Clear Communication + Dynamic Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to convey complex ideas to the team clearly, visually, and dynamically, improving communication and understanding of processes.
Team meetings are much more interactive and productive.
It's fun to work in Miro, the colors, stickers, etc.
It is a strategic tool for teams looking to synchronize in vision, processes, and action in an agile and fun way.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a UX and product designer, and I use Miro daily for mapping user journeys, developing design concepts, and collaborating with diverse teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been good so far up to this point. I have experienced some lags, but there haven't been any major problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses environmental challenges by enabling real-time collaboration, improving communication, and supporting tracking and growth.
Miro: Intuitive and Versatile, But Needs Better Access Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use and offers lots of different templates for various use cases and collaboration. It allows me to work on a bunch of different stuff like roadmapping, estimations, refinements, and even retros. The initial setup of Miro was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like you guys have a user access management issue. It's hard to share, make it easily. Some people have access, some people don't. It should be easier. Also, integration is not so friendly.

Miro helps with collaboration and planning by providing easy-to-use templates for various purposes like story mapping, road mapping, estimations, and retros.

Effortless Idea Organization with Intuitive Zoom Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to zoom out/ in and collect lots of ideas in the same spot but each having it's own defined frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot is easy to use intuitively but I haven't noticed where to get more training/ watch a recorded webinar/ course or anything like that (to be honest haven't really looked yet but it hasn't been overly apparent.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A space for remote staff to easily add their work and get updated on what others have added. Allows meetings to flow more efficiently.
Effortless Brainstorming and Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use for brainstorming or presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that you can choose specific boards to export, it will export all of them. I've had to create a specific board just for exporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the information needed is in one place. We dont have to open multiple documents because we can see previous presentations/diagramming.
A Good Co-Design Environment
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent co-design environment that allows people to interact with each other, from brainstorming through to a proof of concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have more tools that could integrate easily different types of media, for example, videos and interactive objects. Additionally, it could be essential to have a distinct track record to support the classroom in understanding the historical approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need an environment that allows my students to work together and that lets me share my templates. So, it solves this main problem for me. Additionally, I need to co-design with customers, and it is also an excellent tool for that.

I find Miro incredibly easy to use, which significantly enhances my architectural diagramming and brainstorming sessions. The platform operates fast and smooth, allowing me to focus on the tasks at hand without distractions. I appreciate the wide variety of tools and objects available, which provide me with numerous options for architectural design and facilitate effective team collaboration. The initial setup was very easy, making the transition seamless. Additionally, I value its capacity for architecture discussions, as it seamlessly supports my workflow and allows for importing diagrams to Confluence. Overall, Miro’s efficiency and versatility make it a top choice for my professional needs, as reflected by my high recommendation score.

I use Miro for easy and fast architecture diagramming and brainstorming, enhancing our team collaboration with a wide array of tools and objects.
Unmatched Flexibility and Seamless Integration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Miro and range of work you can do with it -- from designing products, to brainstorming, to facilitating an online session. I find it's very easy to integrate work done with other applications into Miro, for example in integrating Google Slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main challenge with Miro is when I use it with others who are unfamiliar with the application -- they sometimes get overwhelmed by the number of features. This can usually be solved by suggesting that users stick to a couple of items (e.g. sticky notes) and a short tutorial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a new organization, and so we're building our systems from the ground up. We need tools that can accomodate both high-level strategic thinking and granular operational details, which Miro can do perfectly all in one board.
