What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be incredibly user-friendly, which greatly facilitates my workflow. It's particularly beneficial to have the entire project housed in one spot from start to finish, as it allows for better organization of inspiration, artwork, line plans, and all associated feedback. This centralized setup makes it easier to manage project details and ensures that everything from large format files to minute project notes is efficiently accessible. Collaborating with vendors on Miro offers me the advantage of seamless file sharing and a clear view of project progress through different boards, enhancing the overall management of ongoing projects. The ease of initial setup, facilitated by vendor invitations to boards, adds to a smooth adoption experience. Additionally, Miro integrates well with my primary design tool, the Adobe suite, allowing straightforward file uploads, which streamlines my creative process.

I appreciate Miro's AI features which significantly reduce my workload and accelerate the ideation process, making it easier to complete tasks in a short time frame. The prototype feature also enhances the speed at which I can ideate and collaborate effectively. I find Miro's user interface to be one of its standout elements—it is user-friendly, simplified, and visually appealing with its colorful design, which makes it attractive and easy for anyone to use. The initial setup was very straightforward, contributing to its ease of use. Miro serves as a collaborative platform, allowing my team members to contribute their input seamlessly, validate ideas, and align our creative efforts. This collaborative environment makes it simpler to distribute work, keeping us all aligned while working on projects. Overall, these features make Miro a valuable tool in facilitating our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that, as of now, Miro has so many features, and there isn't a manual or guide readily available. This means I have to navigate through the tools and features independently to understand them. It would be beneficial to have some documentation or manual that simplifies the learning process, especially for features I haven't used or am unfamiliar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to enhance collaborative brainstorming and product design, streamlining ideation and prototyping for my team. It simplifies coordination and validation of creative ideas, ensuring alignment and reducing workload with its intuitive interface and AI features.

I love the ability to interchangeably use different modules for different tasks and track entire projects from start to finish. This flexibility in Miro allows me to effectively manage and organize projects, including conducting benchmarking. I sometimes use the arrows and boxes to create user flows and map functionalities, and the capability to put everything into separate modules based on the task is fantastic. This modularity makes working with Miro highly adaptable and suits various project needs. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was great, and it didn't take long for me to understand how it works, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly design.

I sometimes find that Miro does not automatically provide good and aesthetically pleasing spacing for boxes and text, which requires me to spend extra time adjusting them manually.

Wish the AI and natural language processing was better to create workflows, but I'm sure it'll improve over time...

I use it for copywriting workshops and I like it because it is user-friendly and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never search other possibilities and prompts to use, I stick to the board for hands-on exercices in group. I am afraid that other contents and templates might be too complicated. It's a pitty beacuse it has so many optinos.

It gives me opportunity to vreate an interactive, dynamic exchange of creative ideas and feedbacks on my copywriting workshops.

Excellent for Team Collaboration and Ready-to-Use Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Actually it is great place for interactive collaboration with team mates and inter team meetings. Also you can use templates, no need to create everything from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login with SSO, actually little bit complex abd mainly I need to login again after a while. Maybe it is a company setting I don't know but the only part is login experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with Team mates at the same time for team stuff or projects. We are all remote team so a tool like this is expertly important

I have always been a fan of Miro, appreciating it as our primary tool for team communication, and I highly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of exporting documents as PDFs from Miro quite challenging. It's not as straightforward as I would like, making it difficult sometimes to share documents efficiently with others. Additionally, I occasionally encounter difficulties when creating new boards, as it tends to default to a whiteboard format, which isn't always suitable for my needs. The creation of different board types can be hard at times.

I use Miro to communicate ideas and workflows visually with my engineering team, ensuring feasibility assessment and collaboration are seamless.
Perfect for Visual Collaboration and Creative Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Freeform collaboration is really helpful for visual thinkers like me. While I don't use much the advanced multi-user capabilities, like voting, the easiness of use lets you intuitively find workarounds for pretty much whatever you need. It replaced paper and pen for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easy way to convert Miro brainstormed, messy ideas into structured sheets or reports. Something that can be copied into a different platform for further refining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Miro, I had a hard time aligning on ideas online. When discussing with people, I need visuals to drive the conversation.
