Finally I can do diagrams without Word!
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward and intuitive tool. It has many options for multiple formats besides being collaborative: from changing the box types, arrows, color palettes to different shapes. I was delighted to hear a tool like this existed since working on Word had become very difficult. With Miro, when you want to arrange your diagram, the arrows follow the shape and keep the diagram tidy. Overall, I would say that using Miro certainly speeds up the process of creating diagrams, mind-maps, and other forms of chats compared to alternative programs. There are also incredible amounts of templates to chose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a well-built tool with multiple features, which is great. The only thing missing for me was the export function for my diagrams. Some of the side panels are not immediately intuitive, and until you hoover your cursor over, you cannot see the actual process. Even with these small dislikes, it is worthwile trying this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating logic diagrams for my research. I use to do them on Word, but then my colleague mentioned this platform, and I've not looked back. Besides that, I've been creating mind maps to arrange my thoughts, which is very helpful. The next step is to use it collaboratively, which I've not done so far.
I'm looking forward to it since my colleagues have spoken highly of it. Lastly, I will be recommending this product to the rest of my colleagues as it is definitely an investment plus the great variety of templates to get inspired by.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
From the great variety of templates to the collaborative aspect, Miro is a worth getting product.
Whiteboarding virtually with Miro is better than whiteboarding in person.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it creates a hive mind between our team. I love how easy it is to copy and paste screenshots. I really enjoy the icon finder to help with visual storytelling. I love all of the user generated template content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add images or files to my clipboard is annoying. (Copy and paste images/files out of one of my boards to my clipboard to use somewhere else)
I know you can download it but it adds a lot of steps and isn't the best UX for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the worshipping that we would be doing in person as a team can be done virtually.
We use it a lot to collaborate on the fly when designing websites/experiences.

If your team has ever used a whiteboard, you'll like Miro.
Great tool for collaboration and workshops
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is that I can you it for different purposes - I use it to think about some ideas on my own, to brainstorm with my team, to do a presentation and a workshop. I can keep all my ideas in one place and share them when I need it.
The other thing I like is a collection of templates that I can use for my workshop. Usually, I can find a template that I need and the library is still growing.
And of course, the neverending board is great as I don't need to worry about the space and size of my objects and I can focus on my current work.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's all good. There are only two things that would make it better for me:
1) the unsorted boards - so that I can find the boards that do not belong to any folder
2) board covers - Miro used to have automated covers with the content of the board and I liked it. Now they are all blank and I do not want to bother and chose the right pictures for them

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often teach people and do workshops. These are the main cases when I use Miro. I use it both as presentation slides and for activities. My students enjoy working with Miro and become more engaged in learning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have started to use Miro with its free plan and it was then when I realized that I can use it for my business. So using it for free gives the taste of the platform.
Fun & Lively Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro made remote brainstorming feel similar to one done in person.
It helps me and my team to keep & sort our ideas together, and easily see the bird's-eyes view of our project. Organizing a whiteboard never this easy before I use Miro. Since it's free and cross-platform, my entire team could access it regardless of their OS and gadget.

What do you dislike about the product?
Video chat during the live sessions is a paid feature. But I still can compensate it with other means like chat/using different apps for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro facilitates a brainstorming session that's accessible whenever and wherever we are as long as there is internet access. No more worries in keeping, sorting, and documenting the information on the whiteboard. The entire team can access everything and we could see the update too.
Uniquely flexible platform for simultaneous collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I am still finding ways to use all the flexible features afforded by the Miro platform. I appreciate the ability to involve my team members without the need for additional licenses, and the desktop app is also well done. Although I'm pretty new to using Miro, the library of ready templates has gotten me started for every single use case I've required to date. Kudos !
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite it providing the majority of the basic functionalities, as I am maturing in my usage of the platform, the free version is rather restricted (as one might expect). So be ready to quickly outgrow the free version and contemplate one of the paid options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main challenge for which I'm solving is brainstorming online simultaneously with my team members on developing process flows, wire diagrams (for websites), presentation documents, and other such business documents.
Miro - The largest whiteboard ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the space that Moiro gives me to whiteboard out everything I need.
It has so many templates to suit my business needs, I can work remotely and collaborate with colleagues and it feels like we are having a whiteboarding session in the office.
I can also use Miro for process mapping with so much space - Miro has made other mapping tools redundant for me!

