Effortless Team Collaboration and Streamlined Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration across teams. The real-time editing, visual clarity, and huge range of templates allow us to quickly turn ideas into structured workflows. It’s especially helpful for planning, mapping processes, and facilitating workshops because everything stays in one shared space. Miro makes complex discussions simple and keeps everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Miro is that large boards can sometimes become slow or heavy to load, especially when collaborating with many people. Organizing and navigating big boards can also get overwhelming without strict structure. Additionally, some advanced features feel hidden or require extra steps to access. Improving performance and simplifying the interface for complex boards would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of bringing teams together around complex ideas. Instead of using separate tools for diagramming, whiteboarding, and collaboration, everything happens in one shared visual space. This helps us map processes clearly, align on decisions faster, and avoid miscommunication. It’s especially beneficial when working with distributed teams because everyone can contribute in real time, making workshops, planning sessions, and problem-solving far more efficient

This tool makes it simple to brainstorm and share ideas with teammates. It benefits us by providing a way to visualize our thoughts and encourage creativity.
Easy Setup with Collaborative Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because there is a free tier and it's easy to use. It's simple to create new items, move them around, and assign items to users. I also find it convenient that multiple users can visit the board at the same time. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the list of items in the done lane gets too long to be workable. Sometimes I don't understand how the counts at the top of the swimlanes are computed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro makes it easy to create tasks, move them between lists, and assign them to users, streamlining my to-do list management.
Versatile Collaboration with Easy Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can drop custom images and examples from legacy products into Miro, annotate them, and make additional notes and flows all in one place. It's great for collaboration between software engineers and research scientists since it allows for quick visualization mockups, user requirements, and kanban board progress all in one place. The initial setup was very easy, and the learning and onboarding process was very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more obvious how to assign users to Kanban board tasks. Having a button directly on the Kanban task for user assignment would be more efficient than having to click through options to find the assignee feature. Also, the integration with GitHub could be streamlined with a 'link to code' button for explicit code line callouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows for quick visualization mockups, user requirements, and Kanban board progress all in one place. I like that I can drop custom images, examples from legacy products, annotate them, and make notes and flows seamlessly.
Effortless Collaboration, Rich Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to showcase steps involved in initial product development like journey mapping and user story mapping. It helps me make the product's feature journey map visually clear to the whole team, especially the product owners. I love being able to look for different templates and collaborate with team members. It's really helpful for working with multiple team members, especially when everyone is remote. The availability of templates means I don't need to spend time building or thinking about a template from scratch. It's easy to work with teams, even with non-design folks, as Miro doesn't require everyone to have a seat like FigJam. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it not very intuitive where to find the functionality to easily export a frame as a PNG in Miro. It would be ideal if it matched the placement of Figma since that's what most people are used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to clearly showcase the product's journey to the team and easily collaborate remotely using templates, saving time on setup.
Collaborative and Intuitive, Ideal for Quick Setups

I used Miro for presentations in school and find it quick to use with all templates and different things available. I like that you can make a company and work together without needing to share information, which makes it easier and quicker. The initial setup was very easy with lots of tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if you could add video not link
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro because it's quick to use and offers all templates and tools needed. It allows for easy collaboration without needing to share externally, making workflow easier and quicker.
Visual & Collaborative Ideation Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, undestandable and intuitive, simple to interact with & Create visuals & bring ideas to life. we have it implemented with Slack & we try to integrate new team members into using it so we can have a view on thier work.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Loading time on some big Spaces is long, especially where a large team is working simultaniously like in refinment sessions or User Flow Creation spaces, the Templates are good but they're not used as often if not at all by us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a Go to tool when needing to Bring ideas to life and create Visuals without beign too complicated or fancy or formal, it's a Lot simpler and faster to run than Figma Boards. gathers the entire team together
Easy to Use with Great Formatting, Needs Auto Layout Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for building marketing funnels and running whiteboarding sessions. It's an easy-to-use tool that allows me to show complex flowcharts in just a few minutes, and it's easy to understand even for non-users. I like that all the options are right in front of you to pick from, and I find the formatting options really helpful for differentiating different elements in a complex chart. The initial setup just needed a Google login, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest pain is arrows crossing over each other. I wish there was a way the system or AI would recommend a cleaner flow or automatically straighten a crooked arrow or an arrow crossing over another one... this takes up a LOT of manual labor. it also needs a better shapes library, especially labeled for function type so it's easy to pick the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for building marketing funnels and whiteboarding sessions. It's easy to use, simplifies creating complex flowcharts quickly, and makes them understandable even for non-users.
Empowers Visual Communication with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for my university degree in visual communication, and it really helps me make visual and mood boards. I like that it offers a large and somewhat infinite board, which is great for saving things I like. I also appreciate how links look good and profound when I add them, as they come with a little summary and a photo of the site, which makes me want to click on them and enhances the aesthetic appeal of my mood boards. The initial setup was rather easy, which was a nice surprise for me as a new user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'teams' feature was confusing. I use it with a student subscription and at first I didn’t understand that there’s an educational team that is free to use and has all the features that I wanted to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the need for a large, infinite board to save things I like. Adding links looks good and profound, making my mood boards more aesthetically pleasing and interactive.
