Streamlined Team Alignment with Ample Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for work as it effectively aligns me with my teammates on processes by providing a platform where we can map things out together. This tool is invaluable for us to agree on the optimal methods that processes should follow and gives us a reliable place to document our decisions, ensuring that the problems we resolve remain solved. We frequently refer back to our Miro boards, making it an essential part of our workflow. One of the standout features is the expansive workspace it provides, allowing a non-confined working experience. Additionally, using sticky notes within frames as an alternative to a physical whiteboard is a brilliant feature that I utilize extensively. The transition from Jamboard to Miro was driven by Miro's superior user-friendliness and smoother operation. The initial setup was seamless due to the integration with Google G Suite, highlighting its compatibility and ease of use with other tools. Overall, I rate the likelihood of recommending Miro to others as a 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I'm not disciplined, things can get cluttered in Miro. If you don't start with a plan to stay organized, it can become chaotic with elements scattered everywhere, making it hard to find what you need unless you properly frame or index things.

Streamlined Collaboration with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's ease of use, as its intuitive interface allows me to navigate and utilize its features effortlessly. I particularly enjoy the seamless collaboration and ability to create boards together with my team, which greatly facilitates the sharing and organization of ideas. The platform's user interface not only supports smooth navigation but also ensures a bug-free experience, enhancing my productivity and focus on tasks. Furthermore, setting up my account using my company's SSO was straightforward, highlighting Miro's efficient onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to zoom or scroll within Miro easily. It would be beneficial to have better shortcuts or options to quickly jump around the board and switch views efficiently. When I zoom out to see the entire picture, the individual elements become too small, which can slow me down when trying to get an overview or focus on specific sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for collaborating and organizing ideas, as it makes sharing ideas easy and ensures effective communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating and reviewing processes and brainstorming. I find Miro to be an excellent tool for storing all changes and updates in design projects, particularly for diagrams. I love the real-time collaboration feature that allows my team and me to work together simultaneously, which enhances our productivity and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience slow speed with Miro, which can become problematic when I have multiple software applications open. This delay is particularly noticeable during calls and when sharing my screen, where it doesn't perform as well, making it less than ideal for such situations.

Essential Visual Tool for Remote Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its ability to facilitate visual communication, which is crucial in summarizing user research findings and designing workflows with my team. As a remote worker, Miro acts as an essential communication tool that allows me to distill complex ideas into simple facts, thanks to its expansive artboard. This feature provides the freedom to explore creative presentations. Miro's low barrier to entry is particularly valuable—it’s a tool that anyone in the organization can pick up easily, unlike more specialized software like Figma which requires licenses. Miro is accessible across the entire company, making it the go-to solution for cross-team collaboration. I also appreciate the text and flowchart editing tools, along with the basic shapes that allow me to build things from scratch, as I prefer starting from blank templates due to my background as a designer. The iconography, especially the use of emojis, is a standout feature for me because it adds versatility to my designs when I want a less stylized, more plain look. Moreover, the sticky notes are incredibly useful, enhancing my ability to organize and present ideas visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro has limited customization options for shapes and visual elements. While it's great that I can control the roundness of corners, I wish there were more flexibility, such as the ability to apply gradient fills directly within Miro. Currently, I have to switch to Figma to achieve certain visual customizations and then import them back as images. I'd appreciate more advanced customization features to align with my design needs. Additionally, I often encounter issues with the single sign-on (SSO) process. Despite being tied to an organization that uses SSO, I find myself frequently needing to log in to Miro, which can be quite inconvenient and is something I can't easily explain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro simplifies visual communication and collaboration, essential for working remotely. It's great for summarizing user research, designing workflows, and synching team efforts. The expansive art board facilitates creativity and it's widely accessible, supporting cross-team collaboration with ease.

Its shared visual space significantly enhances teamwork by allowing multiple people to contribute and collaborate in real-time, making it invaluable for mapping workflows, organizing project ideas, and aligning on feature designs. Miro effectively streamlines team collaboration, particularly when working remotely or asynchronously, by replacing disconnected documents and scattered notes with a single shared space for ideas, plans, and workflows. I love Miro’s intuitive and flexible workspace that makes collaboration effortless. The real-time editing, comprehensive visual organization, and extensive template library facilitate easy brainstorming, planning, and alignment for teams. Furthermore, Miro has greatly improved clarity, alignment, and overall productivity in team discussions and planning sessions due to its user-friendly features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when Miro boards filled with a lot of content freeze or become slow, making navigation difficult. Additionally, some of the advanced features have a steep learning curve for new users, which can be challenging when getting started. I also find using the arrows within Miro more difficult than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline team collaboration, replacing disconnected documents with a shared space for real-time contributions, enhancing clarity, alignment, and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for collaborating with design and sales teams as it facilitates quoting custom designed productivity solutions efficiently. Miro solves the challenge of tracking our ideas by maintaining them all in one centralized place, accessible to everyone simultaneously. I particularly appreciate the ability to refer back to these ideas at a later date to understand how they were initially formulated and the basis on which they were developed. Additionally, I find the functionality of bringing in media from multiple sources and having multiple individuals work on different areas of the board at once extremely beneficial. The initial setup of Miro was straightforward and worked seamlessly right away, making it very user-friendly from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to make notes with leader lines pointing to specific elements in Miro. Additionally, I don't like having another password to remember, although the setup itself was easy.

I use Miro to keep track of ideas collaboratively, accessible to everyone anytime, and to refer back for idea formulation and media integration.
Real-Time Collaboration and Versatile Tools Empower Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
I find it really helpful that team members can collaborate in real-time and there are tons of tools that can be used and embedded within the platform, allowing us to share our thoughts and convey ideas while being able to work async and without having to hop on an instant call.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that I don't enjoy is that it can be slightly difficult to zoom in and zoom out and move around the board, making it hard to find essential information that is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Miro really allows us to brainstorm and work well together as we are all able to share our ideas within our team and review them in real-time instead of having to wait.
Virtual Whiteboarding Made Effortless and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
I'm normally someone who likes to use pen/sticky notes to for program planning and design -- Miro is a great virtual alternative that gives that same type of flexibility and accessibility of pen/sticky notes, but with the added ease of collaboration, and being able to do this activity with where notes and papers on walls is not feasible or when team members need to work remotely
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced any downsides yet. It seems to fit the need so far. I would say that it seems to be an even more user-friendly experience when used with a touch screen/stylus, but is still very usable with a regular laptop/desktop/keyboard/mouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us with new process mapping, and new and updated program design and layout, so that as we are building new programs, we can more easily see how they fit into the bigger picture and connect with existing programs. It helps us simultaneously see the larger organizational picture of our programs while also focusing on evaluating and improving each individual program (from the day to day operations or the forms needed)
