Miro is easy, intuitive, and dynamic tool of collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
How can we have everything inside the tool, such as apps integrated like Jira, or the timer, or the planning poker, do video calls, among others
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Miro so far, so it's fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no idea about what problem is Miro solving, I think that they are making a better upgrade inside the tool, or did last weekend. But whatever is that they are doing, I'm sure that will benefit all the community

Miro makes brainstorming super easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop makes it easy to edit. The customisation makes it enjoyable to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some colour and font restrictions mean you are a bit limited to what you can create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to put ideas down and share them with my team. Making the workflow smoother and more collaborative.
The ultimate remote collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I can't tell you enough how much I love Miro! I used it with a remote team pre-pandemic, and expanded that company's use of it in the first few months of the pandemic. It was a lifesaver for enabling teams to collaborate remotely, which helped in decision-making and prioritization. At my new company, I've advocated for us to upgrade from the free version to the business version so that we're not limited to a small number of boards. I chose Miro over other options that I've evaluated (Mural, and FigJam) because it's much more fully-featured than those competitors (plus it's more visually appealing.) My past company made heavy use of the newer interactive features (timer, voting) which are highly valuable when facilitating workshops. I primarily use Miro for workshop facilitation, but I also use it as a low-budget way to analyze research findings because it enables me to move sticky notes around and create themes, which I can use to report back my high-level findings. It's great to write a report of my findings, and point back to the Miro board for anyone who wants to dig in for the details!
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition process from a free account to a paid account was frustrating. We had a couple dozen people on our free account, and I wish there had been a way to modify their access level before we were charged for all of those seats. Instead we had to remove them if they weren't going to be full Members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating and communicating effectively with remote teams. People think visually, and Miro is a wonderful tool to help people show their thinking with tools that don't feel intimidating. Anyone can use boxes and arrows, no one needs drawing or design skills to communicate their ideas. I don't know how I would live without Miro as a UX professional. Clearly: I had my new team upgrade our account within a month of joining the company!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the free trial, and test some of their competitors. I think you'll find pretty quickly that Miro blows the other ones out of the water.
Miro solve and help our startup to grow and share our best content with our partners, clients
What do you like best about the product?
After 12 years as a WordPress developer, we had the opportunity to meet, through an invitation from one of our biggest partners, Microsoft, Miro.
As we are an EdTech focused on the niche of programming and website development in WordPress, all our students, partners and customers loved the new content strategies recreated 100% with Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is complete, but during these 2 months of use I managed to create a list with interesting topics for the next updates. I would say that what I missed the most was a board management function with tags and markings, I simply do this using the "Names - from Boards 01".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management, planning, video lesson execution, meetings, and personal life.
MIRO is a super recommended software, it has changed the way we work in our company.
What do you like best about the product?
As an engineer I am very visual, I used to draw on paper to explain my thoughts and ideas. But I had a problem with paper, it was not shared with all remote people in an easy way, with miro I can do the same, but now it is centralized and available for all the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about MIRO, is always growing in functionalities and templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's clear: the way people collaborate. There are many resources, you can do almost whatever you want it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not hesitate, just do it.
Whiteboarding platform designed for agile workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is the digital equivalent of brainstorming with a team using a whiteboard or sticky notes. Collaboration is easy as you can invite other users to check, add on or edit your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls feel a little clunky whether using a trackpad or a mouse. You can also spend more time learning how to use the tool so a group training among team may be necessary to save on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this day and age where teams are working remotely from all over the world, it allows us to brainstorm together and share ideas no matter the time difference or distance.
A products that spans disciplines
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive and collaborative nature of Miro. The interface is easy to use and teach - I've used it in product design but also academia. I've taught clients and students to use it. It's one of my favourite tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be fair, this isn't really what Miro is all about, but sometimes I'll opt for Figma if I need a more product-centric tool. There's nothing else to mention - Miro is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helps me collaborate remotely as well as teach remotely. It's been so great as an educator, and it helps me work with others in a unique and efficient way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to think creatively and collaboratively, Miro is the tool to use. Whether you are an educator, student, product designer, product manager or industry leader - add Miro to your toolbox to elevate your everyday practice.
Miro is easy to use. It is also a great tool to document your work in a visual way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates and the platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blank Miro is intimidating, I am glad there are templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of just talking about what we do, we can now visualize it and show others our accomplishments.
The best way to tranform simple ideas in powerful action
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, that can rapidly evolve from random thoughts into a project or series of actions well designed and planned. It's especially easy to do this when in collaboration with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as easy to use for someone who isn't familiar with this kind of tool. The navigation is not similar to other kinds of tools, so if this is your first time using Miro, maybe you will feel difficulties in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me to begin projects from scratch, develop projects who need more attention, also to plan my life in personal matters, and in general, clear my vision about all the possibilities there are out there, and let me make sure I choose the right paths.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To start using it in collaboration with the team, for the fastest way to discover all the features.
The swiss army knife of remote work!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been for me and for my team over the last couple of years the goto tool for any type of work, specially has we are mainly visual people and we are all distributed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ownership part of the boards could be improved. I use it a lot to facilitate online sessions and usually, I do them in pairing. It could be similar to Zoom, that you can give co-host and people can do basically the same as a host, to hide the frames as an example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it solves very well the team distribution issue (remote) and using a tool that does basically the same as post-its on a wall. I need to think visual and let other people interact with it, Miro does the trick!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool to help you think, not only in the office, but outside the office...Miro is the tool...it's a must for distributed teams!
