What do you dislike about the product?
A Bad thing is that the tool don´t have a masive style paste
I would like that I can paste an excel table
The pallet´s colors is poor, I would like to have some more colors
In a web page to select items you need to push the ctrl key + click in each item to move a block, in the tablet is an easy thing, you must to emulate that in web page

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's visuals and ease to use. I have been using it for years and never had any issue with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think Miro supports area selection, which means I need to high light every element on the board inorder to group them. This task could be simplified if I am allowed to use the cussor selecting an area to automatically select all elements within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Miro to create diagrams and flow charts to present abstract ideas, including project plans and workflows. The UI and diagrams are very pleasing to my eyes, and I can easily share my board with my teammates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a collaborative with great visuals and ease to use, choose Miro. Comparing to LucidChart, it has excellent visuals and unlimited elements on a board, even for the free version.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to hide all the toolbars like the one at the bottom left for a cleaner view. The possibility for private teachers to have a free or discounted account. Option to download web clips to the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all the material for my lessons in one place, the available tools make the presentation of my lessons more beautiful and visually it is gratifying.
Great UX/UI, makes it best mind mapping tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
- It's templates gallery is the first thing that jumps out at you. It's very nicely organized and well-curated
- Worth noting that collaboration features of the software offer a great deal of functionality
- A visualisation tool gives the feeling of using a high-end graphics program, based on how easy it is to draw diagrams and align them

What do you dislike about the product?
- I would have preferred a bit more transparency for the Consultant Plan, i.e. purchasing a license for a single user means you are not able to include anyone else on your board, therefore you would have had to purchase an additional license for your Board
- Also, it would be beneficial if there would be more flexibility for Consultants with only one existing client, in order to prevent them from paying for the same value twice

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- This is a great tool for running product design sprints, ideation sessions, and brainstorming sessions, as well as for performing different types of planning exercises
- The most value add for me was a hands-on approach and easy-to-use nature of the process, so it was a very rewarding experience for me after having completed a couple of product design sprints
- It also has the advantage of providing collaboration capabilities and allowing you to take notes inside the document, which allows you to keep all things organized
- In the event that I wanted to make a short presentation on a specific subject, I just selected the corresponding mode and began the briefing

By far the best online whiteboarding/facilitation platform I have tried
What do you like best about the product?
- I have never encountered a technical issue with people being able to access
- Better single-sign-on IT integration for enterprise organizations
- Large library of templates and more robust features for creation and participation
- Passes rigorous security standards for Finance, Medical, and government for one of the largest and most pretigious consulting companies in the world

What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as intuitive for new users as competitor Mural, although Miro is still nonetheless quite intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved with Miro:
- Remote group facilitation
- Visual thinking
Benefits realized:
- Tangible artifacts and next steps from conversations that would be otherwise theoretical and ambiguous

Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone considering Miro, I would absolutely and highly recommend that you choose the platform – there is simply nothing comparable
Miro's made my life as a facilitator and Product Designer 100% easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's collaboration and adaptability are my favourite things. I use it for whiteboarding, workshops, and keeping knowledge hubs that others can easily add to.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there's not something I dislike per se. But a combination of Gather.Town (or a plugin) would be great. Or a means to have a visual representation of Avatars and Maps (beyond the cursors). This helps with creating a more human-like experience whenever necessary.
Also, it would be awesome to be able to import/export various types of files like Figma and it being compatible. Especially with Figjam now in the scene. I can see that some members in our design team are already jumping to Figjam and abandoning Miro. :(

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for whiteboarding, workshop design, and facilitation. As well as keeping many knowledge centrals that others can easily contribute to. It becomes a means to pass on frameworks, ways of working and shared knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do you whiteboard a lot? Use Miro. Do you run workshops a lot? Use Miro. :D
Best whiteboarding tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a really fast and super collaborative whiteboarding tool. During the corona times, it made a really good contribution to our online collaboration. There're not many other products like Miro. I also like the plethora of features cleverly sprinkled around the UI. You'll be surprised by the amount of features you find in the product but they're never in your way. The UI nicely minimalist and customizable so you can adjust it to your needs. And it works in both app on your computer and in the browser.
This is simply a tool you want to use even if you don't have to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional crash or hiccup which could be accounted to massive user growth during the corona times, I guess. Nothing significant though. And if something like this happened, the support is clear and communicative and you can easily check the status of all miro services online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use miro throughout the whole UX design projects - from taking the research notes when talking to participants, to ideation sessions with colleagues, zoom meetings with customers, running online workshops, to simple prototyping.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it, play with it and you will see whether it fits your use case. The plethora of templates and learning resources will help you along the way. The community is also very active so you can really find answers to your questions really quickly. Do not also be afraid of asking on twitter or elsewhere.
Versatile and easy to use - Miro quickly became my go-to tool
What do you like best about the product?
It can do anything I'd do on a sheet of paper, and a lot more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the large amount of boards we as a team have created it's not always obvious to find the one I'm looking for. I'd also like to archive the old ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I use Miro if I want to
- Annotate a screenshot (or a bunch of them)
- Create a user journey
- Organize my thoughts
- Document a process
- Design something in the factory games I play
As a team we use Miro for every workshop - meaning we have a whiteboard that is
- Infinite
- Persistent
- Accessible from the home office
- Legible ;)

Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
During the first lockdown, Miro was a lifesaver to my for being able to create an interesting and collaborative learning environment in higher education. Especially my tutor group of ten students above 20 took to it withouth any tutorials. When working with other groups especially colleagues, there needed to be time for getting to know the tool and trying out at an easy level. I have used it in many different settings and love all it's features. I recommend it full heartedly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should only be a notice to say that sending a link to everyone is necessary, all other features like inviting someone seem to cause problems and I was given this advice also by our master user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Education, collaboration, project management across countries and within University, Brainstorming, Lectures, Moodboards, Design Thinking, it is all possible.
An excellent tool for collaboration, workshops and interactive meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent tool for collaboration, workshops and interactive meetings. As well synchronous as asynchronous, with tons and tons of templates and a lot of helpful resources.
The export to PDF is an absolute win to create visually appealing reports after the workhop.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm missing at the moment, is the possibility to export post-its as text so you can select some post-its, copy-as-text and paste immediately in Word / Google docs. It would speed up post-workshop-processing a lot.
The export to PDf is a great win, on the other hand.
