Great for teams working on cross-functional projects

  • November 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is perfect for collaboration across teams and different countries. For visual learners, this is easy to use and implement across your workflows. Templates also help with getting started. Multiple users can be in a board at once, which helps management see who/what/where.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working on large projects with many components, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Having the ability to navigate directly from a main project menu to various elements would make the process much more manageable. Figma is still needed for a larger design project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large, dispersed team and Miro helps everyone understand everything that goes into our projects. Outstanding items, items being worked on, and idea brain dumps can be found in one place.

Improve Collaboration, Need to Expand Functions

  • November 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro efficiently solves collaboration, document management, and project management issues, making it an essential tool for my daily work. The artificial intelligence option is particularly valuable as it allows me to create instant summaries from my analyses, thus simplifying complex tasks. Additionally, I appreciate the flawless performance during the initial setup, which posed no problems for me, making the entire user experience smooth and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could be improved because currently, when I use artificial intelligence, I would like to be able to select an area and create non-documentary elements more easily, like a flow or a complete journey. Currently, I find that the options are still a bit limited, which restricts my ability to automatically integrate notes from a document. I also find that Miro could be improved in terms of project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve problems related to collaboration, document management, and project management. Artificial intelligence allows me to create instant summaries, which improves the efficiency of my analyses.

Intuitive Interface with a Steep Learning Curve

  • November 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro's nice-looking interface, which makes my experience enjoyable and engaging when creating charts. The wide choice of templates is incredibly helpful, providing flexibility and a range of options that suit different needs. These templates make starting a new project quick and straightforward, allowing me to focus more on content creation rather than design complexities. Additionally, the customizable modules and items offer incredible flexibility, enabling me to tailor the workspace and outputs according to my specific ideas and requirements. This customization not only makes drawing intuitive and flexible but also enhances the overall visual appeal of my work, resulting in nicer-looking outputs. Miro's tools play an essential role in brainstorming and presenting ideas, making the whole process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve for Miro a bit steep at the beginning, which takes some time to get started. Additionally, the initial setup was somewhat difficult for me, and it would have been helpful to have a quick guide. Although there might be a guide available, it didn't appear for me when I started using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create charts and demonstrate processes easily with its flexible, customizable templates, enhancing presentation quality for my team.

Essential for Team Alignment and Workflow Efficiency

  • November 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a Senior Product Designer at Omnesoft (an ERP SaaS company), Miro is essential for our discovery process and workshops. It has significantly improved our workflow, making team alignment and KSS (Knowledge Sharing Sessions) much more efficient. I rely on it daily for affinity mapping, creating complex user flows, wireframing, and low-fidelity prototyping. It handles the complexity of our SaaS logic perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When boards get too large, which happens often when mapping out complex ERP architecture, the performance can slow down and become laggy. Additionally, the transition from Miro wireframes to high-fidelity design tools isn't always seamless and requires some manual rework
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the complexity of collaborating on ERP product requirements by centralizing our design process. It brings our discovery, user flows, wireframing, and affinity mapping into one shared workspace. This has directly improved our workflow, making our Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) and team workshops significantly more efficient and ensuring smooth alignment across the team.

Real-Time Collaboration with Reliability

  • November 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reliability and capability of Miro, along with its features and functionalities that allow real-time collaboration with different people. This is especially useful during conferences. Miro stands out compared to other tools in my company, some of which do not offer real-time collaboration. As a software architect, I find that Miro helps me significantly during sessions with my team members. We can create diagrams together, add notes, and leave comments, ensuring that agreements and minutes are persisted and accessible for future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the navigation in Miro could be improved, as I find it less fluid compared to Figma. Also, the process of creating notes seems a bit odd to me compared to Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for project management, tracking, and note-taking. It facilitates real-time collaboration, allowing me to create diagrams and flows with my team, ensuring that agreements and minutes are preserved.
