MIRO has helped me to consolidate all my thoughts in a single place
What do you like best about the product?
1.- I can create virtually infinite frames, and arrange them in any way I need to, so the follow-up of every meeting is a piece of cake since all my notes are consolidated
2.- The "prezi like" presentation mode is amazing.
3.- Tons of templates are available, so I do not have to start from scratch

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is constantly asking me to log in. I know that security is really important however, I would love to have the SSO login process simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single point to consolidate my notes, create roadmaps, link my own ideas, and even deliver presentations is something that I really love. I do not trust my long-term memory, so MIRO has my back since I do not have to remember what was discussed in previous meetings, I relly on my sticky notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Usability and easy to learn. It´s a collaborative tool to gather groups interacting during discussions and building propositions and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special, but I found only online (cloud) versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration among team members on discussions and collective work.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to map mind everything that is in your head is great. I also like how intuitive and easy it is to use. I showed Miro to some of my team members and they all loved it
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for the moment, I have been using Miro from some time now and it has always been helpful. Surely there are things to better but not any that have crossed my mind yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you are working on different projects and you need to put whats in you mind on "paper", explain it to someone, don't forget anything, then an idea pops and you can link it to another idea that's what Miro does for me. It translate whats in my mind.

I would like a different pricing model based on the functionalities. A full licence might not be necessary

Organising knowledge (personal and professional), creating mind maps, solving complex problems by visualizing them

What do you like best about the product?
The myriad of business model templates is the number 1 reason I love Miro. The ability to easily share boards with others with an intuitive onboarding for any rookie.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are still missing a lot of marketing and strategy templates. I'm not worried - the company's direction should have every template needed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote Workspaces and Remote Workforces have accelerated exponentially since 2019. MIRO was 5-6 years head of this labor segmentation by access to internet for white collar professionals.

What do you like best about the product?
It´s a great tool to collaborate and facilitate workshops remote on on site. Furtehrmore the offered tools are very helpful to get things done

don´t have something here, maybe the pricing model ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it´s the perfect solution and too for collaboration with remote and on site teams
No other tool allows you this level of simultaneous "shareability" !
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. You can zoom in or out to another level, to huge diagrams or mappings. And you can see real-time identified interactions of other participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. We have used the tool for specific corporate events where we had to participate and put togeteher ideas, and it was just perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Display huge diagrams or just a bunch of ideas in groups. Each assistant views the display and can simultaneously interact with writing tags or associating ideas. The others can view how the rest are writing down their thoughts.
And all this on a remote setup. As I said, I can't think of another tool that allows this level of interaction.

Better than an in-real-life whiteboard.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture input and then have it all in digital format ready for export to other documents and tools is an enormous timesaver. We used to spend hours manually entering the content of post it notes into documents and taking photos of walls. Now, it's all there and ready for export! Combine that with the ability to have everyone in a single 'room' regardless of where they are and what timezone they're in has made workshops a piece of cake operation. Miro has allowed us to do MORE than we were ever able to do 'in real life'.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a struggle to think of anything! If anything, the in-platform video feature isn't ideal and we always had to have one screen with Miro and one screen with a video conferencing platform like Teams or Zoom. Load time can also be tricky if there are high file size inclusions. Users with low bandwidth internet also seem to struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are very few problems Miro ISN'T solving! It is solving travel problems and having multiple people from multiple geographical locations in workshops and planning sessions. It's solving problems of wireframing and quickly and easily drawing up webpages. It's solving problems of collaboration in planning and brainstorming, voting on ideas, capturing feedback, presenting ideas, there's very little it doesn't help us with!
Necessary in my day to day routine
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities with the tool. I can use it as a whiteboard and do whatever I want with it. From organizing notes with post its to a complete table or timeline project planning
What do you dislike about the product?
When the board has several items, the page loading takes a long time. So it's necessary to break the board into smaller ones. Besides that, I rarely have struggled with the zoom in and out using the trackpad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across the company and brainstorming moments with remote teams. Miro helps a lot to generate ideas and ensure alignment within the group, which is super helpful when everyone is remote.
Great tool for visualization even without any prior knowledge!
What do you like best about the product?
It just looks professional, although you may just create an easy flowchart. It easily gives you the aesthetics that you didn't just create something with Excel or something like that.

What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike that not everyone uses this easy tool to create all kinds of visualizations. It shouldn't be this hard for everyone - just log in with you Google-Account and let's go!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of thinking that I cannot create an excellent looking visualization in just a tiny amount of time. It is benefiting me in a way that I can present great workflows, Guidelines to my colleagues!
