Intuitive Interface and Real-Time Collaboration Make Miro a Standout

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is often commended by both users and employees for its user-friendly interface and outstanding real-time collaboration capabilities. Its versatility allows it to support a variety of activities, such as product development, project management, design sprints, and remote workshops, making it a valuable tool for teams across different industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation options could be more user-friendly to improve overall usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform offers a visual and centralized workspace that helps tackle the challenges of remote work, scattered toolsets, and keeping stakeholders aligned. The advantages our team is experiencing probably come from having one dynamic platform to support these agile activities. During sprint planning, you can use features like sticky notes, estimation apps, and voting widgets to make sessions more interactive and engaging for both in-person and remote teams.

Seamless Collaboration and Handy Features Elevate Teamwork

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Cross collaboration between team members is seamless and with no lags. Availability of desktop application is very handy. Features like mind-mapping are very helpful while planning for projects. Jira integration helps put the ideas into Jira task efficiently. Sticky stack feature helps putting stickies on to the board without copy pasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop application keeps updating and pop-up for that is very annoying. Sometimes the app doesn't update it just crashes and never opens to the newer version. Later opening the app will again show the update pop-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross collaboration within team members that sit in different time-zones can see what other have done and left to be done for the member coming next day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use Miro offers, making it straightforward to plan projects and design user journeys. The immediate syncing feature is incredibly valuable, ensuring that my colleagues and I are always on the same page, regardless of our locations. This seamless synchronization solves many of our remote collaboration challenges and facilitates efficient record-keeping by saving discussions and designs online for universal access. The variety of tools Miro provides is remarkable, supporting us in drafting proofs of concept or designs and making them accessible to everyone involved. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, everything works well with Miro, which is why I would rate it ten out of ten for recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve remote collaboration challenges and for record-keeping, allowing seamless design sharing and access for my team.

Intuitive tool for seamless collaboration

  • November 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as one of my main tools for coaching, workshops, training, lectures, and collaborative brainstorming in the areas of team development and leadership training. I highly value the platform for its interactive and collaborative capabilities. This allows me to prepare workshops, conduct them effectively, and easily reuse (certain aspects). I particularly appreciate the reliability and simplicity of Miro and its high user-friendliness. Every workshop participant can intuitively create and organize sticky notes immediately or after only a very short familiarization period and navigate the board. And of course, this can be done remotely and globally distributed. I also appreciate the ability to easily copy and paste content like prepared templates and to insert and precisely position images, text, and colors in terms of design, which is especially useful for my lectures and presentations. I can export the slides in very high quality and provide them as handouts. As a result, Miro has become my "standard presentation tool" and has completely replaced PowerPoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
With several hundred participants, it becomes jerky and chaotic. I somewhat miss the "crowd management" functions like "hands off" (for merging, sorting, or AI processing of content) or the "restricted anonymous mode" without hiding the sticky notes. Additionally, the quality and reliability of Miro-AI are still insufficient. The translation of content doesn't always work, and Miro-AI still often starts to make things up that aren't on the board when summarizing. The roadmap and Kanban functionalities are currently being revised, but they are not yet as smooth and functional as I would like them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for interactive collaboration in workshops, training sessions, and lectures. Miro is fast, intuitive, and supports real collaboration.

Effortless Collaboration and Seamless Integration

  • November 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Miro offers pre-built templates, allowing me to start my work or research based on examples rather than from scratch, which is a big time-saver. The web interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which enhances my efficiency even further. The ease with which I can share my boards with team members who have a license is invaluable for communicating ideas, especially during ideation and product research phases. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro is incredibly user-friendly, even for beginners. Having used Miro in previous jobs, I find it a natural extension for those familiar with using physical boards and sticky notes, making it a no-brainer to adapt to. Miro's ability to support visual communication is also noteworthy, as it allows me to build low-fidelity prototypes that can then be handed over seamlessly to engineers and designers to be further developed in other tools like Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more AI features inbuilt within Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for ideation, collaboration, and planning in product management, leveraging its templates to streamline starting projects and sharing boards for communication. It integrates with other tools for visual communication, like creating prototypes in Miro and passing them to Figma.

What do you like best about the product?
What I particularly appreciate about Miro is the ability to work on a project with multiple people simultaneously. This feature significantly facilitates collaboration and promotes teamwork, which is especially useful in a study environment. Additionally, I enjoy the endless zoom function, as it provides much more space for text and images. This allows for a detailed and rich presentation of information, making learning and presenting more efficient. Furthermore, I found the initial setup to be very user-friendly, as everything was well explained through the tutorial, making it easy to start using Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
That many things like stickers and functions cost money.
