Lack of dark mode, as well as the consultant license unable to utilise any of the useful cloud diagramming features... Lack of license flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out models and diagrams for architecture, that's then being walked through with clients - as well as leading ideation, and extracting thoughts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't question it, just use it - Whilst it has its drawbacks, especially around Enterprise vs Consultant licensing (if working on system architecture), it does provide a wealth of cability in supporting individuals and teams to work collaboratively. You can't go wrong!

What do you like best about the product?
Its an ecosystem for brainstorming and beyond, it is becoming almost the only tool to use that does require long form text. It has almost entirely replaced collaboration meetings since it adds so much more detail that can be shared in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it had to see dislikes, but i'd like to see a subproduct that includes long form text so I'll be independent of notion or others. Also maybe have some start up templates to get it going as often we start projects blank
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly brand and marketing strategy as well as all to do with customers, journeys, interviews. Add to that we love the wireframing tool and would like that are to be further depeloped
Flexible and great software for mind maps, presentations, and many more
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that Miro offers an infinite canvas that I can throw ideas and organize them in a visual way. It supports collaboration, so I don't have to explain my thinking to my colleagues; I just show them my Miro board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to keep objects in my Miro board organized. I don't like the fact that Miro doesn't offer an automatic arrangement tool for my content. It would be an invaluable addition to the overall value of this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding connections between ideas! I have used it in my research, inspirational boards, and design problems, and everytime I was surprised how effective Miro is for supporting the ideation phase of these projects.
Great platform for collaboration and strategic planning!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaborative features and the fact that a team can all be part of creating a dynamic presentation. When presenting, participants can be brought up to speed quickly and usually end up using Miro instead of other applications that they had been using!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with Miro. It can also be somewhat cumbersome in having to refresh your screen when collaborating with other users or members of a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to Covid, our team of strategic coaches had to quickly develop a viable online platform that would work for our strategic planning process, which is based on the ToP's method (Technology of Participation.) With Miro, we found the perfect solution for presenting our process digitally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for collaboration and strategic planning!
Excellent experience

The things that I like the most are: being an intuitive platform and being easy to create co-creation projects with teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything.

I used Miro to organize my studies and some small projects with friends.
Collaboration made easy with MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate and communicate with co-workers and clientele. It offers a real-time time collaboration even if our team is remotely located. Integration with popular third-party services like slack, dropbox, and google is super easy and helps in improving our business workflow. Even in the pandemic MIRO has proved to be a beneficial collaboration tool and allowed us to run our projects seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that I have experienced till now is that when collaborating with a large number of users on a whiteboard, there have been performance issues. Apart from this, we haven't had any serious issues withMIRO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO has been a critical and irreplaceable tool during the pandemic. It has enabled us to be active and productive in collaborating with projects. It solves our problems related to activities like Roadmaps, brainstorming, delivery planning, and collaboration. MIRO makes it interactive and fun to collaborate with colleagues and I really enjoy using it.
Great Tool for remote Teams to really work together at the same time!
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing, Predefined Shapes, All the integrations and plugins, so easy to share with a colleague via Link or invite, following someone during a session, making comments
What do you dislike about the product?
In bigger Organisations sometimes hard to see who has access to what, sometimes colleagues dont have access to Boards although I think they should have, visibility is sometimes not so good in terms of rights management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much faster Visualisation together with Colleages, really find shared understanding by looking at the same thing, using pen and paper to make sure to have understood the same issues. Complex situations become easier with miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is the perfect tool for remote teams working together in all types of areas. It really feels like standing infront of the same whiteboard.
Working from Home + Miro = Love
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I started using Miro when covid hit and I must say that it was the best thing that could have happened to our workflow and process. It helped us get together and break the distance barrier, making it feel like we were sitting in the same room, bouncing ideas back and forth.
- Miro is flexible and easy to get into
- The amount of activities you can use it for is endless, from stand-ups, to workshops, plannings, retrospectives, and much more. Imagination is the limit.
- Miro is such a powerful tool that can be tailored to any aspect of your work or even personal life
- Jira implementation is an excellent addition to the collection of tools Miro offers
- Miro is my go-to tool when I want to explore new workshop formats or plan my team's timeline
- It is reliable & the performance is surprisingly good even when importing many very high definition assets
- Sometimes I use it even for creating art when I don't have access to Photoshop
Once you start using Miro is almost impossible to go back to your traditional way of working. We will continue using Miro even when returning to the office as it's already becoming an indispensable tool in our arsenal.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not that many things I dislike about Miro, with a few exceptions, of course, one of them being the organizational part.
I find it very tricky to organize my boards into folders. There is no official support, or at least, none that I heard, that allows users to create folders. The only workaround I could find was to create new projects for each type of recurrent session.
There should be an easy way and intuitive of organizing boards into Collections or Folders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most important problems we solve with Miro is reducing the distance barrier when working from home. It is very easy to bounce ideas back and forth between team members.
Workshops or sessions where I need my team's input are so much easier to conduct using Miro.
