Streamlined Collaboration with Minor Usability Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for mapping workflows and building a virtual sticky note wall, which greatly enhances our ability to talk and group items across teams. It is particularly valuable for facilitating collaboration as our team is spread across multiple locations. The tool is relatively easy to learn, which is crucial for us as we constantly seek new ways to boost our efficiency without encountering a steep learning curve. Its usability and functionality align perfectly with our needs. It allows us to start using it straight away, minimizing disruption to our workflow. Additionally, even though I didn't set it up myself, it appears the initial setup was straightforward.

I find Miro extremely easy to use, which simplifies the design process significantly by making it easier to overview, review, and improve our interior design projects. Its seamless connectivity with other platforms, like Slack and Email, allows me to efficiently share boards with my team, enhancing our collaboration and communication. The initial setup was straightforward with the help of templates, which then allowed me to explore and customize my workflow further, making the experience both intuitive and adaptable. Overall, Miro's integration capabilities and user-friendly interface stand out positively for me.

Miro: Versatile and Intuitive, but the Workspace Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility of Miro. I can do many things with it, such as developing strategies, creating flowcharts, and conducting various collaborative exercises with my team. It is an intuitive tool to use, which means I can use it without having to spend a lot of time or energy studying complex manuals. Even without being an expert, I can produce graphically pleasing and functional results. Moreover, I can discover and employ other new features easily and quickly, depending on the type of work I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let's say that it's not always very easy for me to understand how the documents are organized in the Miro workspace, so I don't always feel comfortable navigating it. Moreover, in the templates, there are many things that are also very interesting, sometimes perhaps even too much, which makes them almost distracting. I would mainly say this. Other features, like sharing, I can't always quickly understand how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create and share complex schematics and flowcharts with the team, improving visibility and collaboration. Miro is flexible and intuitive, allowing me to use it without extensive training and to adapt the features to the type of work.

Intuitive, Collaborative Platform for Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and intuitive Miro is to use. There's really no need for any training; we can just jump in, add some cards or items, and get on with collaborating. It's been so useful to have these boards as reference points both during and after our brainstorming sessions. I really love the ability to link to a specific part of a board which really helps get people to focus on the same thing and avoid any confusion (even when working on a big project). It all just helps make our collaboration process much smoother and make sure we're talking about the same thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigating around on Miro can be fiddly at times. Sometimes I try to move but end up selecting something (or the reverse). Additionally, while some of the tools in Miro are simple, they also feel limited. They do not offer the complexity or advanced features that might be useful for more detailed work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline brainstorming and project outlining, facilitating clarity and alignment across time zones with collaborative tools. It helps us visualize ideas easily, conduct retrospectives, and ensure everyone sees the same information, reducing confusion.

I love how Miro makes collaboration with team members incredibly easy, especially since we have members in different locations who can work seamlessly on the same board. The ability to see who makes changes in real-time is invaluable to our workflow, as it enhances transparency and communication within the team. Miro is very interactive and helps remove boundaries, bringing people closer online despite physical distances. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy, which allowed us to start collaborating right away without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find that Miro tries to be too smart when creating diagrams or tables. When I move multiple items around on the board, I get unexpected results because Miro is trying to be smart and helpful.

Proven, Stable Whiteboard for Effortless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
A proven, stable online whiteboard. Enables easy collaboration both internally and externally, with responsive editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's best to avoid attempting to draw complex shapes. That's something you should leave to tools like Figma or Illustrator. Miro is for easily visualizing discussions and sharing them—it's not for creating actual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, we struggled to arrange wavy lines and awkwardly sized text on meeting room whiteboards and large flip charts. Miro is the service that ushered in an era where we could arrange shapes on screen as easily as in PowerPoint and use them as the basis for online discussions.
