For those who are not familiar with it, getting used to how it works can be challenging. Even with the lock feature enabled, people sometimes accidentally move elements they shouldn't, which can disrupt the board layouts.

Miro provides me with a space to organize my thoughts—a spacious canvas that lets me navigate the entire analytical process. I can start with the messy phase, where I’m untangling a problem on my own, then move on to generating ideas, developing templates for workshops and co-design sessions, analyzing results, and affinity mapping. Eventually, I’m able to create a more polished artifact to present to my team. Having a whiteboard tool is essential in my work, and out of all the ones I’ve tried, Miro stands out as the best.

Copywriter in advertising agency
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very simple and intuitive platform. I really like that it is collaborative and works in a very visual way.
I always access it through my browser (Google Chrome) when a new project/briefing comes up. In terms of frequency, I would say that I create new boards on Miro twice a
What I like to do is create a brainstorming outline, where I dump most of the information. At a later stage, I invite the other people involved in the project to add their input. This integration is very intuitive, as we all use professional accounts.
Implementation is easy, thanks in part to the initial tutorial for new users.
So far, I haven't needed to contact customer support. But I feel that if I did, they would provide me with the necessary assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that there may be too many options for templates and layouts, which leaves me undecided about which one to use.
The free plan is limited to three boards, which I find insufficient. In my case, this platform is not paid for by the company where I work, but I still want to use it. I often have to delete boards to make new ones, and that makes me uncomfortable because I don't want to lose the information.

Miro creates a space where we can all work at the same time. It gives us all access to information and project status and keeps us organised.
Intuitive Tool with Great Features for Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro for its drag-and-drop capabilities and sticky notes, which make it easier for me to organize and visualize ideas quickly during live workshop facilitation. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily change colors and make real-time adjustments, which is vital during interactive sessions. It's essentially like having a dynamic whiteboard that I can keep updated with notes and feedback instantly. The simplicity of the setup process also impressed me, allowing me to get started with minimal hassle. Overall, Miro is a great tool that I find reliable and effective for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how if I have something selected on the screen and then paste in something, it replaces the selected item instead of just pasting on the screen with the selected item staying. This makes pasting multiple pictures one after the other harder because it requires an extra click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a virtual whiteboard to update sessions in real-time with notes and feedback, benefiting from its easy interface, drag-and-drop capabilities, and the ability to adjust visuals effortlessly.
