Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It makes makes mapping any kind of process very easy and collaborative. It also provides a unique environment to collaborate with people on a digital environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As any software, some functionalities require better understanding of the software which can makes a mapping process a little more technical. However, this is the reality for any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It facilitated the mapping of various processes within our business. It also gave us a unique environment to collaborate as a team - or with clients/service providers.
Amazing platform to create and colaborate with teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the infinite possibilities I can create with Miro. It's a fantastic whiteboard that allows everybody in the team to work together and interact simultaneously!
I always use it to make notes of quick ideas and insights to inspire me later!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's hard for people that do not speak English to understand Miro 100% without having someone to explain to them. It's my case. It always takes me a lot of time to explain what to do there.
Another 2 considerations I'd like to bring are:
- Prices - It could be in Brazilian Reais to be more affordable (without high taxes)
- I always forget the fast commands and I never know how to find them. Maybe it could be like a tip easy to find :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the benefits Miro brings are the uncountable possibilities. It's not a ppt, t's not a Word.... It's a lot of things together. The most significant opportunity is to do design thinking sessions with my team and let everybody collaborate in the same board, at the same time.
I feel confortable and secure on creating using Miro, even when I'm just by myself. It's very easy to move , add and change elements everytime it's needed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a fresh canvas to be used in various situations at work or in personal projects. Even the free version is already a great deal to start learning and implementing the collaborative approach in your team.
Very helpfull for whatever I need to do at work
What do you like best about the product?
Having a blank canvas to use but with tools that give you the freedom to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have trouble finding the best "way" to do something I need. Sometimes I spent too much time looking at templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always use it for planning, and it's constructive to be able to do it with my team. Miro always helps me to organize the ideas, map all of them very easily, and prioritize.
Use Miro with my coaching clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes thoughts and ideas visual for my clients. I can share the framework for their goal strategies, and everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a simple way to share private boards with my clients without having to pay for another license for them. Currently can only share a public board - which is good enough, but not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I coach 1-to-1 clients for a period of 3-6 months normally. Miro helps us to keep all of what we've discussed in one place, along with the plan of action, the tools and strategies. This is the one place that my clients can come to that also helps them see their progress along the way.
Easy collaboration, great presentation of non-linear slideshows
What do you like best about the product?
settting up interactive workshops in one platform - emotes and voting tools provide an easy to use way of structuring participant input. Far better than anything I have worked with so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating classical slides as part of a workshop can feel a bit clumsy. Would like to be able to create neat-looking slides in a Powerpoint fashion. Doable, perhaps, but tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us getting structured participant input to the presented content, without the need of additional tracking. This makes our workshops more productive and alltogether more enjoyable for all the participants.
A platform easy to use and colaborate with everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I love the diffent types of frameworks on miro that I can use for my projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would help my workflow a lot if there weremore wireframe componente options to create design interfaces
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I document my Discovery process and I can Share it with my collegues. I could benefit my work, because it flows better my process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Miroverse! It's an amazing Miro helper platform for finding different types of frameworks. There you will find everything!
Easy Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's flowchart and wireframing functions because I can easily create visualisations of ideas to share with my team. My team can comment or use post-its which allows for easy iteration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boards are slow to load if there is a lot of content or detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating the wireframes for a new product, and working towards an MVP by creating visual diagrams of the user journey
Multi function tool for visualising and designing products and business models
What do you like best about the product?
All the tools I would use for business analysis visualization and wireframing products in one place. I can map out business processes, mock-up potential designs, track general creative ideas and embed other tools on top of it for dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the way that the product is priced and how you form teams or invite people to collaborate is a bit confusing. On the free plan for instance, you can only have 3 boards, but if people share their boards with you it takes up your board space! I would prefer it if it started from personal boards and that you were not on someone else's "team" by default, so greater separation of personal and shared would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems of business process mapping. Understanding data flows through a business (for businesses I am part of and businesses I consult for). I am visualizing insights from customer interviews using affinity mapping and designing product mockups (mostly for software but not limited to this) and tracking notes against it. It becomes one global view, like a dashboard, of every piece or part of a business or a product. Also using Miro for creative projects to brainstorm stories, storyboarding, character and world-building
Miro is the creative visualizing tool I've been needing for my work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Miro is. And colorful. I'm a visual learner and thinker. It's been amazing to explore all the tools and potentialities with Miro's various assets. My business colleagues have been ecstatic from my first shares of road maps, overviews, brainstorms, webs, Venn diagrams, etc. I'm teaching them how to utilize it as well, but frankly, it's been a game-changer just for me personally, so I'm happy enough with that.
One more thing, I've found multiple ways to use Miro for my personal life as well. The possibilities are endless.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more color options for the sticky notes. I don't understand why we can find exact colors for shapes but sticky colors are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing future paths for our products. It's one thing to put ideas down on a spreadsheet; it's completely another to see it in a visual flow chart.
Expansiveness of the canvas. I love that it can get bigger and bigger. This translates to the visioning of our products as well.

Best engaging workshops <3
What do you like best about the product?
The voting is the best!! No more awkward red dots that fly around :D And I love building presentation slides on Miro - much more user-friendly interface than any powerpoints/google slides, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to make a board editable and request a log-in for external people on Pro(team?) plan - we often have to share the boards with startups and end up having no control of who is using the board and changing data as we have to make the sharing settings 'editable to whoever has the link' :( the other option is adding every startup to the team which automatically gives them access to the whole workspace :/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run tens of Product/Design sprints a year and there literally is no other way to do it without Miro. So the main problem solved is letting people from across the globe collaborate and build their products remotely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's totally worth it :) you can import and export all of the data easily, even from real-life post-its on a real wall :D
