  • November 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming sessions with my team and for creating interactive workshops with clients. I love leading interactive sessions and collecting feedback, which I can then analyze using Miro's AI feature. I appreciate that Miro feels like a large, interactive workspace, which is particularly beneficial for remote work, creating a vibe as if we are collaborating in person. The timer feature, sticky stack, and the endless flexibility and creativity that Miro offers are impressive and, in some respects, even better than traditional in-person workshops. The set-up is very easy, making it accessible despite the varying proficiency levels of team members. Overall, these features make Miro a 10 out of 10 in my book, as I am highly likely to recommend it to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to type in a prompt about the type of meeting I am going to lead and have Miro suggest a format or template to use. I would also like more design improvements. If Miro could have some features that are similar to Figma, that would help me use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming and creating interactive workshops, solving remote collaboration challenges. Its AI feature helps gather and analyze feedback effectively, feeling like a large collaborative workspace. Miro's flexibility and creativity enhance my team's experience, almost better than in-person workshops.

I love using Miro for my architecture studies because it allows multiple people to give input and share ideas simultaneously, making collaborative projects seamless and efficient. The platform's ability to export slides and create entire presentations within it is incredibly convenient and contributes to a smooth workflow. I find Miro's dynamic nature in adding and sharing content to be a standout feature, as it enhances creativity and communication across teams. Having all presentations and design-related discussions centralized on one platform is a significant advantage, fostering organized and efficient project management. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy, allowing me to quickly integrate it into my work process. My positive experience with Miro is such that I would highly recommend it to friends or colleagues, as evidenced by my 10 out of 10 recommendation score.

Effortless Diagram Creation with Intuitive Sharing

  • November 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro offers a very instinctive interface, which makes it easy to use, even for tasks like creating ER diagrams that usually require more complex tools. The low barrier to entry and the gradual learning curve are significant positives; they allow me to get up to speed quickly without having to spend excessive time mastering the tool. I appreciate the shareability feature, which is crucial for me as I often need to share diagrams with remote teams swiftly and efficiently. Transitioning to Miro from a basic Word or Excel setup has been a seamless experience, offering me functionalities that I didn't have before. The initial setup was absolutely painless, which is a massive advantage for someone working solo on projects. All of these aspects combined make my experience with Miro overwhelmingly positive, as reflected in my strong inclination to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Miro does not allow importing metadata to automatically generate diagrams. Additionally, while not an expected feature, it would be advantageous if Miro could recommend partition and index strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro allows me to quickly create ER diagrams and share them with remote teams thanks to its intuitive interface, simplifying collaboration and learning.

Indispensable Tool for Collaborative Research and Innovation

  • November 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how indispensable Miro is for systems mapping and research, both professionally and in my graduate studies towards a master's in strategic management and innovation. It stands out as one of the best collaboration tools I've used, allowing for effective and efficient concept testing, proposition design strategy, and ideation workshops. The platform is excellent for visualizing ideas, as it accelerates and simplifies the process of capturing participant and stakeholder input. I am impressed by how quickly it allows us to set up work environments and collaborate, making group work and communication more seamless. The tool is intuitive and alleviates design pressure from those who may struggle with it by offering user-friendly tools. I've found the sticky note feature particularly valuable for capturing feedback and promoting interactive collaboration, enabling participants to take charge of their creative processes while maintaining clear direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro can be resource-intensive, which occasionally causes it to lag or become glitchy. This performance issue can depend on the browser or the computer's power, creating a hurdle for some participants trying to engage with the tool due to the lagging. Also, managing multiple accounts across different email addresses and workspaces can sometimes be cumbersome and confusing, especially regarding sharing permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro invaluable for visualizing ideas and facilitating collaborative sessions, accelerating mapping and capturing feedback seamlessly, while simplifying tools for easy use regardless of design expertise.

Infinite Canvas and Prototyping Make Miro Essential for Brainstorming

  • November 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing by far about Miro is the infinite canvas. Being able to constantly create when new ideas occur and have everything stay together in the same place is great for brainstorming and workshopping ideas. As a Business Analyst, I am constantly using Miro to kick off projects and create products. The prototyping tool really stepped things up - now we no longer have to start with a blank canvas, we start with an idea and create a prototype from that idea within minutes. That prototype will then spark more ideas and soon we have a fully fledged product mapped out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside of Miro is that sometimes when running workshops it can be difficult to make sure that workshop participants without paid accounts have the correct access before the meeting, so we usually end up sharing a screen with one person running it rather than getting individuals to access the canvas themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a great innovation tool for us - it helps gather the initial ideas, build workflows to play things back to stakeholders, analyse what we have gathered, and prototype or wireframe solutions. It is a complete end-to-end product-building solution, and it's so easy to use that new team members can get up and running within minutes.
