Great Tool especially in remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a great set of various features. It's beneficial for remote collaboration as you can visualize everything in a very convenient way. You can adapt everything without any restrictions, and the many templates are helpful for your daily work and workshops. So far, it now became my number one tool in remote collaboration with the team as it makes it so much easier to get everyone on the same page. I use it for various occasions like Planning, Workflow visualization, and conducting retros.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is nothing I dislike. At the beginning you might feel overwhelmed by the many features it offers but the more you work with it, the more thankful you are for all the smart add ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I'm using Miro a lot for conducting workshops with Stakeholders and the Development Team. It helps a lot in visualizing complex topics and getting an alignment.
Remote collaboration pushed to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
When I plan a workshop, I like to get inspiration from miro's templates. Sometimes I take a ready-made template directly, sometimes I rebuild an existing template so that it fits my questions.
For collaborative work miro offers great features. Creating multiple stickies at once is very useful and saves time. The voting function is also useful and well thought out. Very important for me is also the timeboxing feature, which we use in many meetings.
Another feature I really like to use are the grids. With these you can easily visualize some data in a short time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of how the tagging of stickies works. It's a bit tedious at times and using the tagging feature sometimes takes me out of the flow. I wish there were more applications that could be seamlessly integrated into Miro. At the top of my wish list would be Tableau. The display of Tabeal dashboards within Miro would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miro daily as a product owner. For new projects, I create a miro board and collect all the information related to the project there. Miro is great for this because it can serve many use cases, such as prototyping, story mapping or roadmaps.
For the typical Scrum meetings, our team also uses miro, for example for the refinements and for the joint discussion of user stories. In these meetings it is important to be able to colloaborate on a topic in a simple way.
Miro is also used for team retrospectives. Miro is useful here because we do a lot of voting on different topics.
From my point of view, Miro is very well suited for the purposes of agile development teams for the reasons mentioned above.

From my point of view, miro can do much more than a better digital whiteboard. It's worth looking at what others are doing with Miro. The templates are also a great source of inspiration.

What do you like best about the product?
Presentations and meetings become dynamic and collaborative. It's a new way of including all types of profiles in a session.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a design point of view, I would like to format text differently within the same text box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are loads, but these are the main ones:
It allows us to reduce meeting time. We discuss and put into action tasks collaboratively on the spot.
It allows us to have a visual overview in no time and to make adjustments straight away!
It also allows us to expand our client prospection as we can work with anybody in the world!
And the best benefit of Miro is dumping Powerpoint!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, and you will love it! Start with the free version and play around with it! You will never go back to Powerpoint. Meetings will become fun and constructive, literally (you can build your ideas as you speak)! You will make your clients or teammates feel involved and meaningful by giving them a voice (and stickies). Go for it!

2.Sharing and collaborating within the team is just as easy as pre-pandemic world where these activities were done physically on a whiteboard.
3. Very User friendly and intuitive UI/UX making onboarding very easy and quick
4. Ability to work in the same board at the same time and still make the whole activity user friendly
5. different gestures depending on the input types for example touchsreen will have different gestures vs a mouse or a touchpad will have different gestures

I really like the product does not have anything to dislike but if I have to pick few
1. Freemium version does not have a private board
2. Version control of loading the previous version would add a superpower to the user. I once messed up my board by copying the same content thrice and had to spend three days deleting the overlapped extras.
3. It is not possible today , If I need to download the board in an export that can be loaded back directly in miro

Greatest tool for remote and real-time collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience is smooth, the different elements allow the collaboration to happen in real time without any delay. Especially helpful in a remote environment where training sessions require active participation from the audience.

No options in the Editor mode to rename the collaborators' name

Foster collaboration. Usually, in a group of people, there are few people that always talk, with Miro everyone has the opportunity to write their ideas and be heard.

If you're looking for an easy-to-learn tool to increase collaboration within your team, Miro is one of the best options. Miro can help you visualizing ideas to create a shared understanding in a small or large group of people

UI UX overall CX as well.
Very easy to use, excellent to run workshops and facilitate outcomes.

Performance on devices - ipad and mobile. Its not optimised for these devices which makes it hard to use.

What do you like best about the product?
In my job, preparing slides and information (sometimes last minute) is a day to day activity and Miro has helped me with this task. It already has interesting templates but also they look professional and can get collaboration from other team members. That has actually made a difference because we can move faster and create more accurate information for our itnernal customers
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes is difficult to copy paste stuff into presentations (the scale of the image is tricky) for example you have a mind map and is difficult to paste it in power point so we can "see it" without connection. The same if I want to "print" that image in PDF to send over by mail.....is difficult OR I have not received the info onhow to actually do this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making easy for team members to collaborate, creating an accurate picture of what my internal customers need to look at, is also a tool can help a lot when you have very little time to present info to senior management

You can modify anything at any time; it is not static like paper and pen.
Suitable for people with a lot of complex tasks and suitable for building your own model from templates.

The automatic numeric count isn't adapted to different languages such as Arabic and The high price for individual subscriptions or for 20 collaborators.
And the way to communicate with support seems difficult, it is supposed to be a live chat.

It puts all ideas before your eyes and gives you a great experience for teamwork and organized work with your team members within the organization in which we work and thus will be positively reflected on the development of this institution.

Try to learn all the features of this beautiful program, as it will make it easier for you to build your business and ideas easily.
Much more than a virtual whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
I love the huge potential for this tool - I use it for facilitating group discussions of all sizes, for project management and scrums, for visual note-taking, and even for some light document design. The reliable and easy to use software gives me the confidence to invite new users to participate. I love the templates, and the 'anyone can edit' links. Use them allll the time! Also - the support articles and videos are the best I've seen anywhere, turned me into a super user in no time. Dot voting is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add bullets and numbered list formats. It's quite manual now, and I have to copy/paste the bullet symbol. I also wish there was a full plan for just an individual. I had to buy 2 licenses even though I only needed 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was a godsend for running my team meetings while working from home. I have a giant doc with a year of team meetings, and associated strategy sessions, project management kanbans, and fun activities.

Sticky notes and easy to use templates make it a pleasant experience,

Remembering what I worked on last. I tend to not follow an sor of organising which I need to improve on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly brainstorm with my colleagues no matter where they are based and get notified when they have added any notes to the board. I love that we can work on a shared project at our own pace and in our own time but still work together.
