An amazing digital collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
There are many functions that really stand out:
- Performance + scalability: a no-limit canvas that can handle almost any number of participants
- phenomenal 3rd party integrations that I'm only just leveraging
- Miroverse: outstanding community templates that are fun fun fun
I'm a long-time Mural (maybe) power-user and it seems like a bar of soap and basic compared to the sophistication of Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not an expert user yet, but I haven't discovered any flaws or weaknesses. A minor suggestion is to have a GitHub integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's using Miro for design thinking workshops and brainstorming — essentially a digital whiteboard that fosters consensus across teams and disciplines. What's obvious is that our current tool is slow, basic, and limited.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Experiment and try out Miro to see how it compares with the current digital collaboration platform your company uses. I'm coming from a Mural shop — unfortunately, the bar is anemic compared to Miro. It's simply outstanding.
Miro is Great for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very user-friendly and fun to navigate. The ability to create different boards, whether for personal or professional use is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Miro. I would recommend it to any professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Miro to share ideas and to design process flows. This tool saves time by eliminating the need for meetings to get things like this done.
Essential for Remote Product Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and intuitive nature of Miro. I can diagram databases, workflows, analytical processes and brainstorm all in the same sheet. I can use one Miro board for almost an entire product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much that I don't like except that the Miro Application opens a new instance of the app on my Windows Task Bar next to the application that is pinned to it. It's just a minor thing, but it's annoying because I never know which instance of the app to click on to get back to the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytical dashboarding application brainstorming questions and process flows. Building enterprise-wide applications through the discovery sessions we can manage using a single Miro board.
Best post it board ever and you can also create presentations
What do you like best about the product?
This is really the best virtual white board ever because it alows you to generate templates, frames, flowcharts, all you can imagine. Actually I thinks it is better than a real white board with post its
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit treaky yo work with unblock frames. Also sometimes teams dont feel comfortable using the platform. But if you give a good explanation this can be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the design and project management of my work. I take notes on Miro in order to keep them visual and synthesized. I select templates to design proyects and programs an many other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! This software will facilitate any collectiva excercise, you can create presentations or visualizae insights from research.
Absolute genius
What do you like best about the product?
Its infinite possibilities. You can really do whatever you can imagine, its a free space with so many possibilities, plus you can do it simultaneously in collaboration mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with excel isn't top, they have really worked hard to bring the tables feature up to par, but i think the integration could be better. Also minor bugs like locking feature have happened to not work for some people in my workshops. The feature is awesome, still work to make it perfect every time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with everyone at the same time has really been a game changer for us. As a bonus i really find this tool helpful for organisational memory and information transmission between our team. Someone leaves and all the info is there in the boards. Have to come back to review a workflow? Start from where you finished last time instead of doing it all again from scratch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Chosing the plan correctly for the use and making sure Teams get a good rollout to insure adhesion and a good understanding of the possibilities and basic features to start using the app.
Miro has become my primary tool that I use on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to organise, plan and collaborate on various initiatives with cross-functional colleagues both synchronously and asynchronously. Especially important is the infinite canvas, which means I can sketch ideas out quickly, import or link together disparate resources and operate at different levels from an overview to detail in seconds. No other tool I have used in the market enables this speed and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes I run into issues when moving hundreds of elements around the board - it can freeze up on me and become laggy.
2. It can be really easy to break the table when working with a lot of elements in cells - especially when moving them between cells.
3. I'd like more control of how elements are linked when copying content between boards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been leading design thinking and user-centered design projects to help cross-functional teams build vision and solve strategic challenges. The benefits are better remote collaboration and alignment between cross-functional stakeholders.
Discovery phase and pleased
What do you like best about the product?
In an age where remote is the new normality, Miro adds the Visual part to otherwise long and tedious meetings. We can finally engage all the people and make communication crystal clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced some lags from time to time, and I would like to bind functions to mouse buttons in a different way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we cannot meet in real life, Miro is giving a new way to work, is engaging people faster, and making the work just easier.
Great tool for collaborate!
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely helpful to have a platform like Miro to work in collaboration with teammates that are working from home. We usually use the boards to help us with the organization in day-to-day meetings, and also to perform internal and external workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I am really used to working with different tools like Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator... I don't usually know the shortcuts. But I don't see it as a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro really helps with visualizing the ideas, problems, concepts, and workflow. So I think it helps us to communicate and collaborate better, in a fun and productive way.
One of the best interactive planner/project wall softwares I've gotten to play with
What do you like best about the product?
the easy useability
Being able to drop in templates and add notes and rearrange is fantastic, then little extra's like timers and music etc are very cool
I particularly like the wireframes and templates pre-loaded

What do you dislike about the product?

Perhaps some abilities to convert maps to PDF would be useful - not sure if that is already in there though.

The quick tutorials are great, but it's quite intuitive and is easy to learn on the fly as well

The joys of an excellent application
What do you like best about the product?
When initially presented with Miro, I had a lot of ideas for using the application, and it did everything we needed for our business; plus more. The use cases for the application are extensive, and the thourough thought to each and every feature is truly refreshing. I have taken its use deeper into our business, sharing links with customers for their comments around our project planning and internal product releases. Beyond that, I use it for my educational studies and it continues to entrench into my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as ubiquitous as other platforms, and on scaling up, if not used efficiently by the team, it could start to cost a bit more. But apart from that, it is everything that we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found that it solves internal development workflows, mind mapping meetings, marketing pathways, and a clear process structure. The benefits keep opening up to us, day by day.
