Miro Superfan
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick one thing that I like the best. I like it all! I love how it allows you to think visually and gives you so many different ways to do so. Intuitive and easy to use. Great for collaboration, planning, process flow, and good old fashioned brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, I wish it did more tricks, but I fully trust that the Miro team will push things to the limits in the best of ways. I don't have any real tangible dislikes, but as with most things the more you use it the "easier" things tend to flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has offered the solution to keeping everything in my head. I'm able to think visually and the speed at which I'm able to ideate and problem-solve has quickened. Less stuck.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is the future! It integrates well with so many platforms, it's easy to use, and is made for collaboration. You can make Miro as simple or as complicated as you wish and it's always evolving.
Using it since realtimeboard.com
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of the boards and how smoothly it runs. The best part is wireframes are very easy to create and share with clients. Every one of my clients finds this very useful and used for their internal brainstorming and meeting boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issues are close to non as compared to the great features miro has. One major issue that I found from the start is to draw lines in small shapes. I use miro for creating wireframes and when ever I want to draw a line it always mess up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating competitor analysis and using miro for creating high fidelity wireframes, and I also use miro to collaborate with my client and their teams. Miro has been a great help when working on collaborative projects.

Easy collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it possible to create many different types of visual aids and easily share with others for review and comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. The only criticism is that it is sometimes difficult to figure out what keyboard shortcuts / touchpad gestures allow one to edit items vs move items vs move the view when there are multiple layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of having a whiteboard session with many distributed people. It also solves the problem of sharing and commenting on work that doesn't fall into the document or spreadsheet world.

What do you like best about the product?
My colleague recommended me to try miro. We have Confluence and there is a free app to show miro board(s) to Confluence. I can edit the board in Confluence or miro, it will be updated automatically in real time on both platforms. I wanted to try miro on myself for a new process. I used the template "Swimlane Diagram" which helped me efficiently to save time and to set up the new process. I watched the 3 minutes-tutorials which are offered by miro at the beginning, which were good, but honestly, miro is so easy to understand that I did not really need them to understand how I can work with miro. Very nice, that you have the possibilty to try out miro on a free test version. I certainly will continue working with this tool. Great work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed some minutes to get used to the mouse scrolling. But once I got used to the difference between scrolling and zoom it works fantastic for me. I do not think you need to change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many templates help to support daily work, inspiring ideas who to display solutions and processes.
Very fast entry to start directly with working with miro. Clear and understable presentation, undo button helps to return. Easy editing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it! Easy and fast registration. I could directly start working with miro because it is easy to understand and to work directly with the templates.
creativity and connection
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried various platforms for mind maps, but with Miro, I am certainly better: it effectively stimulates creativity thanks to enormous flexibility, the richness of scenarios
and excellent interaction between the work team.
and excellent interaction between the work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the possibility to assign the tasks of a mind map to users of the team, by sending an assignment email and indicating a deadline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find this tool very flexible : the very useful thing is that I can create various scenarios on a single unique page that collect the work for the whole team. it's basically like having multiple files in one place.
Miro has been instrumental in changing the way our company collaborates together for the better!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows our whole team to track our projects or ideas, jump in to collaborate together on the fly and has provided extreme organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Every feature seems very throughout out in its use and design to add value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had challenges around having a central place to organize all of our projects. We would have google docs, emails, tasks, post-it notes, notebooks...the lost goes on. All of these items are now in Miro!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise anyone looking for a solution to working remotely and looking to collaborate with their team to explore Miro! It is a game-changer!

What do you dislike about the product?
- honestly, I need to think very hard right now to name a considerable feature that I don't like.. Hmm, it's not too significant, but I'd love to see more templates. miro adds templates regularly, but I think it could be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- design thinking workshops
- show complex processes
- quick prototyping

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Miro is THE only product (yes there is figma also but a bit different target group than for miro) that provides such a well-thought-through product and design. I can 100% recommend
Our multifunctional creativity tool
What do you like best about the product?
We like the wide range of options on the one hand and the ease of use on the other. The templates are a great source of inspiration. And we love that Miro is so easy to share, even with external collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love working with mindmaps. Unfortunately, with mindmaps in miro you can't collapse, minimize the nodes, which is an important feature for large mindmaps to keep the overview. We hope this feature will come soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro a lot for structuring knowledge, for example brainstorming about the structure of our digital folders (wherever they are stored), the structure of our project management tool, the substructure of the Boards, and for brainstorming in various areas.
Easy Customised Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The framing feature keeps everything organized and easy to manage. I also love the built-in HEX color finder; it makes it easy to use colors matching logos that I have copied in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Miro board can sometimes become slow to respond once multiple diagrams are on the board. This can sometimes result in moving items I did not intend on moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grouping multiple diagrams into categories is easy and more personalized than older similar tools. It's also great for quickly capturing user experience flows as the copy and paste image functionality is so quick and easy
