Effortless Mind Mapping with Intuitive Setup

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create mind maps with Miro and how it's easier for me to just fill things in. It's really helpful because when I was working on a big project that involved multiple mind maps, Miro helped me create those within an hour. The initial setup was very easy, all I had to do was just enter my email. I would give it a 9 because it's easier to use than Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I think can be improved is the zoom feature, it's zoomed out very far so it's hard to screenshot it to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me create mind maps quickly, like completing multiple ones for a big project in an hour. It's easy to fill things in, making the process smoother.

Collaborative and Simple, But Template Overwhelm Exists

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its collaborative nature and simplicity. It's fairly easy to set up and I didn't need much time to learn how to use it. I use it for brainstorming individually and with coworkers, and it's great for needing an open shared space for digital coworking, like a corkboard full of post-its.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where it is so open it can sometimes be tough to get started. I sometimes look through the templates but get overwhelmed at how to use some of them, or struggle to find one for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides an open shared space for digital coworking, like a corkboard full of post-its. I use it for brainstorming individually and with coworkers.

Outstanding Experience with This Software

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its pre-defined templates, which greatly assist me in documenting my research in an organized manner and make it easier to collaborate with my colleagues. Additionally, the introduction of AI in Miro has made tasks even simpler to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes quite a while to find the right template that fits my needs, and it can also be slow when working with very large boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the pre-made templates makes work much easier, as they save a lot of time and provide guidance on how to structure documents. They also help bridge communication gaps between different teams, which leads to increased productivity. The tool supports us in brainstorming, planning projects, ideation, and collaborating effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for mind mapping activities and process refinements. I appreciate its quick and real-time sharing capabilities, clean UI, and how it allows for easy connection between components. The ready-to-use templates and the ease of customization are a highlight for me. Specifically, I find the mind mapping and flow chart templates very useful as they help me understand features well and explain them clearly to my team. The initial setup of Miro was quick, which was a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I have used Miro for limited use cases and individual usage only. Hence can't say too much about the limitation. May be, not sure if Miro has the capability to integrate with JIRA and Aha
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro's ready-to-use templates for mind mapping and flow charts, which help me understand features clearly and explain them to the team. Miro's quick real-time sharing and clean UI make connecting components easy.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Miro for ideation and idea sharing, especially when planning unstructured tasks that require organization and clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom level is wonky. I never know the right zoom level to begin with. The managing of different teams/organizations is also difficult.

Easy cross-team collaboration with visual impact

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple navigation, easy to collaborate. Easy to share boards with guests, without additional fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Guests having to create Miro accounts to collaborate, even if only using once. It's not immediately clear what the menu items/options are on the right hand side which can be a barrier for new/guest users. New users also find it too easy to select all items in a frame, or accidentally join them with connecting lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy collaboration with teams working remotely; visually impactful way to display information and collate ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how this tool allows me to organize all marketing processes in a straightforward manner that my entire team can easily understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Miro's user experience could be enhanced to allow for smoother interactions and more flexibility when designing our processes with the available tools. Additionally, it would be beneficial to see improved integration options, especially with Prestashop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on reorganizing the range of topics and projects that we share with other members of the marketing team. At the same time, I am also revisiting and readjusting all of our ideas related to the various acquisition leverage strategies we use.

API-Driven Development Made Easy with Miro

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fully developed documentation for the REST API usage, which makes development very easy. It's also very simple and practical to use the board and integrate different apps and templates into it. The documents provide a lot of value from a developer standpoint, pointing out all the requirements for code integration and usage. The integration of apps and templates just helped make Miro a more well-rounded application, which was beneficial for developing the solution we needed. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing we had issues on is the limitation of items that can be deleted - currently, handwritten item deletion isn't supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves as our primary digital whiteboard, and its APIs significantly aid in developing client solutions. The comprehensive documentation is invaluable for code integration, and the integration of apps and templates makes it a versatile tool for creating required solutions.

Perfect for DDD, Event Storming, and Mockup Creation

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It works perfectly for DDD, event storming, and building mockups. I love using hotkeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating when items get dragged unintentionally, especially when I have no intention of moving them. This happens quite often during collaboration, where someone might accidentally drag background elements or similar items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it easier to create flow diagrams, which in turn gives us a much clearer view of our workflow. Using it allows us to spot edge cases and put together a feature plan that comes very close to perfection. This has a positive effect on the quality of our solutions, leading to fewer bugs and less need for refactoring. With a solid plan in place, we are able to develop more quickly.

User-Friendly Platform Elevates Our Brainstorming with Ease

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming ideas and appreciate its simplicity and user-friendly nature. I don't have to be tech-savvy to use it, and it's good to go, which I prefer over Figma for use cases like mine. Miro allows me to see everything in one place, using colors to bring ideas to life, making things attractive and engaging. I can easily create and share boards, write on them, and design quick wireframes to share ideas with designers. The setup was also very easy and fast, without any hassle. I find Miro quite valuable for integrating and visualizing our products' technical architecture, as it helps align our product with integration strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one additional feature that can make sense is integration. For users like myself who use Miro to create prototype wireframes, if there was a good way to migrate designs to Figma or any other design tool, like maybe copy and paste, that would make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to see everything in one place, visualize ideas, and align product integration. Its simplicity and use of color boards make ideas attractive and engaging.