What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes move stuff I didn't intend to - that is the only flaw - but the undo button sorts that out :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Miro for software development projects, including: user story mapping, general brainstorming, sprint planning kanbans, process flows
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try - It's free for 2 boards. You only need a subscription if you need more boards
Best solution to collaborative thinking and designing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-going and friendly no matter with who you share your board. Every time we use it, our ending phrase is "it feels like working together in the same place." We have a test for many different projects and activities, e.g., Customer Journeys, Hackatones, UX design, and everyone has succeeded. It became one of our daily basis tools, and we also have been able to integrate it with our MS Teams suite
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes guests do not realize how to put their name while registering on the log-in phase. Sometimes, it is hard for the moderator to identify who is who, or it takes some minutes of the meeting to explain how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve our design sessions. We used to work together in the same room, coming up with ways to solve processes, interfaces, UX design, and today we change that with our MIRO boards. It also gives us the possibility of working offline, adapting our timetable to the current COVID time, and place restrictions
It's a game-changing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It gives almost the same experience to work with a team on the boards in real-time (as it went offline when we all were in the same office). Miro has a user-friendly design, and it works well on desktop and mobiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as well-spread as it could be; it would also be great if Miro would be integrated into more collaborative solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for brainstorming and trendwatching sessions for distributed teams.
Benefits: Miro can zoom it in & out; current location indicator on a board for each person, different options for board navigation.

Miro: A fantastic tools for education and remote collaboration work
What do you like best about the product?
use miro for teaching, discussion and remote work.
MIro provides a lot of useful templates. The most important thing is that its user interface is very intuitive and simple, so I don't need to spend more time to familiarize students with the tools during the teaching process.
In addition, being able to use Chinese well is also a big advantage of miro.
In the current process of using miro, about 50 people are working together online at the same time. The use situation is smooth without too much delay, which shows that the software engine design is excellent.
The best part is that miro's close integration with a lot of online applications allows miro's discussion results to be directly transferred to project management or time management tools, which helps to organize and track meeting results.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro doesn't have too many shortcomings. I really want to say that there is the choice of Chinese fonts. If you can freely include a variety of Chinese fonts in the font selection, it will be a big advantage for the Chinese market.
In addition, in terms of multi-platform support, the mobile app is still not so easy to use. I know this is a limitation, but. Many students and customers, if they can have a better user experience when they only have mobile phones, it should be more perfect.

Teaching:
It is used to teach design thinking courses and project management courses. The original templates inside have saved me a lot of preparation time. Especially for distance courses, this tool has improved the traditional teaching methods a lot. At the same time, online collaboration also makes students less distracted. I can observe each student's situation on the template.
At work:
Used as a tool for discussing topics. Through the existing work review template, you can discuss work progress with colleagues when you go to work remotely, and adopt visual management, which saves more errors.
Personally:
It is used to record learning knowledge points, through the use of mind maps, to record learning knowledge. Since MIRO's whiteboard can be extended, it can be quickly recorded and connected.
Since Miro has very good graphical tools and many supporting software, it can integrate almost all tasks on it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maybe Chinese culture will be a direction.
In particular, there are a lot of Chinese users. If the Chinese interface or Chinese fonts can be supported, it will be more suitable for the education market in the Chinese region.

Not only intuitive & easy to use: an extremely productive tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The design is superb! It's a unique and inspiring app that makes it a pleasure to collaborate, share, and present your work. And it really makes sense to pay for a team subscription... Then you have no limit on the number of boards, and you also get a few extra integration options. Oh, and it also comes with more tools for hosting virtual meetings and presenting. It's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few things: the drag-n-drop editor lagging can be annoying, also the selection misclicking that happens sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly for organizing collaborative multitasking and for workflow visualization.
We found that it allows us to achieve better user group meetings, and also preparing better Google Meet calls: It's so easy to present and follow!
