Dynamic and Easy, Perfect for Collaborative Work

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how dynamic it is, its attractive design, and how easy it is to use in our daily work. We use Miro quite a lot in our work, especially to create dashboards that allow me to draw workflows and connect with the different repositories I work with. Additionally, it is very useful for retrospectives, dailies, and when I need to explain to a colleague how a workflow functions. Miro proves invaluable during joint sessions where we review how the previous sprint went. The functionality of using incognito mode allows us to describe everything that has happened more freely and gives us the opportunity to rate anonymously how we have felt. Thanks to these features, Miro becomes an essential tool that I find quite useful in most of the professional cases we tackle. The initial setup of Miro was simple and the process is quite intuitive; with a bit of practice, in a couple of hours, you can manage the tool quite advancedly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps having more ways to make the diagrams could be useful. Sometimes I find that the images are very long and I would like to be able to shorten them, so that visually they don't look so extensive, and have the option to expand them as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create dashboards and workflows, which enhances explanation and collaboration in group sessions. It facilitates retrospectives and dailies, allows for anonymous feedback, and is easy to use with an attractive design.

Visual Excellence with User-Friendly Features

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro primarily at my job for creating process workflows and have found it exceptionally valuable for various visual tasks such as diagramming and brainstorming. I appreciate how visually appealing and easy to use Miro is, allowing me to craft content that is both easy to understand and visually pleasing for stakeholders, enhancing their engagement and comprehension. I am particularly impressed by the fluidity of using Miro's elements, which reminds me of Lucidchart but feels even more seamless. Miro offers more features that I actively use compared to other tools like Lucidchart and Visio, making it my preferred choice. Moreover, navigating Miro feels comfortable and user-friendly, with straightforward setup procedures in place, as I only needed to request a license and log in using SSO, which made the adoption process smooth and efficient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI isn't to the point where i would use it over manually making a process. I have more control doing it manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating process workflows and visual tasks, making it easy to understand for stakeholders with its easy-to-use and visually appealing interface, better than Lucidchart and Visio.

Intuitive and Collaborative, but Needs Better Alignment

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy to use Miro is, especially the specific type of relationship tree chart it offers. It was a relief to finally find software that had this type of chart which was not available elsewhere, making Miro invaluable for organizing and visualizing new processes. The clean look and ease of use are standout features, allowing me to navigate and create visualizations effortlessly. I also appreciate the simultaneous collaboration capability which lets my team and I work together in real-time, enhancing our productivity and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. The initial setup was a breeze; logging in, choosing a template, and starting to build was straightforward and quick, making the transition to using Miro seamless. This ease of use and robust feature set is why I'd highly recommend Miro to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that moving objects and repositioning them on the chart can be annoying. The objects don't seem to snap into place, which often leaves them off-center and slightly unaligned. This requires me to manually realign the objects, and this process is quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating organized charts and mind maps, solving process visualization needs. Its ease of use and collaborative features enable my team to work efficiently.

Brilliant for Strategy Visualization, Limited by Internet Reliance

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro is easy to use, to perform tasks without confusion or a steep learning curve. The platform's ease of sharing also stands out, allowing for seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Miro's good templates are particularly valuable, as they help me kickstart projects by providing ideas for structuring things like project plans and feedback sessions. This feature saves me time and helps ensure consistency in my work. Furthermore, the initial setup of Miro for my team was very easy, adding to the positive experience with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Miro is solely online, which can be particularly frustrating when working with field teams where the internet connection is poor. If the internet is bad and the platform freezes, it becomes impossible to edit the board, leading to disruption in the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize strategies and collaborate with shared users, creating easy visual representations. It enhances strategy development and provides easy usability, helping bring together users seamlessly.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a great tool for our team. It’s easy to use, works reliably, and makes collaboration really smooth - especially when several people are working together in real time. We use it for brainstorming, planning, and visualising ideas, and it consistently does exactly what we need. Overall, a solid and dependable platform that helps keep our work organised and creative.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that some boards can get a bit heavy as they grow, which occasionally makes them slower to load, especially when collaborating with a larger team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to store our story board and idea process in a managed way, as well as using it as a visual whitboard

Collaborative Powerhouse with Room for Improvement

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the collaborative aspect of Miro. I appreciate how you can see everyone's cursor when you're on the same screen, which enhances teamwork by making it easier for everyone to interact in real-time. I also value the way people can contribute their thoughts visually, which helps in spatially organizing ideas efficiently. Additionally, I really enjoy the presentation feature, as it aids in effectively conveying ideas and layouts to colleagues, further enhancing project management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro might not be accessible for people with visual impairments. The scale of the board can sometimes throw people off and even cause motion sickness. Navigating between elements can be challenging when dealing with varying sizes, requiring constant zooming in and out. A more standardized way to move about the board could improve the user experience. Additionally, there is a slight learning curve for new users, although some team members may have prior experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for project management, facilitating visualization layouts, gathering colleague feedback, and spatially organizing ideas.

Seamless Whiteboarding with Miro, Potential for Cost Improvements

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamless the user experience is with Miro. The keyboard shortcuts and the speed of the app make it superior to other tools like FigJam, InVision, or Mural. It's easy for new users to learn and amazing for power users, offering a professional and straightforward environment. I appreciate that Miro focuses on being the best platform for online whiteboarding without chasing after unnecessary trends. I also value the free share links for client collaboration, which simplifies and enhances the collaboration process. Additionally, initial setup with Miro is as simple as it gets, allowing me to get started without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the automatic charging after a short collaboration period. Miro allows only seven days to add another user to a project before automatically charging me. It would be better if the invited user could collaborate without charges unless they log in again after the collaboration period. I prefer a system where I receive notifications about potential charges and can decide to approve or deny adding them as a team member rather than it happening automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create a visual source of truth, ensuring everything is in one place while facilitating project planning, collaboration, and client presentations with ease.

Easy Diagramming, But Slow Collaboration

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-use diagram-building process in Miro, which allows me to create charts efficiently. The platform makes it simple to align different boxes and add arrows, enhancing the clarity of processes. I also appreciate the collaboration feature, which facilitates seamless teamwork and communication. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy, making it accessible right from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Miro's collaboration and presentation mode because every action becomes super slow. The delay is particularly noticeable when moving boxes, as it takes around one second for changes to reflect. This lag disrupts the flow of work, making the process feel sluggish and less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to build charts, making processes clearer and enhancing collaboration with an easy-to-use diagram-building process.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use and plugs into out existing integrations at a very reasonable cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more features related to art and production team similar to competitors so we can consolidate on Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool for all engineering and production teams to be able to collaborate visually, brainstorm and align on a path forward.

Incredible Features and Facilitated Collaboration

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the features, the potential that the platform gives us to materialize ideas and create a digital collaboration board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the framework limitations, it could be more open since there are functionality limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my view and journey, Miro solves the problem of lack of communication. I have teams and clients much more aligned with the entire process due to the potential to record and organize all planning on a visual board.
