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the flexibility of Miro, which makes it incredibly adaptable to various tasks and needs. It's very easy to understand and use, making it accessible for everyone in my team, regardless of their level of expertise. The platform's visual appeal is exceptional, making it effortless to communicate complex ideas visually to other teams and stakeholders. This visual communication is especially beneficial when text-based formats may not be sufficient or clear. Miro supports all main forms of communication and is easily shareable, which simplifies collaboration and ensures everyone can access and contribute to the projects seamlessly. The ability to add text alongside visuals helps me to structure my thoughts clearly and efficiently, which enhances productivity and clarity in meetings and project planning. Moreover, the initial setup was straightforward, with little to no configuration required, making the onboarding process smooth and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that while Miro is flexible, it can sometimes be overwhelming in terms of the amount of information that can be input and compressed. It's easy to put a lot of details into Miro, but managing or compressing all that information effectively can be a challenge. Furthermore, I would appreciate enhanced integration capabilities, especially with Confluence, to allow seamless editing and better documentation workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies visual communication, making it easier to pass messages in a simple way and especially aids those not deep in details. It helps align with other teams by mapping out processes and organizing thoughts for better understanding.
