Best Digital Whiteboard You Can Explore

  • September 30, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a feature-rich tool that is quite handy to use. It contains a blend of flexibility and creativity, which ensures that there is always the most significant amount of room for ideas to be populated, validated, and properly arranged. Also, its premium plan allows real-time team collaboration and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most notable complaint with Miro is its small knowledge base, which makes it difficult for first-time users to use and explore this powerful tool efficiently. Furthermore, exporting necessitates capturing a frame at each step and does not allow for the use of a translucent backdrop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we need to plan or envision anything, we log onto Miro and work as if we were in a physical office with colleagues. As a result, one of the most significant benefits we have seen since joining Miro is the ability to conceive, develop, and validate a plethora of ideas and concepts inside a team without restriction.

When it comes to Miro, the sky is the limit

  • September 30, 2021

What do you like best about the product?
In Miro, the most powerful feature is the ability to create and share anything in real-time, no matter what it is, either it's just an idea, concept, process, or strategy, in a visually understandable way. In addition, it comes with a convenient function that enables team members to communicate immediately through chat and video communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the number of team members increases, the price plan becomes prohibitively costly. Consequently, I believe that the cost per user is high; instead, Miro should consider pricing per team size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the most effective virtual whiteboard available. It is an excellent tool for any job. For instance, with Miro, we can seamlessly ideate and prototype any feature in record time and share the visual concept with everyone within a click.

Miro Review

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is user friendly. You don't really need to be too techny just for you to use the tool. it is very interactive to use and so many templates avaialble.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing as such that i dislike but i guess it is more on the areas of improvement. How i wish it could be integrated with other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried using Miro on our team's project. it did really work and able to generate ideas in a short period of time. Those colleagues who would normally not particpate or say in a face to face meeting, you would see them contributing even more ideas. This only shows that others just prefer typing up their ideas.

Great for Software Project Management

  • September 29, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been trying out Miro with a couple of software projects that I have been managing recently. And having my team and I work remotely from home, being able to share the boards with them have been super helpful. The developer was able to update the board quickly, whenever, and wherever. The rest of the team gets notified when changes are made. This helps me keep on top of things. We update the board as we discuss the changes, using stickies, etc. Being able to embed documents and images is super helpful, too. All in, my team and I love using Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being limited to 3 boards but then again, we are using the free version, so we can't complain. Will definitely consider going for the paid version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managment. Find that it's now much easier and faster to keep track of project status - especially when I can add notes for the developers to act and laying out the project scope

Comprehensive Collaboration With Room to Improve Certain Tools

  • September 28, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate. Live editing and comments make it easy to connect with my team while we're remote. The functionality of Miro is fantastic because it does a lot. You can build anything you need- charts, wireframes, diagrams, etc. the versatility makes it the go-to tool. Other platforms only do some of it or leave an important part out, but Miro is essentially seamless. The PDF tool is beneficial, and the ability to extract specific pages is a feature I haven't seen on any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing some basic functionality like snap to grid while holding shift. The pen tool could be handy, but I'm terrible at using my computer mouse and would benefit from holding shift to help me draw a straight line. The arrow tool is also a little finicky and gives me some trouble, it attaches when I don't want it to and doesn't attach when I want it to, but it could just be user error. Other than that it's a great platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team stay connected and organized in real-time, avoiding delays. The fact that it saves automatically has been a lifesaver for me. One of the most beneficial elements has been that it's helped me streamline my workflow and avoid having to use 10 different applications.

An amazing tool for temworking

  • September 28, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility it has to accommodate all teamwork needs, its simple and intuitive interface, and the multiple templates that make learning easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the interface could have a dark theme to be able to be more energy efficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great advantage is the possibility of working as a team in a visual way, in real time and in a very intuitive way that allows any user to understand the basic aspects of the tool as soon as they start working with it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this tool to anyone looking for an effective tool to conduct real-time ideation sessions with co-workers and clients.

Excellent creative tool but lacks better knowledge base

  • September 28, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro board is the most fantastic tool to explore any concepts, flow diagram, and so on with the team. Apart from this, it caters to tons of already made templates and ideas that we can select as our particular business needs. I love its feature called Miroverse, which is a kind of universe of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience has been that Miro's knowledge base is very restricted. We often have problems while onboarding new team members and working with them within a team. They frequently get confused or face difficulties throughout the collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been a pleasure to work with on the whole. Even during the peak stage of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, we have been able to work flawlessly and more creatively all online through this tool.

The better way to plan things together in a team

  • September 28, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent option for cooperative ideation, diagramming, visual representation, complete or partial workflow mapping in a visually understandable manner, and regular meetups and discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major dislike of Miro is that it does not have a feature to create custom tables, which prevents users from using sophisticated data input features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In conclusion, Miro is a game-changer for a cross-functional team that constantly ideates, prototyping, experimenting, and iterating their product or service model most creatively and collaboratively possible.

An amazing app for amazing workshops

  • September 27, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is, how easily I can navigate and the fact that is has the right amount of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few things, like the fact that the free account doesn't allow you to restore a deleted dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything that is collaborative, plus all the processed that are better explained with a schema than with words.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the free version and some tutorials to convince yourself.

Miro a simple & powerful collaboration tool essential for any company small, medium or large

  • September 23, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with clients & colleagues. At times it can be challenging to explain something over the phone. 5 Minutes on miro you can review and discuss items with both clients & colleagues with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
With specific projects, particularly ones that run for a couple of months, the more images, drawings, comments & sketches added, the board could become slow &, at times, unresponsive. I would add that this is at times down to the end-users not managing the board. Someone should be removing older images, drawings & schematics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex schematics can easily have typos. By uploading a schematic, images, or a piece of hardware, the team can discuss & resolve queries quickly and effectively.
