InVision is a great way to do handoff
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Invision a couple of times to hand off design projects for developers. My overall experience was great, the software is easy to use and simple to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that is a problem on the cache system on InVision, because a couple of times when I was uploading images it took a while to show them on the screen or it just did not load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In vision helped me with my design hand off, It is a easy way to delivery information to the team without using a complex software (Like the design`s one`s people usually use)
Charts, GUI, mockups, flow charts, it does it all for me
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface, multiple tools for all sorts of needs - adding shapes, icons, text, doing live collaboration while on a Zoom call, all works so well and easy. No installs or apps requiered, it simply works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any, for my needs I get everything there. I might add more image editing options but that's something I can live without and use Adobe for it and then import it to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple needs - Making UI mockups for Mobile and web, also, making UX flows, all is super easy to complete with it. I also use it to build flow charts for all sorts of needs, for example sending developers a flow chart of a new flow, it's so easy to complete it there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Especially when working with the desktop app, it consumes a lot of resources from my local machine.
The fact that you can not view, but only set or overwrite a board password is annoying.
Active Pen support for Touchscreens (on-screen drawing) is annoying.

Versatile collaboration tool for small and large groups
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and endless canvas. We have modelled whole products on one canvas which helps to show the ideas and go back and forth between different levels of design and tech plans to prestudy results. Never have I been so "on track" of what we are talking about and where are we going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access management has been a problem in our company, we use SSO and it seems that at times not all participants have rights to edit the canvas even though they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have bridged the gap from user studies trough ideation to design and implementation planning with Miro. I am sure that other purpose-built tools could to this too, but freedom to express any of the phases as you see fit has been a boon for our teams.

3) When you have a big boards, the ability to scroll and switch between the screen areas on a non-touch-screen laptop is still a bit painful, even with the usage of frames.
