Transformative Tool for Collaborative Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Miro as a collaborative tool for planning and brainstorming, especially with distributed teams, and it works excellently because it's very easy to use with self-explanatory tools. Miro offers a multitude of templates that allow me to kickstart my meetings quickly and efficiently. I particularly enjoy features like the timer and counters, which help me stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively, as well as the music feature, which creates a more pleasant atmosphere during meetings. The entry threshold to start using Miro is not very high, making it convenient for anyone to begin utilizing the platform. I have been using Miro for a long time, and I find it very straightforward to navigate. Overall, the combination of these features makes Miro indispensable for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find it easy to plot complicated IT graphs with Miro. As an engineer, I feel there are limitations due to the lack of specialized shapes or libraries for IT diagramming. Additionally, the absence of connectors with auto-routing makes it challenging to create visually organized and accurate technical diagrams.

There isn’t much to dislike, but a few small things can be improved:
Sometimes the board becomes a bit cluttered when many people are editing at the same time.
Navigation can feel slightly tricky on very large boards.
A few features take time to get used to, especially for new users.

Intuitive and Dynamic UI, Improve Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and dynamic Miro is; it has a playful 'game' touch that includes stickers and reactions, which makes it quite attractive and easy to get hooked on, facilitating participation in team dynamics. I also found the initial setup easy, thanks to the clear explanation provided by Research Ops in my company, which allowed for a quick adaptation. Additionally, I highly value Miro for aligning the UX team, refining with the product team, and for strategic and personal uses like planning a trip, which demonstrates its versatility and usefulness in multiple contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are many features I don't know about because I stick to the basics. Integrating them into my daily routine is difficult to discover them. Also, what I think is the worst is the management and organization of documents; it becomes complicated for me that once I share links, my colleagues, if not through the link, find the document in their workspaces.

I find Miro extremely useful for organizing my personal projects and ideas, including those stemming from work. It really shines in helping me brainstorm and resolve complex ideas, ensuring that everyone stays in touch and on the same page. My favorite tool within Miro is the diagram feature, which aids me in better understanding complexity and problems. I love that I can collaborate seamlessly with my partners using these diagrams. I find the pricing of Miro a bit challenging. It can be a concern for me, as I feel it is a little steep, which might be hard to justify. I find the AI in Miro limited and clunky. It doesn't feel like a natural part of the platform but rather an add-on. The features, such as clustering ideas, do not provide options for a smaller number of clusters, often presenting too many. This limitation in AI functionality disrupts the workflow and does not meet my expectations for a seamless integration.
