What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly valuable for collaborating with my design team on new developments. The platform allows us to organize detailed mood boards and inspirational materials in various configurations, which is reminiscent of the 'pin ups' we used in design school. I particularly like the expansive board available in Miro; it is vast and accommodates a large number of items, yet I can zoom in closely to focus on individual elements. This feature makes it feel like working on a real-life whiteboard or corkboard, allowing us to arrange items naturally without the constraints of a traditional slide format. The initial setup of Miro was intuitive and seamless for my team, and we immediately started utilizing it, which indicates its user-friendly nature. Essential for our daily work and alignment
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it is good for early ideas and also for big, complex designs. We use it for mapping processes, customer journeys and workshops too. The tool is flexible for every use case, not rigid.
Because of the templates and real-time co-editing, we are much faster from idea to implementation. This fits well with our digital transformation and AI goals. So overall, Miro gives us speed and clarity. It helps me translate strategy into actual designs that everyone in the company understands.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have big issues with Miro, but a few things slow us down in complex projects.
Large boards can get heavy when many teams work at the same time, especially in workshops with lots of files. Performance is okay, but not always smooth.
Also, some integrations feel one-way. For us, a real two-way sync with Jira or Confluence would be better to remove manual steps.
Exporting boards to documentation still requires extra formatting. It works, but it is not fully automatic.
These are not blockers, just areas where the tool could be better for big companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro really helps us with collaboration between teams. We work on complex workflows and product concepts, and without a shared visual space, these discussions are slow or just too abstract. Miro solves this because we have one place where design and alignment happen in real time.
It helps us turn ideas into real, concrete plans. It doesn’t matter if we prototype a feature, map a customer journey or build a roadmap, the tool keeps everything connected and easy to follow. This reduces misunderstandings and we can make decisions faster. We move from concept to implementation much quicker this way.
Teams understand each other faster, stakeholders see the full picture and we can validate ideas earlier. It improves both quality and speed in our product work.

Great User Experience That Elevates Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience of Miro. I use it every day. You can zoom in, zoom out, use sticky notes, leave comments. It's really easy to visualize things and take quick notes. It's great in the creative space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow to load, especially for those big boards. The table feature doesn't feel like it's fully developed yet. I want that to function more like Google Sheets or Excel. And the timeline function is also challenging to navigate. It might be simple for short timelines with few tasks, but for complex timelines, it's challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows our company to collaborate with our clients in an effective way. With Miro, the feedback loop is expedited and can be done completely async.
