Perfect for Visual Thinkers and Effortless Collaboration

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a visual thinker, Miro helps me map out the chaos of my mind and translate this chaos to others. It's intuitive to use and works with many simple tools from taking snapshots of things from my desktop and pasting them into the board to discuss with collaborators. It's quick, efficient, and versatile. It has easily become the most important tool in my belt and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a simple calendar integration in Miro that's project specific. What I tend to do is screenshot a calendar and place post-it notes on it. Something that would be more functional would be ideal. And of course ideal that it's part of the ribbon so you can drag and drop it quickly on the collaboration board. I also spend alot of time printing a pdf document to image and then uploading and resizing the individual images. Would be ideal to integrate pdf docs more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with team members remotely. With all its integrations, it also facilitates collaboration in in-person teams as well as we're able to see everything, upfront, and in one big picture.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its effectiveness as a collaboration board within our design team. It significantly enhances communication among team members, solving various issues related to sharing ideas and feedback. I particularly appreciate the variety of tools Miro offers, which allow our team to use different shapes, pens, and pencils for sketching and making pointed annotations quickly during meetings. This functionality is very practical and supports our workflow efficiently. The ability to add pictures to the board and tag teammates makes the tool especially valuable for brainstorming and sharing processes effectively. I'm also impressed with the straightforward initial setup, which made integrating Miro into our workflow seamless. These features contribute to why I would rate Miro a solid 10 out of 10 in likelihood to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the grouping items feature doesn't work properly. I'm unsure why I'm unable to group some items together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to enhance team communication by providing drawing tools, commenting, and tagging features, which are practical for sketching and brainstorming in meetings.

Fantastic Collaboration with Easy Setup

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro's diagramming tools and their intuitive ease of use, which make it effortless for my team to create and manage complex designs. The whiteboard functionality is a standout feature that significantly enhances collaboration, enabling seamless interaction and communication among team members. I appreciate the simplicity of the initial setup, which allowed us to get started with Miro quickly without any hassle. The affordability and lack of budget for multiple tools also made it a preferable choice over Visio for my collaboration needs. Overall, Miro has dramatically improved our workflow and efficiency, making it an invaluable tool for product design and team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro could benefit from better diagramming options. Older tools like Visio have been more developer-friendly, which makes it challenging to get everyone in product engineering teams to adopt Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for seamless collaboration, product design, and user prototyping. It streamlines feature assessment and user feedback with its intuitive diagramming tools and interactive whiteboard, enhancing teamwork and creativity despite needing better diagramming options.

Intuitive, Collaborative, and Essential for Growth

  • November 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro serves as a vast digital whiteboard that allows me to keep all my ideas in one place, expressing my thoughts and organising them seamlessly. Its size and the ability to have everything on a single board are incredibly useful for mapping out complex processes such as customer journeys and departmental workflows. The Google Drive integration is invaluable, as it lets me access and edit all essential documents directly from Miro, streamlining my workflow. Additionally, the collaboration features are fantastic, enabling my team to contribute remotely and participate in strategy meetings, which facilitates real-time idea development and prioritisation. The fact that Miro is cloud-based and free for us adds to its appeal, ensuring easy access for everyone. I also find Miro's templates section inspiring, making it one of the most intuitive tools available—I believe it's a standout feature. Moreover, Miro is exceptionally intuitive, with almost no learning curve, making it straightforward to start using. In my view, Miro is much cleaner and simpler than other tools I've tried, like Notion, for ideation purposes, and it brilliantly translates the traditional usefulness of whiteboards into a digital format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to know more use cases and see how others are using Miro. Having 3-4 examples very clearly illustrated and simple would be helpful, so I can take inspiration and start to build into my workflow. I honestly haven't seen anything like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to untangle complex thoughts, map processes, and ideate with my team. It integrates seamlessly with Google Drive, enabling centralised document management and collaborative strategy meetings.
