Complete, full featured, and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It has got all the features I am looking for when sharing drawings, and context.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is decluttered, but in a way that makes it a bit more difficult to learn. Once you do, works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing complex diagrams, with context added to them.
Helpful tools for collaborative team
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that you can add whatever space that is needed to collaborate with my team. You find in the miroverse all the use cases that fit to your need and just use it as a template!
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a premium account to export the work but there is a lot of options: pdf, sharing with the teams, image. I think that pdf should be the minimum for a free usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need one place to collaborate with my teamates. I need to work at different time and need one place to share that work. We are more productive with that solution and the product is really easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the miroverse!
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is a very good way for my team to collaborate in real-time. The templates are great when doing preparation in different areas b/w product and engineering.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I can see so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good brainstorming tool. It allows everyone to easily bounce ideas off of each other and widdle ideas down to tangible roadmap items. I've also used it to draw lines between beta, MVP and V1 releases to get features into the right buckets on story maps.
Easy & Co-operative Software
What do you like best about the product?
Colors, Brightness, easy maneuvering, easy to find boards. Great levels of filtering, A lot of shapes. Many things i ilke but the best is co-operative value of it. I can create a board with many people i work with to gain a better understanding. What I also like about my role is the fact that it automatically says as we change the board. so we don't have to worry about saving our progress it is already automatically done so there is nothing for us to worry about when closing down the desktop once we have finished for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load my boards but thats nothing i really complain about, would just be a tad better if it loaded quicker. One other thing I do dislike is when selecting various items it doesn't actually select him when it does it's very time consuming 20 shows that is selected so I can move it but this is not an everyday thing so it is not that much of a problem. There is not many things I dislike about my role so if I had to say, these are the only dislikes I would say I have towards this software because of the other thing that this software reaches every single milestone and every single expectation and every single use I would expect it to have and more. I guess a piece of feedback I would give is that it could have more variety in terms of colour coding with it's notes so when you stick a sticky note on you can change the colour to a more variety of colours rather than just the selected few but that's something that's not that essential but it would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving issues with our content management and finding paint points so we can migrate to another software and this way we can all contribute to the board in order to gain an understanding of 1 another's perspectives which will make it easier for us to present it. That is the main benefit. One of the other benefits I've also realised when using my role is that miro can be used for anything. we use it for business we use it for planning certain meetings insert and events were used for timetabling process mapping anything that you can think of that we can make interactive is what we use my role for because the benefits of doing this is helping everyone's understanding and it is easier to do so with this software especially with people that don't have a general consensus of what we're trying to convey initially
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend. My advice is to use this when consulting and going through various processes and getting others to understand your prospect/consensus. By far, the best board for remote sessions
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is incredibly intuitive to use, and it has all the necessary tools for a great remote session, with templates and lots of features to make brainstorming, collaboration and workshops much easier to run. And the boards look awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be cheaper, but overall, you get great value for money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my clients implement OKRs in their organisations.
Awesome tool for teams to visually work together
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is that you can work on the same page together with multiple colleagues. It is like a multiplayer business game. So far, I haven't found any other minimalistic and easy-to-use tool. So if you're looking for something to boost your team's creativity and collaboration, this is what you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the limitation of boards one can create in the accessible version of Miro. I would also like to use this tool for my private projects with friends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do use Miro for many different topics. Either for online seminars, to teach new colleagues in a fun way, or for visualizing our project developments.
In the past, we used pen and paper or Excel Sheets to visualize and keep track of our progress. But as you probably know, after a while, this all becomes very messy.

Just give it a try. You will love it.
The best solution to work together on a broad range of subject, and it work remote !!
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to learn, and use miro. And the speed of the site itself, even with a lot of content, the miro never lag or crashes. You never lose all your work. Miro is saving it for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to list things I dislike in miro, but I think it could profit from a bit wider variety of forms to create and express yourself. Also, the interface to choose your workplace is a bit messy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we need to work on a new subject or brainstorm on anything with my friends and colleagues, we rush to miro. It makes sharing information and though so easy.
Great tool with many different use cases
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to draft out and communicate ideas. The infinite whiteboard offers lots of room to play with, and thanks to very useful features such as wireframes or cards, the idea can be elaborated easily without cluttering the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro offers a lot of templates; however, I haven't found myself using them much because they haven't matched my exact requirements or are difficult to adjust. Also, I am not a big fan of the table feature, and it would be nice if there were the option to add and edit a spreadsheet to the whiteboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Miro primarily to conceptualize features before sharing them with other stakeholders in the company. I create rough mockups that our design team can gather inspiration from or take notes on points that have to be reworked or decided.
Top tool for homeoffice collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone has the possibility to look at the same board with their access, the need to share the screen diminishes. To pick up a conversation in the next meeting based on the picture we created saves a lot of time in recapping and onboarding. It was amazing to be able to explain a very complex matter on different meta planes to the management, based on the picture we created on our miro board. Though the compliment to miro is not the picture in itself, but the process in getting it, to optimize and tweak it. I do like the repositories, they speed up the process for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability in a Browser setting is annoying as browser shortcuts and features overrule the board/site. e.g. "backwards-Button" on my mouse - all nice and smooth, but in miro i just change the site. Right-click is not possible. So this basic premise is already the biggest weakness. In the corporate setting, some hybrid would be great, but I can understand inherent apprehension to this Idea from a professional standpoint as a requirements Engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working in a home office environment. We cannot look physically at whiteboards and flipcharts. So the basic need is fulfilled. But as I can take the result of one meeting, enhance it and use it as a starting point for the next meeting is great. The next level of people in the hierarchy get the possibility to appreciate the work gone already into our ideas and can contribute way faster. I use the boards in the development of requirements for the software. Based on a miro board, I can explain the planned process and software. The Developers can come back to the board and make their estimations concerning the difficulty and time needed for the development without me. That is really helpful!

Just do it ! (sorry nike ;))
The virtual whiteboardingwith some cool extras
What do you like best about the product?
I love the timer feature for keeping workshops on track. A delighter is also the the music that covers the awkward silences when people are thinking or just adding content to the whiteboard but not speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smart shapes. It's a great concept, but it's weak with a mouse. I think it benefits from proper freehand drawing, like on tablets. I just work around this by using the standard shapes and minimising any mouse required drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily it's a digital whiteboard that has replaced our physical boards and walls in the office. As such, it's easy to update - more so as people can update all at the same time! It's also a place to record history. In the past, people took pictures of whiteboards or invested in costly tech solutions that could print the board's content for safekeeping and later refer back to. With miro, we leave a session as it ended and either start a new frame or a new board to continue. It's just super simple and cost-effective.
