Endless Possibilities , Fun to use, and overall just an amazing visual illustration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many options available. I use it to create operating models, process flows, timelines, and even meetings. You can easily export things and use them on presentations (or create a presentation right there in Miro)! Plus, it's fun and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real thing that I find annoying is that it be difficult to move objects around and that you cannot group stuff while it's on a table. However, these are minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is replacing our whiteboard since we are all working from home. It is helpful when it comes to communication in general. I am mainly using it to create operating models and process flows for our org
Making the future workplace more convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is that everyone can see everything at the same time. The meeting/notes/thoughts captured during discussions are left as evidence and reminders of what was discussed - no more writing meeing notes. I love the timer option and the ability to hide boards/frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to resize images to be lower quality. This would help keep the files smaller, so after weeks/hours of conversations, the file can still load and 'rasterize' quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategy, product design reviews etc. I am not benefitting financially by using this product. However it makes me much more productive and can see how the team and business performance will increase
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definately get it. Test it in a meeting, workshop or as a project tracking tool
One of the best wireframing tool
What do you like best about the product?
InVision shines in many areas. A few of my favorites about InVision are, collaborating with people, different templates, better user experience, the ability to give or receive feedback very quickly, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a collaborative designing tool InVision got a nice set of features. So, nothing much to complain about. The only thing is the ability to share outside of the organization and let the external stakeholders contribute is little difficult as the licensing limitations come into the picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software development organization, we are using InVision for most of the projects in order to design and validate the application wireframes prior to the development phase and get customer feedback and approval. InVision makes our life easier with its wide range of design tools as well as the ability to collaborate as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend InVision to anyone who is in the engineering design or software development industry as it got many features that could fast track the day-to-day design and validation work.
Best online tool for brainstorming and collabrative whiteboarding I have seen
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and works very well for collaborating in the new world of remote work. It is very feature-rich, and we have used it successfully for brainstorming, retrospectives, and sketching out architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has been evolving very quickly overall, this is good, but the constant changes in the user interface can make it confusing at times. The last time I checked, it was impossible to copy past tables and shapes into MS Office or gSuite apps, which is a shame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to meet the team face to face, has made it very challenging to get the kind of things we would do in a room on a whiteboard. Miro has let us be effective in doing this remotely.
MIRO is awesome! Really amazing collaboration Tool! :)
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's so user-friendly and very flexible! Multiple people can collaborate at the same time and there are no bugs that we experienced! We used it for school and templates available were really helpful!
I even subscribed and paid for a personal account! I use it as my vision board! :)

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometime when a user is writing on a certain post it or box, no one can write within the same area and it greys out - but that's very minor. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our thought for the final paper, prioritization, collab with images and guide, analysis, votation and pre-work. We used one miro page for the whole duration of our course. The space is enough
Miro is multipurpose, it is possible to create many things for home and corporate use too
What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface is beautiful and pleasant
What do you dislike about the product?
could have a better ruler to help with alignments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create banner and other types of documents using elements from various sources

What do you like best about the product?
What helps us the most using miro, is how easy it is for everyone to be on the same page about the work being carried out in the discovery stage. It helps to get ideas out of everyone's heads and makes it easier for others to understand the message or the ideia that the other person is trying to convey to us. It makes the job simpler. Nonthin to share about that. I didn't have any problem in mind.

The agility of the process off discovery and delivery of our team, and consequently the speed with which we can deliver value to our users.
Miro is the best online tool for collaborative work!
What do you like best about the product?
As a business strategist who works for a remote company, Miro has been an absolute gamechanger for online collaborative work thanks to the infinite canvas, various tools, and large selection of business templates. In my role, I am responsible for fostering a culture of innovation within my company. Thanks to Miro I have been able to create and facilitate engaging design sprints very easily that help introduce my colleagues to concepts such as design thinking and OKRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I love the vast array of tools, templates, unlimited opportunities that the infinite canvas holds, and the ability to collaborate with my colleagues creatively in real-time, I've had huge technical issues with the video chat feature. My video connection will often erratically go in and out. I may not realize at the moment that my team members can't even hear me, and it's incredibly frustrating to have to either refresh the page or exit the board and try logging in again in hopes that the video chat will work. This in turn causes unpleasant pauses and delays to my presentation, and it often takes minutes for Miro to load for me again. There are times when the screen often lags for a while and takes forever to load. Furthermore, I often have issues with zooming in and zooming out. The screen will sometimes zoom in too much or zoom out too much when using the zoom feature to the point where you can't see the toolbar and continue your work. It will take a while using the zoom feature to get the screen to look right due to lag, or it will require refreshing the page altogether to get the screen to be at the right level of zoom. Sometimes when uploading images or sticky notes, they appear very tiny and are impossible to find on the canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Miro, all departments within my company have been able to benefit greatly, since we are all remote teams, and this tool helps us to quickly collaborate and do outstanding work due to all the tools and templates available. I can easily create and facilitate design sprints and full staff solutions sessions/meetings for my remote team. It's been helpful for mapping out timelines, OKRs, organizational charts, business models, planning social media content, and other project management tasks. As a career coach, it has also been a helpful online and engaging tool to conduct client sessions with. We love, from a design perspective, how easy it is to put together a workflow template, diagram, and map, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For any remote teams or companies following a hybrid work model, Miro is a must-have online collaborative tool if you want your business to be as innovative, efficient, and optimal as it can be!
Great Online Platform for Collaborative Product Design
What do you like best about the product?
1. User friendly and intuitive interface
2. Limitless space, great for synthesizing qualitative research especially when using Affinity Grouping
3. I've been using these features a lot for wireframing: frame, text, sticky notes, shape, connection line, comment, upload, icon finder, wireframe library. These features are very easy to use
4. I've used Figjam and Whimsical too, other than Miro. But I still like Miro best because it's fluid, organic. My work needs me to break boundaries and find patterns, so pre-existing frameworks like Kanban and Mind Map are nice to have but most often I need to combine things and build my own framework depending on the project. So Miro gives me flexibility to do that

What do you dislike about the product?
I've found some colleagues confused using it because Miro gives them too much flexibility. The interface is great for an experienced Miro user like me. I know what I want to do and what most of the buttons mean. But for new users, it might be better if Miro has pre-existing modes such as: Wireframing, Agile, Kanban readily visible. Because right now, they are hidden under a second layer, inside "more tools" option that is also just a double sideways chevron
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro mostly for UX research and design. So I usually use Miro to synthesize my data and for wireframing purposes. The benefits are: I can work and also showcase my work easily to my collaborators in the team. I also use Miro for Design Workshops, framing problems and gathering possible solutions from my teammates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great online collaborative tool for Product Design
I popularized the term "Miromania" at my company. Just saying!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Miro has a lot of templates really well organized and carefully thought, I enjoy the collaborative aspect of the templates, so that the community can contribute to the template library. Then I love the interface too, it's super easy to start using it, friendly and it helps you avoid or undo mistakes easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like less popups and maybe more useful and easy-to-read notifications. Also on templates I would like more freedom to mix, and modify them. Sometimes I want some elements of the template but not others and it's hard to decouple them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my graphical needs are solved by Miro!! I'm a very graphical person, I need to have the diagrams, flowcharts, etc, and we didn't have a tool to have it all centralized and easy to access. My main use is also for my retrospectives, it works great because it really makes it more dynamic and collaborative.

Jump in!! It's great software, I'm always coming back to it for all my graphic needs!
