In a time of remote teams and meetings, this is a must have.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, relatively simple to understand for new starters, this tool includes an interactive whiteboard, sticky notes, possibilities for presentation, interactive discussions (with camera), voting on topics, timing, and so much more. It is, IMHO, a fantastic tool for team meetings as well as decision makings. I use it for teaching as well as for interactive workshops, usually in combination with a tool like Zoom, MS Teams, or others.
What do you dislike about the product?
A standard, quick video explaining how to use the tool would be useful for first-time users. I have created my own to explain it, but I'm sure the Miro team could do a better one :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For some 25 years, I have been lecturing and facilitating workshops in public. When I started, we used sheets of plastic and an overhead projector, then we moved on to tools like PowerPoint and others. Today, since the 2020 pandemic, we live in a world where more (everything?) needs to be done online - this means that flipcharts, whiteboards, and face-to-face interaction has dropped off and needs to be replaced with something providing the same facilities as being in the same conference room. That is where Miro comes in, bringing team work firmly into the next phase of life.
An easy tool to organize your ideas and share in just one click!
What do you like best about the product?
The frames, the easy to use templates and all the different ways you can organize texts with stickys, text boxes etc . Frames let me keep different ideas separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be the zoom in and zoom out which is not done the same way on different devices. I also feel there should be a way to hide the vertical panel just like the horizontal one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideas make a lot more sense when they are put on miro. I am a UX designer and research is an integral part of my work. I feel it so easy to put the customer journeys, personas and all the other research elements in just one board and then analyze them as a whole.
Miro for me is the online collaboration facilitation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Realtime, all the time, content & feedback gathering visually displayed, grouped/related in any way. Process mapping. Screenshots, msSuite. Very pragmatic; and continually improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have very good tutorials, but they are not available in Dutch. They have chosen to use the community to set up and share templates from experience, which is very nice but I would like to have a template exercise for on the board for beginners which is updated when new functionality is introduced.

Customised space to work and create
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can create customized designs according to my needs. I also love the available ready-made templates, and I can use them if I don't know where I want to begin.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about the website. I like all the features. My manager and I also used the video call feature, which was very clear, and it was pretty surprising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am editing a framework for our pre-existing online course, and I present the data that was already there and add to it as needed. So, I need a lot of flexibility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Voting icons can be more significant. They're hard to be seen sometimes.
I still haven't found the reason why I cannot use my desktop app. It wasn't easy to use, so I had postponed it to some other time when I was free.

Best personalization tool/platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this platform is its wide of variety of features, whether it's the infinite canvas or the workflow integration, it helps a lot in brainstorming and ideation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for now, there is nothing that I dislike about the platform but still, there is a bit of scope of Improvement on the UI/UX part. Also, if they can add the content calendar would be a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily able to coordinate with my team on different projects and also ideate and brainstorm by centralizing all the communication via miro, the digital workspaces are Indeed awesome!
Easy and beautifully made

What I definitely like best is how friendly the usability is. It's fun working with Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that took me way too long the find / see Miro! Not really much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of projects and meetings, mind mapping through difficult projects and ideas. It's really helping me and my team to collaborate much more and keep track of everything, every idea, collaboration and one board.
Amazing platform with great potential!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a very collaborative tool with your team, so it is really easy to do retrospectives and create shared & tailored boards
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely
Great tool to remote team work
What do you like best about the product?
The huge possibilities you have, you can add pdf, screenshots, leave comments, mention people on an infinitive whiteboard. You can personalize a lot of the style so, a miro board can look super designed, like a .ai file! Last but not least, the new integration with video calls in teams is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat could be better, I've been using the product for a long time and when I tried to use the chat my team never saw the notification so, we keep using other messages applications instead of Miro. Or maybe integration with other teamwork apps like teams or slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Miro for more visual tasks, right now we use it from everything even user research analysis instead of specific applications for that goal. We use it for all the phases of a design project.
Amazing virtual whiteboard for brainstorming editorials
What do you like best about the product?
Loads quickly, accepts multiple formats (links, text, screencaps, photos, etc.) which makes for seamless brainstorming and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many templates geared to creative content industry (ie information driven visual content, photo and/or video work)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving and citing text, graphic, photo, and video information for group projects. Shareability is a great value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely color code sticky notes. They are so helpful!
User-friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Miro is fantastic. The previous company I worked at used it, and it took me a few minutes to understand and use the platform to communicate the needs of my project effectively. I loved working with it so much that I brought it to where I work now, and everyone loves it so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more attractive package for single users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer journey visualization on our e-shop has been easier to explain using Miro.
I have also used the tool to develop a personalized Gant-type chart for my projects.
The main benefit of using Miro is that it provides a user-friendly experience to put your ideas together in a fun and easy way to understand. It's a great tool if you are a visual person.
