easy ramp up
What do you like best about the product?
As a business consultant in an environment that is rather slow in picking up digital tools, Miro helps with intuitive handling. We can start with the easy tasks for participants and they tend to pick up as much as they need on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an integration with Nextcloud at some stage. Guess this is a marginal request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage to address a substantial amount of cocreative work with our clients online. Less travel. Less waste. Less documentation. Faster results.
Exactly as marketed, smart whiteboard with collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Simple sharing. I share a board with a colleague that once shared required no further fiddling. Rarely we're simultaneously in there, but good to know Miro can handle it if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small thing is when I'm just arranging bits and pieces I would like the ui to disappear completely, fullscreen mode is close to this. Something like a focus mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have converted charts from a range of desktop apps into Miro. Ridiculous stuff like org charts made in ms excel. Anything that requires visual presentation happens through miro now.
Miro is a good tool to interact with office staff

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know why, but sometimes Miro crashes. It happens a few times a month, so it's a big issue. I don't think the problem is my PC because it has good specifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many benefits that an IT Specialist can get from Miro.
First, it helps simplify and improve collaboration among team members.
Secondly, it helps reduce cycle time by automating tasks and processes.
Thirdly, Miro provides a comprehensive and centralized view of the entire IT infrastructure.

Powerful and flexible work canvases
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are very supportive of quickly starting a dynamic in a few seconds. It is a beautiful tool for working collaboratively, especially remotely. Also, it is possible to share open boards without the need to create an account; that's the way I work with clients
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who don't work in the creative field or are not tech savvy, the interface seems minimalistic, and the users get lost easily. Maybe some levels of view for the menu interface would be nice to bring more accessibility for people who need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work collaboratively with people from different areas and companies. And gather all project documentation in one single place and visually well organized. Using a flexible board saves a lot of time and effort, as all kinds of information used to be distributed in different products.
Excellent Tool for Team Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has very rich features for collaborations. Whenever having a meeting with the team, Miro is always my first choice. It allows the remote team to edit the board together while seeing what others doing. The best part is it allows one of the team member to "lead" the board so everyone is on the "same page" (literally!)
Miro also provides many pre-built templates for various purposes that allow us to finish different works. For example, templates for brainstorming and retrospective. it has a lot of varieties so sometimes it is fun to use a template that we never used.
Another thing I like in Miro is the meeting support, it has timer, presentation mode and voting feature which makes the remote meeting more seamless!

What do you dislike about the product?
The speed is a little legging when a lot of people edit the board simultaneously. But this is bearable, considering it has to have multiple connections at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an excellent tool for teams to collaborate on the same whiteboard while working remotely. As a result, it helped us to be more efficient when working together.
This tool is remarkable
What do you like best about the product?
The templates, the ease of use, and the number of plugins it makes available are memorable
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, until now. This tool is fantastic. Bus, if may I, I would like to ask integrations with Excel, Access and Softexpert Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My ability to visualize problem solving has improved, and my communication with the company's board has exceeded expectations.
The one and only online collaboration tool for PMs
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro since its early days. In short, I can't work without it. It's simple and easy-to-use. I use it for brainstorming, to take notes, organize my work and plan both my day, month, quarter and year. I truly believe Product Managers can't really do their job without Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Indeed the loading time at launch can be improved. It takes lots of time. I also wish that, if I have the Miro app installed, the OS does not launch the web version, too: the app is enough :) Group/Ungroup feature is also annoying because it is not smooth, and I need to be very precise when selecting the elements I want to group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me better organize my job as Product Manager: I use it to create roadmaps and repository for AB tests and user tests, for brainstorming sessions, for workshops, and for personal sketching.
Breaking boundaries with efficient collaboration live!
What do you like best about the product?
The live time collaboration between remote people. Members can upload their images and write comments about the other project elements; super.
It's so efficient for a decision-making workshop.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because I'm an architect, the main board could make you confused by the scale of the workspace. Maybe a graphic scale for paper sizes would be excellent, especially when you zoom out too much and lose your sense of scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to produce diagrams, timelines and mood boards for the projects I work with. If I need to make a brainstorm that looks nice in terms of aesthetics, Miro solves it for the sake of speed as it's so interactive.
Extremely useful
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's an excellent tool for collaborative work, UX research and analysis. Templates are also handy and save a considerable amount of time. As opposed to Figjam, miro offers fewer features and tools but is great in its simplicity
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan offers only 3 boards, but this is still enough to start
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped our design team get a much clearer picture of our users' needs and desirable features. In addition, using a template helped us be more productive and avoid spending time on skeleton building.
