Miro Makes Visual Learning a Breeze

  • November 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it's incredibly easy to create diagrams, which makes storing my data structure lessons much more interactive and memorable compared to a normal textual format. The pen tool is particularly useful, and I appreciate how easy it is to switch between different tools using the keyboard, which enhances my ability to draw on the board effortlessly. I find it convenient that I can create as many boards as I want without restrictions, which is essential for mapping out extensive system design diagrams. Additionally, Miro facilitates the writing of React code inside boxes effortlessly and the tool's ease of erasing quickly adds to its usability. The initial signup process is also extremely easy, which made my onboarding experience seamless. Given all these features, I am compelled to recommend Miro highly, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find using the mouse for handwriting or drawing diagrams on Miro to be quite hard. This can make the task of writing diagrams feel cumbersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro makes it easy to create diagrams, which enhances my understanding and recall of data structures, replacing traditional text formats.

Boundless Creativity with Miro’s Intuitive Whiteboard

  • November 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its boundless whiteboard space that supports big picture thinking and planning business processes and production timelines seamlessly. The visual nature of the whiteboard is incredibly beneficial for me, especially when planning long timelines, something that other software doesn't manage as effectively. Additionally, the stickies and connecting arrows are indispensable tools that enable me to showcase long timelines with numerous dependencies, making it easier to share my thoughts and plans with collaborators and clients. I find Miro's interface on both desktop and tablet very user-friendly, enhancing my overall experience. Moreover, the ease of initial setup made integrating Miro into my workflow a smooth process. Overall, these features contribute to a very high level of satisfaction with Miro, which I find extremely useful and reliable for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could box off certain areas more easily and name them so that I could just click into them from a 'table of contents' that takes me to a certain section of the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for planning with boundless space and visual tools like stickies and arrows that effectively organize timelines and dependencies, improving collaboration.

Using mind maps during my PhD research has been very helpful, especially when I can share them with my supervisor at the same time. This approach makes it easier to organize my ideas and get more effective feedback, which improves the overall review process.

Effortless Collaboration and Task Management

  • November 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro has effectively replaced the need for extended Zoom meetings by consolidating all necessary discussion materials and tools in one accessible location. This makes it incredibly convenient to brainstorm ideas, create Kanban boards, and manage and assign tasks efficiently. Miro's interface is extremely intuitive, making it straightforward and simple to use, which has significantly streamlined our presentation process with clients, eliminating the need for repeated proposal submissions. The way it integrates features akin to those in Google Docs and Canva is a major plus, as it saves the time and hassle of toggling between multiple applications. I’m particularly fond of Miro's draw features, Kanban, and wireframing tools, which are easy and efficient, while the text features enhance communication clarity. This integration of multiple functionalities has made managing tasks and creating visually appealing layouts much easier. The aesthetic and functional appeal of having wireframes, Google Docs-like frames, and collaborative drawing tools all fused together in Miro is why we switched from Canva's 'Canva' feature to Miro, and it genuinely makes my work environment more productive and visually appealing. The initial setup was a breeze, as I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for simplicity. Overall, I find Miro's combination of tools and collaborative capabilities truly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to have some integration with like Canva or Figma so you could design ad creatives right then and there. That would make my work more streamlined and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro streamlines our task management and brainstorming, replacing long Zoom calls and centralizing our resources. It's easy to use for creating boards, wireframes, and documents, while also simplifying client presentations without needing repeated proposals.

  • November 22, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the versatility of Miro; its infinite board is a standout feature that allows for unlimited growth over time. The fact that Miro is so fast is impressive; it never has slow performance, unlike other tools I've tried. This ensures that the graphic pieces and user filter work smoothly, never feeling like the system becomes heavy or clumsy. This efficiency and speed have convinced me that it is the best tool for continuous work with my team. Additionally, its initial setup was extremely easy, which facilitated the integration of Miro into our workflow without considerable demand. This combination of expansive functionality, speed, and ease of use makes me continue to recommend Miro as the best tool for visual collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
To create slightly more technical diagrams, the tools offered by Miro are not enough, so we need to resort to other tools. This is an area where Miro falls short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to get visual feedback for prioritization and decision-making, turning abstract ideas into something concrete. It is versatile, with an infinite board that grows over time, and it works quickly, which is essential for our product team.
