Easy and fun to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is quite intuitive and self-explanatory application. It is easy to be used by a moderator and for an unexperienced audience. Miro offers a lot of templates which help you to capture informaiton in the best way. Easy to use, easy to share and trace back documented informaiton.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I absolutely dislike. Maybe a little challenge is to navigate on the bord when you have multiple frames.

Capturing important information during brainstorming, planning, review, etc. sessions. Fascilitating discussions, idea generation, feedback and any sort of exchange. Making the process fun.

Avant Darc
What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate and share with colleagues, add and edit photos, great to brain storm processes and organise ideas, the templates are great too. we use it to plan a new collection
What do you dislike about the product?
would like to add the function of videos and maybe get a few more templates that look higher quality in terms of graphics and examples of how other companies are using them to look professional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem of many different people working remotely on the same idea in real-time. the benefits are that we can see with the cursor who is looking at what aspect, so working remotely is really nice
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really recommend using Miro for many purposes, such as working in a team remotely, accessing your boards via the app and organizing processes and plans such as for collections or campaigns
The best collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is so easy to pick up and use by team members who use it less often. It is also super flexible - it is after all a digital whiteboard. I use it for everything design and product management, that previously would require PowerPoint and Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licencing model means that sometimes colleagues can't take part in a collaboration session. More flexibility is needed having in mind my company pays for a generous package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miro to support the user-centered design process - anything from synthesizing research, assumption mapping and prioritizing, to prototype feedback, story mapping, and project tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is the best collaboration tool out there at the moment. We find it invaluable and use it for remote and face-to-face collaboration sessions.
Using Miro to share change management insights across a program of projects
What do you like best about the product?
The ease add being about to upload multiple types of data types (images, Microsoft documents, videos etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The system doesn't dynamically update Microsoft documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing common data between change managers so that we don't bombard our stakeholders with the same questions.
Great tool for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
What excites me about MIRO is the ability to mimic face-to-face collaboration so well. Once everyone is familiarized with the platform, working on a given board simultaneously with several people is no hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to get to know its features as a casual user. Menus and tools are not that user-friendly, I suppose. At least from a casual user point of view, Perhaps better descriptions? More practical descriptions. I'd say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Product Manager, so MIRO helps me collaborate fast with peers, my squad engineers, and stakeholders alike. As a result, I can structure meetings and sketch ideas before or during my sessions without missing too much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get to know its tools, it's the best collaborative board I came across.
It makes everything very manageable
What do you like best about the product?
I'm studying agile methods in school and it reminds me of the Japanse Kanban board method.
So it gives me great work experience and it's very delightful to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the only thing that has been a issue is that sometimes it crashes from time to time.
And since we're relying all of our work assignments on Miro it can become an issue sometimes.
And since we're relying all of our work assignments on Miro it can become an issue sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our projects very easy to structure, because we use it as a Kanban board.
Each task is sorted into 4 columns and made into the smallest and most precise task to give a nice overview.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's excellent for creating boards and if you want to try out the japanse kanban board, which is based on the Agile methodology.
simple fast shareable
What do you like best about the product?
easy to create flow diagrams with easy re-alignment, very useful to be online cooperative and see what other people are doing, the comments check, and frames
What do you dislike about the product?
hard to export data, the export to excel is not useful since it doesn't have any format, everything is a new line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
structure information in a way that its easy to check each route, and easily see what is going on
Fantastic Experience and I've recommended Miro to colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Fast, easy to navigate, collaborative, and good markup tools. Enjoy using templates for easily replicating the same work
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes cluttered and tools for easily uncluttering would be great. I have had issues with 'free' version popping up when using a paid account. being able to organize and output and find the board you are interested in. Intuitive folders and organization of the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sorts of problems from product names, product features, research results, brainstorming, timelines, etc.
