Endless Creative Space for Organizing Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how spacious the board is, offering what feels like endless room. It's wonderful to have the ability to create anything and gather all my ideas together in a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve at first with scrolling and moving around the board. The controls are not as intuitive as i would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has enabled me to map out all of my team's end-to-end processes in great detail. Our workflows are complex and often difficult to explain to other departments, but with Miro, we can create clear visualizations that make them much easier to understand. It also allows us to keep these visuals updated as our processes evolve.
AI-Powered Collaboration, Time-Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI features in Miro, especially using the canvas as a prompt. It saves me time and mental space, which is great since I'm managing several projects. The initial setup was awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to chat with sidekicks. When sidekicks give their input or their input as questions, I want to give them more information to receive their answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro brings the team together, helps us stay organized, saves me time, and clears mental space. It's great for managing several projects and generating summaries post-workshops, keeping my sanity intact with helpful sidekicks.
Essential for Hybrid Brainstorming and Seamless Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is vital to my team because it allows us to brainstorm virtually. We have half our team in person and half our team remote. Miro allows us to engage the people in the room and the people on the screen simultaneously. It has helped us create better records of brainstorms and planning as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Miro with our Vibe board. Unfortunately, Miro on the Vibe board does not allow us to sign into our own account and pull up existing boards. It has you create a new native board or screen share from a device (which is what we do). I wish the app for the Vibe allowed you to pull up all of your existing boards like the desktop miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves cross team collaboration problems we had as well as creating better records of innovation sprints.
Scalable Solution That Grows with Your Needs
What do you like best about the product?
the scalability of the software. The free option is great, but lacks a few important possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The level of detail could go deeper, and it would be nuice if it would be possible to import icons and assets in a personal library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
create diagrams in an easy and affordable way
Unbounded Creativity Yet Needs Mobile Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is a great tool for brainstorming without bounds. I appreciate the many tools and different formats Miro offers, allowing me to be creative. These features help me create boards for many different purposes. The initial setup was pretty easy, just a simple signup and some quick forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
On mobile devices, Miro is not as snappy, especially with bigger boards. It could use some optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a great tool for brainstorming without bounds. The various tools, different formats, and unlimited space help me be creative and create boards for many different purposes.
Intuitive Whiteboarding, Great Templates, Needs Better Guide
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's clean and intuitive interface, making it easy to invite people to view and participate. I also appreciate the templates it offers as a starting point for visual drafts. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you don't know what you don't know, and there's probably a lot within Miro that I'm not using at all or underutilizing. I'm not a power-user and know I have things I could improve. Clearer ChatGPT integration to take existing content and draft it up in formats that MIGHT be what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps visualize team organization and business processes for meetings, and I use it to conceptualize office layouts.

What do you dislike about the product?

Excellent for Collaboration and Quick Design Sketches
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration aspect and quick sketching ability. I love using it to plan out presentations and design. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my main frustrations is that occasionally, when I try to scroll or pan, the controls get stuck. For example, if I use the mouse wheel to zoom in, the view sometimes shifts left or right instead, which can be quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a collaboration problem. Using Miro makes it very easy for my team to collaborate on design and presentation flow. I have even used it in presentations where clients can add comments live and they really liked being able to look around at their own speed.
Centralize Information in a Practical and Efficient Way
What do you like best about the product?
The way to centralize various pieces of information on the same board, in addition to the possibility of working simultaneously with several people, making decision-making easier when we share brainstorming with other teams. The interface is extremely user-friendly, making it very easy to explain to people who are using it for the first time, so we have no problems sharing tasks with third parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that hinders me a bit is the lack of diagram shapes in the starter plan, especially for creating BPMN flowcharts - but I believe this is more related to my company than to Miro itself, as an upgrade would already solve this problem. But it would be nice to have a greater variety of shapes available for initial plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I, personally, like to have a visual management of the tasks and processes/projects I am working on. For this, I work a lot with mind maps, journey drawings, "as-is" and "to-be" diagrams, process flowcharts, and the like to document everything I have done and will do, as well as to facilitate presentations to stakeholders about internal process changes and project and planning presentations for clients.
Simple tool for visualizing ideas, but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is the simplicity in its operation and that it can be used in the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing policy could be improved, because it is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem that we sometimes cannot imagine things and helps us present our ideas to both colleagues and external customers.
