Great place to do brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. It has a lot of preset tools that make brainstorming, commenting, and collaborating easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes goes offline for no reason even though I still have internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, wireframing, keeping track of daily standups, a place for people to put celebratory thoughts for others on.
A great way to collaborate with teammates
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to collaborate with your teammates in real-time, especially in a remote environment. You can see who else is making updates, and contribute at the same time. As a UX Designer, it's really helpful to make quick markups of wireframes without having to use design software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to how you can edit items in Freehand. For example, it would be helpful to have a crop function. I don't think there's a way to currently do this, or at least I'm unaware of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, my team uses Freehand for Solutioning and Brainstorming phases of our project. When we kickoff a project we add examples of mobile screens and mark it up with updates/comments that we have. It's a great way to keep information in one place when we start a new project. It's also a more efficient way of gathering multiple people's ideas in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of helpful videos to learn the product and features that are available in Freehand.
Great tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Freehand has made it easy for our designers to run concepts by us for reviews and feedback. I really like being able to see campaign concepts across all our marketing channels in one view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i have had with Freehands has been access related which I think is just related to our own internal workflow and who gets added to each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for designing marketing campaigns and sharing/previewing with stakeholders for approvals.
Miro is a fantastic program that enables better organization and it always leads to success.
What do you like best about the product?
He is easy to work on and is when you are working in a team. I was using Miro for educational workshops in working with children to visually present the necessary materials. The children quickly learned to work on it and they stated that this way of working was interesting to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic plan provides a small number of possibilities. In addition, I am satisfied with this program and recommend it to all friends who do similar or other jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a fantastic program that enables the better organization of activities, time, schedule and many other things that were needed for a team or individual to be successful. It is magnificent and useful if your team is all over the world and you do not have the physical space in which you are, because myrrh represents exactly that space where we all meet and discuss.
Team collaboration at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tools at our disposal - all are easy to use. My favourites are, notes, shapes, connectors, tables, voting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to create reusable Patterns, so for example if I styled a text box and used this element 20 times. If I decide to change the style, i'd need to copy that style across and paste to all elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, mapping, visual aids when on calls and general team alignment. It also gives everyone on the team a voice and way to express ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Empower teams to work more collaboratively and ensure everyone is on the same page.
A staple collaboration tool within our daily lives
What do you like best about the product?
Most features are extremely useful, but to name a few - Timer, Voting, Templates, integration with JIRA & Confluence, Present Mode, ability to work on the same board with a large number of people, being able to see their cursors or hide them at choice, being able to drag them to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major limiting factor for Miro that we face is how the Project Boards are organized. In a large organization with thousands of stakeholders and hundreds of Teams, usually it is organized by Departments rather than smaller Teams, meaning that the department shares the entire view of the individual Teams as well, and teams need to organize everything under a single project. It would be nice to be able to have more flexibility on this and allow us to almost create our own hierarchy for information management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me create Product Roadmaps, User Story Maps, which have had the benefit of clearer planning, clearer scope and more accurate deliveries for both the team & our stakeholders.
My Review of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
It is a collaborative tool that allows me to work in a visual format. I am not joking when I say I use it daily, and often for hours each day. It is that integral to my work and how I work with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of what I dislike about Miro comes down to other people not using the tool well. It is a digital tool that does take some acclimating to get really good at, like any other system. Sticky notes on a wall are easy for everyone. Digital sticky notes on a digital wall somehow takes more skill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem discovery, collaborative meetings across state or country lines, producing valuable insights or ideas, and generally taking better notes. Love the ability to drop a screenshot down then cluster stickies in contextual places on it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the Miro academy and templates as starters. There are a lot of really intelligent people who have put material together so don't feel like you need to re-invent the wheel.
Get your team working towards agile maturity...
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is intuitive to use and comes with a vast selection of templates to start off the most inept of user. The templates are broken down into simple to complex mapping diagrams for ease of communicating to your audience. You also have a plethora of sharing features to give your audience/guests the correct permissions. I also like the emojis and the symbols that come packed within the app for ease of illustrating diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are only available for certain plans, though the business package provides you with most of what you will need to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used miro for agile ceremonies, in particular, retrospectives, mapping workshops and technology diagrams. Miro makes it easy to illustrate complex diagrams in an easy fashion and without fuss.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider implementation of miro within your organisation, so that permissions and access can be managed appropriately.

It gets a bit tricky on the ipad. Copying pasting between boards and between applications and boards.
