What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I have got no dislikes for Miro but wish image exports were more economical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good example is making miro mobile app better suited to on-the-go working
Robust Team Collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an extremely robust and easy-to-use team collaboration platform. The user interface is clean and appealing. The best thing liked about this platform is the project road mapping functionality. It helps to create goals and planning of projects. File sharing is also available. It also offers task tracking and prioritization
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool integration option is very less as I compare with its competitor Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As many of us still working from home, Miro helps us to collaborate and brings every remote and office co-worker to the same table. Also, it helps us in project planning, using this we are able to create an effective roadmap for projects. After implementing Miro in our workspace my team's productivity and efficiency have increased.
It helps you clear your mind, organize your thoughts, move forward and get more productive.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you clear your mind, organize your thoughts, move forward, and get more productive. The fact that it is post-it based, because that's what I use on my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not explore all the features that Miro offers, but It would be awesome if I can link my calendar to it and in a way all get synchronized together tasks,reminders.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a designer and I am launching my start-up, a lot to do as I am juggling between a lot of tasks. I discovered that on Miro you have the option to write, modify, and thought/idea/task anytime, easily, and most importantly write them in your own logic! Furthermore, there are templates such as Eisenhower Matrix that you can explore and adapt.
Miro is the ultimate collaborative whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's biggest asset is its flexibility. We use it for whiteboarding, but also for presentations, workflows, process diagrams, org charts, the list goes on. For regular collaboration, it's a one-stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are completely satisfied - there's nothing we've provided feedback on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an incredible tool to bridge the 'distance' gap with our teams working remotely. We can instantly visualise ideas and workshop different strategies, and have all that data saved in a shareable format. We use Miro in person more often than a physical whiteboard for those reasons.
I have used a lot of diagramming tools, but Miro is definitely the most powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
The component "lock" and grouping features are super helpful to layer complex diagrams. The infinite whiteboard and these features allow for an amazing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to log in to Miro every time I want to use it, just since we have an enterprise license. Some other teammates don't want to use it since they want a tool quick to whiteboard on, but personally I do not mind having to log in since I can then store any diagrams I create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves having to pick canvas sizes for a diagram. It benefits me because I can fit as many components/notes that I want on a board, and I don't have to worry about organizing them onto a confined space.
Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
I can use Miro like Lucidchart or Figma. I like that even though it is a limited free base, I can put as many projects as possible into one chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up as many templates as I want would be more efficient, but that comes with a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize flows for future projects. I am currently working on a product recommendation flow.
Amazing tool to support group work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has everything I need to support online group work, from ludic to practical solutions.
- Miro is beautiful, which helps with engagement.
- Miro is easy to use. After a 5 min ice-break session, everyone knows how to put a post-it on the canvas.
- Miro reduces bias by allowing for brainwriting (vs brainstorming) and secret voting.
- Miro has fantastic (and time-saving) templates. Anything from empathy canvas to architecture flows.

What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs:
- More than once, I had a screen-sharing session interrupted for apparent reason.
- Not often, voting sessions are lost.
- Some objects have a fixed size proportion. It would be good to change each dimension separately.
- It is expensive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes online group workshops better than in-person ones.
I can engage clients and coworkers without trip costs, and by the end of the meeting, there is no need to re-type every post-it digitally.
Also, Miro templates offer access to methodologies previously unknow to me.

Very Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro board has been a fantastic tool for us to refer to and check our project details from time to time. The ability to create flow charts and boards in such an organized way makes it even better and more exciting to use. Also, we can add comments as responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one suggestion to have a 3d flow chart available in the future. Thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on Software testing and Miro has been very helpful with checking animations, approved images, etc
The excellence one stop solution for creating mind maps, user stories and ease of use in big meeting
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can use it for articulating design thinking and user journeys and also team members can update sitting anywhere and start from where they left.
What do you dislike about the product?

Intuitive platform for valuable collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to collaborate at any moment's notice with convenient templates to make things organized. The ability to discuss, comment, vote, and come to a consensus is essential internally and with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The post-it format can be a bit tedious and repetitive. It also doesn't allow for easy formatting. I would love to see more structured inputs and outputs that will enable us to quickly transform a brainstorm session or workshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that Miro solves is the inability to collaborate in a free-flowing and creative interface. While we had Jamboard and other SaaS solutions, none came close to the vastness of possibilities that Miro permits.
